PART ONE
MISTAKEN IDENTITY

God is establishing His Kingdom in the earth. In Genesis, we see that God created man from the dust of the ground. The Kingdom is now being established in our earth. We are not waiting for anything to happen except the Kingdom becoming more and more manifest in our lives daily, from one degree of glory to another. The days of waiting for God to appear are over. God is appearing within us.

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. (Rom. 8:2) This has been a really precious scripture to me for many years. Man has two Laws that he lives by. He is either living by the Law of the Spirit of Life that’s in Christ Jesus, his true identity, or he’s living by the Law of Sin and Death, which is the law of the Adamic life, which is his mistaken identity. The Law of Sin and Death is your carnal mentality and your carnal understanding

We are birthed into this carnal Adamic realm of life as mortal people, not really knowing where we have come from, who we are, what we are here for, and where we are going. So because we do not know, we take on the false identity of an Adamic life. This Adamic life has a Life Law, and this Life Law is one of Sin and Death. No matter how much Adam wants to be godly, no matter how many times he goes to church, no matter what he does, Adam is under the Law of Sin and Death, because Adam is definitely in a mistaken identity.

THE MIXTURE OF PENTECOST

Today we are beginning to minister from the realm of Tabernacles. We are not ministering from the realm of Pentecost, because Pentecost represents the Holy Place. In the Holy Place there is both you and God. The Holy Place is that period in our lives when we recognize that God is in us. We have the living God of the universe in us, but there is also the false sense of the ego or self life. In other words, Pentecost is a mixture. In Pentecost, I have had my eyes unveiled to the reality that God lives in me, but it’s still me and God. In my temple is both the Adamic consciousness and the Christ consciousness. The Adamic consciousness is under the Law of Sin and Death. When I begin to see that Christ is really in me, then the Adamic life in me wants desperately to continue on to perfect Christ in me. I know God is in me and I have somewhat of an understanding of what it would be like to fully manifest His life because we have a type in Jesus, so I set out to try to reproduce in Adam what is in Christ. And so, even though I have Christ in me in the Holy Place, it’s still a mixture.

In the Holy Place, we can feed on Christ. As we feed on Christ, we have the light of life, and it’s a wonderful experience, but it’s still Adam and Christ together in one temple. Today, we have entered into Tabernacles. We may not be fully expressing what God is, but we have crossed the threshold. We have left Pentecost and we have entered the realm of Tabernacles.

In Pentecost, you are still fighting devils, you are still battling the flesh, you still have sickness, death, and disease. It’s all still there in the realm of Pentecost because it’s still a mixture. But once you cross the threshold and you begin to enter even in a small degree into Tabernacles, the Most Holy Place, there is nothing left but God. In the Holy of Holies, it’s no longer me and God, it is no longer Adam and Christ, it is only Christ.

In the Holy Place, I can taste deeply of His riches, and I can try to be conformed to His image, but it’s still Adam trying to be as God. In the Holy Place, we learn to feed on the Bread of Life until the Adamic consciousness is swallowed up by Christ. Then we are ready to enter into Tabernacles.

THE ABUNDANT LIFE

When I enter into Tabernacles, the Holiest of all, the God of glory appears, and in that place there is no Adam. In Tabernacles, Adam is fully dealt with. There is no more desire or ambition. In the Holy of Holies, there is no desire for personal gain, there is no ambition to be something, because the Adamic consciousness is gone. We no longer desire to be or do anything but the will of the Father.

As long as you desire to be something, you are still in the mixture of Pentecost. Adam, the carnal human consciousness, is always doing, planning, and organizing, trying to produce the Kingdom of God in the earth through carnal means and methods.

In Tabernacles, you do not try to do or become anything, you just are what you are. In Tabernacles, we are seated with Christ in a state of being and consciousness, so we just live by Christ without trying to do anything. Christ is not worrying about how to establish His Kingdom, and neither are His sons. He is unfolding within us, just as a flower unfolds to reveal the glory of the flower. There is no struggling, no striving, there is just a state of being and enjoying life. This is the abundant life that Jesus taught us that He came to give.

THE HUMAN EGO

Some of God’s people are hearing this message of Tabernacles with Pentecostal ears. Somebody said to me recently, “You cannot hear the message of Tabernacles without the ears for Tabernacles.” God is replacing our limited human consciousness with our true consciousness, which is Christ. If you are not able to accept the fact that you and God are one, you are still in Pentecost, and it will be hard for you to hear this message. Jesus taught very plainly that God and man are one (see my book, The Oneness of God and Man).

We need to have the veil lifted from our eyes, as the apostle Paul prayed so many, many years ag.o (Eph. 1:17-19, see also 2 Cor. 3:12-18) We need a revelation of Christ within us. Then we need to discern the difference between the Adamic consciousness and the Christ consciousness.

Most of God’s people today do not realize that the human ego, the carnal consciousness, needs to be totally consumed by Christ. Christ is our true identity, not the human consciousness. The Adamic consciousness is what keeps us bound and limited. The carnal consciousness knows that it cannot possibly live as Jesus lived on the earth. The human consciousness cannot possibly multiply the loaves and fishes. Yet because we do not realize that we are living by a mistaken identity, we keep trying to perfect the Adamic consciousness in us. Because of our false identity, we feel condemned, because we cannot do that which we know deep inside of us (our Christ consciousness) we should be able do.

The Apostle Paul prayed, “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power. (Eph. 1:17-19)

When your eyes are opened to see that Christ is your true identity, then you realize that all the struggling you have done in Adam is to no avail. You then can focus your attention on the reality of the Law of the Spirit of Life within you. This is much more than head knowledge. I knew for years that Christ was in me and the Law of His Life freed me from the Law of Sin and Death, but I had very little experience. This is a progressive revelation. The more you turn your attention away from your Adamic consciousness and focus your attention on Christ within, the more you will experientially walk in the Spirit.

Jesus is the door to show us the way to the Father. As the door, He is the example to demonstrate to us the way to our true identity. He used the illustration of the vine and the branches to show our oneness with Him. The vine and branches have the same life. The life of the vine in us is our true identity. Jesus had a human consciousness, but He realized that He could do nothing of himself but only that which the Father willed Him to do. He lived by His divine consciousness, not from His Adamic consciousness. He knew that as a man He was limited, but as the Son of God, His true identity, he could do all things.

God is so purifying the hearts and the desires of His people that they no longer want to do anything that is not of God. The Law of Sin and Death is simply where our carnal nature is still, in some degree, operating in our life. Every time that our carnal nature has a godly desire, the Law of Sin and Death has to come into effect, because the Adamic nature has to be brought to where it is utterly destitute, like Paul, when he cried out, “Oh wretched man that I am, who shall deliver me from this body of death?” (Rom 7:24)

The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (our new nature) supercedes the Law of Sin and Death (our old carnal nature). Every life has a Life Law. Adam, our carnal nature, has a Life Law that constantly brings us into sin and death. Just like a bird sings and flies, and a dog barks, because it is their Law of Life. You cannot defy a law unless it is superceded by a higher law.

Take the law of gravity, for instance. You can’t defy the law of gravity. If you get on a building and jump off, the law of gravity is going to pull you down. You cannot live out of Adam without the Law of Sin and Death pulling you down. I don’t care how strong your desires for God are, I don’t care how bad you want Adam to be conformed into ChristHe cannot be! The law of his life will continually pull you down when he tries to be godly. It was designed that way, because in the Tabernacles realm there is no place for carnality, none! Even in the Old Testament, it said, “No man can see God and live. (Ex. 33:20) The moment that Christ begins to appear within you, you see that Adam is dead. And when you realize that, then you understand the scripture that says, “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming. (2 Thes. 2:8) He destroys that Law of Sin and Death that is continually pulling you down and not allowing you to operate in the realm of spirit. The Law of the Spirit of His Life raises you above the Law of Sin and Death. The only way you can defy the law of gravity is to get into a higher law, the law of lift. An airplane can defy the law of gravity. When you begin to enter into Tabernacles, the Law of His Life supercedes the Law of Sin and Death.

OUR TRUE IDENTITY

Who are we? There’s a little confusion about this, because some people are not hearing this message with Tabernacles ears. They’re hearing people say, “We are God.” Whenever Adam, (our carnal nature) says, “I am God,” that is the abomination of desolation. Whenever self sits in the temple of God, declaring himself to be God, it is blasphemy.

However, if you enter into the realm of Tabernacles, and God fills the temple with His glory, and you come into that place where the apostle Paul says that the Church, the body of Christ, is the fullness of Him who fills everything, everywhere with Himself, please tell me, who are you? Can you hear what I’m saying? If Adam no longer motivates me, if I’m not driven by the natural desire to be godly, if there’s nothing in me any longer that tries to be godly, but I simply rest in His ability to do that in me which I cannot do, and He begins to replace all my good, carnal, natural desires, He begins to replace everything with the Law of His Life, and He fills my temple with Himself and His glory, then who am I, what is my true identity? This is what we are coming to. This is what the world is longing to see, God manifested in humanity. If you don’t see this, you’ll go to the grave waiting for the Sons to be manifested.

You have to understand that you are not a carnal human being. You must understand that if you still see you and God as two separate beings, then you are living in a mistaken identity, like it or not, accept it or not. Please do not turn off what God can do for you because of your Pentecostal mindset and attitude. Of course, in Pentecost there is still us and God. Pentecost is where we discover that God is in us. When I was living fully in the realm of Pentecost I could see clearly there was me and God.

However there are times now when I walk in Tabernacles and I’m in that realm where there is nothing but Him. I can walk into that realm and I can see that the work is finished, there is absolutely nothing any longer that I need to do. I don’t need to be anything, I don’t need to aspire for anything, I just need to bask in the presence of my God. And in that realm, Gary (the carnal nature) doesn’t exist, in that realm the carnality of man has been fully put to death. When we stand manifesting the glory of God, who are we? Of course, the carnal mind may get in here, and of course we have people running around saying, “I am God,” that are no more walking in the reality of Tabernacles than someone in the outer court. But just because someone else is running around claiming to be God does not mean that you cannot have the ability and the understanding to walk into that realm of Tabernacles where there is nothing but God.

For years, some of the Kingdom and Sonship preachers have been telling the world what God is going to do. Jesus said 2000 years ago (if you can hear it), “The kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17:20-21) Those who heard entered in, and those who didn’t hear were waiting for something to happen. Because we haven’t understood the message of the Kingdom, Adam has been trying to build the Kingdom of God for 2000 years and has done nothing but made a miserable, mockery of the Kingdom of God. Flesh and blood cannot and will not ever enter into the Kingdom of God.

You know, this is such a message of rest and relaxation. Christianity takes a dog and tries to make him into a man. Christianity for years has been trying to teach Adam how to be like God, and all the time our true identity, who we really are, has been covered over with a veil of trying to make Adam perform according to godliness.

The Law of Sin and Death is so prevailing in our churches today. That system, the systematized theology of our day, is absolutely under the Law of Sin and Death. The Aaronic priesthood ended at the Cross. The veil of the temple was rent at the Cross, yet today people are waiting and waiting, and praying and praying, and hoping and hoping to someday go beyond the veil, when all the time it’s been rent wide open, and just a little bit of faith and a little bit of understanding of your inheritance and who you are in Christ will cause you to enter in.

I am not Adam. Adam will never be worthy to enter into the Holiest of All. Adam is dead. In reality, he is not even there. That’s why so many ministers today are calling it mistaken identity. If you are still functioning in the Adamic life and you are still living that life of trying so desperately to be godly, always trying to make yourself better, always making resolutions, always confessing your sins, you are living in a mistaken identity.

Let me tell you something, there is a life in you that has never known sin. There is a life in you that has never known death. There is a life in you that’s called eternal life. It’s not something you got when you were born again, it’s something you had before you were born and forgot.

We are not Adam. We are not a human race of people trying to be godly. If we are, we will go to the grave. I tried for 13 years to make Adam godly. I never succeeded even a little bit. And even if I could, even if I had the strong willpower and the character to make Adam into what religion says is a good Christian, what have I gained? That’s when I would stand before God and He would have to say, “Depart from me, I don’t know you.” Good person, of course! Go to church all the time, read ten chapters a day, pray for an hour a day, pray in the Holy Ghost for an hour a day, and God would say, “I never knew you.”

How could that be? Well, the only way that He can know you is to become you. It’s an intimate, intimate knowing that He uses in that phrase, “Depart from me, for I never knew you.” We cannot know God until, at least in a small degree, He becomes us. Then we begin to understand the spiritual truths that have been hidden in the Word.

Men think they can have Bible classes and teach people how to operate by Kingdom principles. It doesn’t come by teaching, it comes by revelation. Teachers have been trying to teach people how to set the Kingdom of God up on the earth for 2000 years, and it doesn’t work. No matter how good Adam is, no matter how much Adam wants God, you put him in the role of leadership, whether it be in the church or in the community, and there are still some hidden agendas, there are still some hidden motives, there is still some self-seeking and self-gain, and it corrupts. A little leaven corrupts the whole.

You must realize that you are not Adam, you are Christ. This is the true understanding of Hebrews 4:12, “The word of God is living and operative, even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit.” When I first began to understand these truths, God began to show me very clearly the difference between Adam and Christ. Once I had an understanding of the father-heart of God, which is never, ever condemning, it helped me deal with the Adamic nature.

The only thing that God ever does is pour out His love and His correction. The only thing God does is to bring us more fully into an understanding of who He is in us, not who we will become. You see, you will never become anything in God, but He will become everything in you.

There are a lot of people running around trying to become godly, some even declaring that they are God, or they are Christ. You have to be in the right realm to see this, or at least you have to have a vision. Many people today are seeing this, but they won’t cross over. They say, “Brother, it’s blasphemous for you to declare you are God.” Well, I agree with that, and I don’t say I’m God. But I do say this: If Adam is replaced, and God has filled me with His life, and when we come together we express, as the Word says, the fullness of Him who fills everything everywhere with Himself, if I am not Christ, then who am I? Can the Body be of a different nature than the Head? The greatest problem in the universe is man’s mistaken identity. Yet people hear this with Pentecostal ears and they feel that it’s New Age, or they feel it’s seducing spirits.

NO FEAR

Listen, as long as you’re still in fear, of any kind whatsoever, whether that fear is for yourself, or for those you are ministering to, or fear for the young ones in the Body of Christ, as long as you have fear of any kind, you have not yet entered into the realm of Tabernacles. You have not yet seen that God is all in all. You have not yet seen that “Known unto God are all His works from the beginning of the world. (Acts 15:18) You do not understand that He truly is the head of all principalities and powers in heavenly realms and earthly realms, and above the earth and below the earth, and in the sea and under the sea. You have not yet seen that He is Lord of all, because if you do, you no longer have any fear. If you have fear of being deceived and fear for others being deceived, you don’t know the fullness of God’s love. Known unto God are all of His works.

Because I have been an avid seeker all my life, I have seen deception. Yet God used that very thing to teach me some things and give me some understanding that I would never have received anywhere else. Even deception will work to your good. Do you think that God birthed you into the world and then just left you alone to work yourself into whatever you needed to be? I know that before my feet ever stepped on this earth, God had a perfect plan and purpose for my life. Not for Gary, not for that identity that I picked up at birth, not really knowing who I was. He has no plan for that. It takes several years of His dealings and workings until you realize that is what you need to let go of. Those who are living by law and will power are afraid to let go of Adam, because they think that if they let go, if they don’t keep Adam in check, then they are going to backslide and go out into the world and do some things they shouldn’t do. I understand that, because I’ve been there. But until you let go, you’ll never know if God is able to keep you.

You have to understand what I’m saying here. If God has really called you (and He has), then you’re going to go through some of the most horrible fires of tribulation. You are going to be molded to such a degree that sometimes you will despair of life itself. There have been times in my past when I wished, literally, I could die, because I was on the potter’s wheel. There have been times when I’ve said, “God, if when I was a young Christian I could have had the vision that I have now, I wouldn’t have had to suffer so much.” And it’s not even that I wouldn’t have had to suffer so much, but I could have done it in joy. But see, we’re short-sighted. Scripture says that Jesus endured the Cross because He saw beyond it. (Heb. 12:2)

Today, God is giving us a vision beyond the realm of Pentecost, and we know that He is drawing, He is pulling, He is wooing. And as He draws us into the realm of Tabernacles, imagine what it’s like not having the Law of Sin and Death operate in you anymore! Can you imagine that? Perhaps God speaks to you about a habit in your life and you simply drop it, not having that pull of the Law of Sin and Death on you any longer. That’s what Tabernacles does for you.

But see, God won’t bring you into that realm until the Potter has finished His work, because Adam cannot enter into Tabernacles. In the Holiest of All, in the realm of Tabernacles, there is nothing but God. Now, I’m not telling you that I’m fully walking in Tabernacles and there’s nothing of Gary left, but I’m telling you that more and more, day by day, there is less and less of my carnality.

I’m so glad that today there are multitudes of people who are hearing and receiving and understanding and walking toward this revelation because of the day we live in. There have been many people for many years, even in the days of Jesus’ time, who heard this message and entered in. But today we are at the end of an age. What we called the Church Age, the Pentecostal Age, has ended, and we are walking in Tabernacles.

WALKING IN TABERNACLES

Now you say, how do I know if I’m really there? You know! You know whether you’re just being religious or whether, at times, you can sense the fullness and the closeness of God. There are times when there’s just God in you, there is not both Adam and God. God is producing sons on the earth, not someday, but today.

Every time I get the opportunity to minister to people who are believing in the manifested Sons of God, I always say that if today you are not manifesting, at least in a degree, the Son of God, you’ll go to the grave and never be a manifested Son. You don’t have to wait for this, folks. This is not something to be waited upon, it’s something to enter into. I walked in this to some degree 20 years ago, and it’s why today I can say that God has wrought such deliverance in my life.

There was a time when I used to go to people who had great deliverance ministries, and I’d want them to cast the devil out of me. Boy that would be nice, if you could just cast this thing out of you. That doesn’t work, it’s not that easy. You can’t cast Adam out. In reality, Adam is no more. Children that are being born today in the earth are going to begin to be taught their true identity. And that’s when you’ll see the children stand up, and they will sound like the wisdom of the ages.

The reason that God has not brought some of you into this is that He hasn’t got you to the place where you are willing to lay down every one of your agendas. If you want to have a ministry, if you want to be a speaker, if you want to be an author, if you want to be anything, you are not ready for God to be all in all in you. That has to be a working of God, because Adam will never want to give up totally. You can’t come into this thing wanting anything for yourself. But if you’ll understand what you are going to get on the other side, then anything that you might want now will seem absolute dung compared to what you will have when you enter into Tabernacles.

There are no personal agendas in the Kingdom of God. I tell you the honest truth, and I mean this with all my heart: I don’t care if I ever give another message. I don’t care if I never write another book, I really don’t, because I’m satisfied. I’m satisfied with the substance of His life that has grown in me. That is my satisfaction. And so no matter what I’m doing, I’m going to be happy. If I’m writing a book, if I’m giving a message, if I’m traveling, if I’m sitting at home, or if I lose everything, nobody can take away from me that substance of His life that I enjoy. That’s why we’ve heard of renowned men of the past who could sit in prison singing songs and rejoicing, because Jesus Himself had placed, through His words, the very substance of His life in those men. Their happiness came out of themselves, not out of what they could be, not out of what they could do, but out of the abundance of His life that He placed within them.

You may feel that God has given you a ministry, and of course you want to fulfill it, but you have to realize that if that is really true, then God will bring it to pass. The moment you put your hands on it, you defile it, absolutely defile it. If God gives you some understanding of Tabernacles and begins to pull you into that area where there is nothing but God, you’ll be more than happy to lay down your personal agendas. You see, that’s the only way any of us can do this. First of all, God has to give us a little understanding. We have to understand some of this terminology today, because words paint pictures. I can use the word “consciousness” in some circles, and people think New Age, God consciousness, one world order, one world government. But see, we have to quit hearing with natural ears and understanding. If you are hearing me with natural ears it’s not going to help you, not one bit. If every word that I speak to you is absolutely from the throne and the heart of God, but you are hearing it with natural ears, it will do you no good. The most it will do is stir up the Adam in you to try to be better.

The prayers that the apostle Paul prayed, I have prayed for years. “Lord, open the eyes of my understanding. God I so desperately want to see into the realm of the Kingdom.” Isn’t that being done today? The eyes of the blind are being opened. The eyes of the spiritually blind, those who sit in darkness, those who are bound in religious traditions, their eyes are being opened. Those who have heard words like this for years and have heard about the Kingdom of God can imagine what it would be like, but they’ve been blinded and deaf. Today, the eyes of the blind are being opened and the ears of the deaf are being unstopped. Those who are sitting in religious dungeons and traditions are beginning to see and hear. And then what happens is, the lame begin to walk.

There was a day when I heard this message from God, and could not walk it. I was lame. But today, the lame are beginning to walk. Today, the Adamic nature in Gary still isn’t walking in this—never could, never will. But today I’m walking in Christ. I no longer have this mistaken identity, thinking that I’m a carnal man, that I’m just a human, that I just have a human life, a good life, as a good person, now. Today, I know who I am. I know as sure as the apostle Paul could say those words, “It is no longer I, but Christ. (Gal. 2:20) My friend, if you can’t say that, then you are living in a mistaken identity, like it or not. It’s no longer I, and if you can’t say that, then you don’t understand the gospel, you don’t understand the very basic principles and concepts that Jesus taught.

Every one of us, when we come into a revelation and an understanding of who we are, can say as Jesus did, “Do you want to see God? Do you want to see Him manifested? Come and live with me for awhile.” Will you see someone who doesn’t make mistakes or someone who never misses God? No! But, I guarantee you, if you come and live with me, you’ll see God manifested. You’ll see how we operate ministry.

My wife and I have given much of our lives helping men build their kingdoms. We literally have worked 14, 15, 16 hours a day, working to build other ministries. And because our hearts were to serve God, then even though we didn’t understand that we were helping men build their own kingdoms, we have been abundantly blessed in our life. Do we have a lot of money? No! But we have everything we need, and we are now sending thousands of Kingdom books and tapes all over the world every month. There is no lack in the Kingdom of God. We know that. If the money ever stops, then I will know that God wants me to do something else. And to be frank with you, what we are doing now is a lot of work. If God wants to take me in another direction, that’s fine. But we are so happy. Our household is ecstatic every day.

I had a minister call me here recently, and he said, “How do you do what you do? How do you offer to give away all of this stuff? We tried this a few years ago and we couldn’t make it, giving the stuff away.” Well, this won’t work for everyone, and the reason for that is, the principles are going to work, but if you are not doing what God wants you to do, then the finances are not going to come. That is your protection. If I think that God is sending me to Africa, but I have to go raise the finances for it, then I shouldn’t go.

It’s only been since 1995 that I have been introduced to all these other ministries that operate this way. I didn’t know there was anybody else that operated like we didJ. Preston Eby, Elwin Roach, and others. There are so many men and women in the earth today that are operating in the realm of the Kingdom. These ministers will never ask you for money, yet they will freely share with you any books or tapes that they have produced. They will never try to build their own following or their own kingdoms, but they are helping thousands of people to learn how to truly live in the Kingdom.

I was in Elwin Roach’s home a few months ago and I wanted to make a phone call, and as I pulled out my calling card, he said, “Brother, don’t do that.” I said, “Elwin, I don’t want you to pay for my phone call.” He said, “Gary, there’s only one treasure house. The same God who pays your bills pays my bills, don’t you believe He can pay for that phone call?”

This is Kingdom, this is what our hearts have longed for year after year after year. And it’s here. You’ll find some of the most precious people, if you haven’t met them yet you will be so blessed by people who are not manifesting anything but Christ. And folks, this is something I’ve said for years, you had better be careful if you are going to let a man teach you and minister to you, you’d better be careful and know that he’s a godly man. Because, like it or not, men who believe what they say will reproduce in you that which they are. We are so blessed today to have so many ministers who know their true identity and can reproduce Christ within those they minister to.

PART TWO
ENTERING INTO TABERNACLES

What I’m seeing more than anything else in these days is that there is coming such a change and such a transformation of our mindset. We’ve heard a lot about the three Feasts, and we all know that God’s final plan or destination for us is that all of us would be brought into the realm where we can live, move, and have our being in the Holy of Holies. But for that to happen, there are so many things in our minds and in our belief systems that have to be changed.

Now I know many of us are excited and think we have it made because we’ve come a long way. We are not in the old religious system anymore, we’re not in an old, cold, dead move of God anymore, but there is still so much of the Adamic mindset that we carry, and before we can walk from the realm of Pentecost, the realm of the Holy Place, into the Holiest of Holies, everything of the Adamic mindset has to fall by the wayside. You cannot become the presence of God on the earth and have Adam alive. I almost said you can’t come into the presence, but we have to enter the presence of God for the change that must take place. To become the presence of God on the earth, to become a dwelling place where God absolutely, totally swallows you up, all of the human belief systems must fall away outside of the Holiest of Holies. The reason that we are not fully walking in and listening to our infallible guidance system (the Holy Spirit) is that we are still clinging to the old human beliefs and limitations and religious precepts and concepts.

There was a time a few years ago when I was in the deliverance ministry, and I saw demons everywhere. I can’t tell you how many people I cast demons out of. Everywhere I went I faced demons. But listen, once you cross the threshold from the Holy Place and you enter in to the Holy of Holies, there is nothing there but God, absolutely nothing. And in reality, in the realm of spiritual truth, that is the truth. There is nothing but God! There is no more Adam to pull you down. There are no more devils who can defeat you. When you begin to enter into that realm, there is absolutely nothing that can hinder you or can stop you in any way from being able to do that which God has called you to do. But I’ll tell you, everything of the carnal natural mindset has to stay outside, it cannot enter into the Holy of Holies. You cannot enter into the Holy of Holies and look with the eyes of God and see evil. You can’t do it! God’s eyes are too wonderful to behold evil. In the realm of Pentecost, in the realm of the Holy Place, in the realm where it was me and God, we saw so many other things. We see all of the evil in the world, we get into that action/reaction thing where you say something to me and I react to you, and the next thing we have is a world war. But once you enter into Tabernacles and you begin to see with the eyes of God, behold, all things are complete.

Brother Eby (PO Box 371240, El Paso, TX 79937) spoke in Alamogordo last July and his message was, “It is finished!” There is absolutely nothing that needs to be added to Christ, nothing. We have been so centered on our condition in the natural that it absolutely hinders us from entering into the land where there is nothing but God. Whatever you put your attention on, whatever you focus on, will be attracted to you. Years ago, I was focusing on my inabilities and focusing on my shortcomings and focusing on my habits and focusing on those things in my life that were not of God. I couldn’t get away from them, they were all I could see, and the more I focused on them, the worse I became.

But then God opened my eyes and began to reveal to me that there is another realm. He said, “Come up just a little bit higher. Right now things are pretty good where you’re at, Gary. You’re in a place that’s not a bad place. You experience My overcoming life, you experience casting out demons, you experience a certain amount of victory, but you still have double vision. You still see yourself as two beings, you see yourself on one hand as Adam, but on the other hand you experience My life in you. So come up a little bit higher.” In the Tabernacles realm, the Holy of Holies, there is nothing but God. There is the Ark representing Christ, and in the Ark are the tables of stone representing not the law of God, but the character of God.

When you begin to enter into Tabernacles, what we considered the Ten Commandments become the Ten Promises. Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. When you begin to enter into the realm of Tabernacles, you begin to look through the eyes of your Creator, and everywhere you look, you behold His creation. Many years before I personally experienced this, when I was still in a lot of bondage to the flesh, God said to me, “Gary, I do not look at where you are today, My eyes are too holy to behold evil. I do not see anything but the loveliness and the beauty of My life that I have placed within you.” If you can believe that and if you will focus on that, you will begin to walk into the Holy of Holies. Whatever you focus on, whatever you put your attention on, is what you will become.

YOU ARE SPIRIT

A verse I’ve been sharing over and over wherever I go is Zechariah 12:1. It says that the Lord stretched forth the heavens, laid the foundation of the earth, and formed the spirit in man. When I first saw that verse, it was like explosions going off inside of me. The Lord spoke within me and said, “This is the creation story. I formed the heavens, formed the earth, and then formed the spirit in man.”

In John 4:24, Jesus said, “God is spirit.” God formed you a spirit. You came out of the very substance of what He is. Adam can’t comprehend that, because in our natural human Adamic life, the natural understanding cannot comprehend the things of God. We know experientially that there is no way we could take our carnal, Adamic nature and make it good. We can dress it up, we can make it look good, and if we have a good character and good strong self-will, we can stop sinning, but it’s still Adam, it’s still the nature of good and evil. You have to understand that God formed you a spirit before you ever became an Adamite. We are returning back to what we were really created to be. Your eyes are being unveiled to see that you are not a carnal human being, you are a spirit.

Paul told the Corinthians that you (the Church) are the Christ. Well, what does that mean? We know that the word “Christ” means “anointed”. We are God’s anointed on the earth. I’m not Adam and you are not Adam. We are God’s Christ upon the earth. That’s hard for some to hear, and there’s a lot of confusion when that is heard. I think we are hearing it wrong. People are not saying, “I am God,” but what we are saying and what people are beginning to realize is that Adam (their Adamic nature) is a human. Why is he a human? Because he had a natural father who gave him birth.

We inherit from our natural fathers, all the way back to the original Adam, everything that we are in the natural. We are human because we have life in a human nature. Religion has done nothing more than to try to teach and to make the human man godly. Whenever the human man, Adam, stands in the temple of God declaring himself to be God, that’s the abomination of desolation. So we’re not saying, “I am God,” but we’re saying this: Just as I am human and I inherited my human Adamic life from my earthly father, so now I recognize that my father is God. So what does that make me? Not only is He my father, I was created out of the very substance that He is. So therefore, in reality, if I am living in the Adamic nature, I am living in a mistaken identity. I don’t know who I am, I don’t know where I came from, and I don’t know where I am going. And so I keep trying with the help of religion to make Adam better so he can someday enter into the Kingdom or die and go to heaven, rather than simply realizing that I am not Adam, I am spirit.

This is so scriptural, there are loads of scriptures concerning this. Paul said that Christ was the fullness of God, and he said (speaking to the Church), “You are complete in Him. (Col. 2:9-10) If something is complete, it doesn’t need any more work. What’s happening to us is that we are realizing that the work is finished, and now comes the unveiling. If you don’t realize that the work is finished, you’ll keep trying to make Adam better. The work that God has done in us is complete, and Paul told the Ephesians that the Church is the fullness of Him Who fills everything everywhere with Himself. (Eph. 1:23) You are the fullness of Him. But who is he speaking to? Not Gary Sigler in the sense of the Adamic life and nature. He is speaking to Gary according to the Spirit, because my true identity is spirit.

As a spiritual being, I have all the attributes, all the characteristics, of my father. Therefore, everywhere I go, I manifest what He is. If I truly understand and begin to live according to spirit, I don’t have to try to be godly. There isn’t one day of my life when I wake up and think that I have to live some special way. I just get up and I just am, because I realize that I am not Adam, I am Christ on the earth. You can’t get out of Adam until you realize that you are spirit and that you are complete in Him. There is nothing you need to add to Him, you just need to be unveiled.

Most people know about a man by the name of Michelangelo who was one of the most famous sculptors who ever lived. He would take a block of marble and from that marble he would produce a statue that became world renowned. When they asked him how he did it, he said, “When that block of marble is in front of me, David is already there. I just chip off the part that’s not supposed to be there.”

That’s what God is doing to us. For years, we were taught that we had to die to the flesh, and we tried. If you want to know the truth, you can only get life out of life. Jesus said, “I am come that you might have life. (John 10:10) It’s the life in you that pushes out death. If you never experience life, you can’t get rid of your death. But if you receive life, then it is said, “Even when you were dead in your sins and trespasses, you were made alive. (Rom. 6) There are multitudes of people out there who, in the eyes of their own senses, are dead to God. Totally dead men have no awareness of God. But he said, “Even when you were dead in sins, you were made alive.” That’s the message we need to take to the world. I don’t think anyone needs to be told any longer how sinful they are. But they do need to have revealed to them what their true identity is.

God created you spirit. Remember the parable of the tares and the wheat? God sowed some precious seed in the ground. Well, what are we? We were formed from the dust of the earth, and God sowed some precious, precious seed in His ground. Then the enemy came and sowed some tares. You see, we’ve always had an outward vision, and we’ve always thought that tares were the evil, horrible, unsaved people, and we were the wheat. But we were the field that God sowed His lovely, precious essence of His spirit in. Then along came the enemy with the Adamic life. And so for many, many years, through generations and generations, both the wheat and the tares have been growing in the earth. Today is the time of harvest when the tares will be gathered into bundles and burned. Do you feel any heat in these days? It’s a wonderful analogy when you realize that the flaming sword was only to keep Adam out, the flesh, the carnal mind, the carnal man. And so today God is just unveiling us. Relax! Many, many changes begin to take place in your life when you begin to enter into Tabernacles.

God says, “Come up higher, I want you to enter into a realm where there is no death, no demons, no sickness and disease. I want you to begin to enter into this place where there is nothing but God.” When you begin to enter into that place, your life changes so drastically that, at times, you feel like you’re backsliding. This happens because not only do you lose the bad Adam, you lose the good Adam.

SOWING AND REAPING

You can’t imagine how much Adamic, carnal stuff we do in Pentecost. We take something that was written 2000 years ago and tell everybody, you just read it in here and go do it. And we’ve got the craziest teaching about tithing. We are taught today that if you give to my ministry you can reap 100 fold. We’re told that if you want money, if that is your need, then the only thing you can sow is money, because every seed produces after it’s own kind. So if you need money, the only thing you can do is sow money, and it has to be into my ministry. (I never heard any of these guys tell you to sow into somebody else’s ministry. I’m sure some of them do, but I haven’t heard them, and I’ve heard the best.)

But let me tell you what Aaron and Bonnie and Carol and I are doing, we are sowing books. Right now we are sending out around 4000 books every month all over the world. I don’t need any more books. So if that principle was always true, that you reap what you sow, how many books would I have coming back to me? I don’t need books, I need money to produce the books. And so I’m sowing books, and Aaron is sowing books, and Carol is sowing books, and we are not reaping books, we are reaping the finances to produce the books.

SEEING WITH GOD’S EYES

You cannot put God in any kind of a traditional box, He just doesn’t fit! Almost everything in Pentecost that we did was such a mixture, and it was so carnal.  Our praying was carnal, our worship was carnal. Now Im not saying its bad, its so often just carnal. And Im not saying we shouldnt do it, its just that theres a better form of worship than carnal platitudes. So you begin to enter into the realm where God says there is nothing here but Me, the work is complete and theres nothing here to do except what you hear Me speak to you.  Try only doing those things that God speaks to you to do.  It is not always easy. We generally dont think much about it when we read that Jesus only did those things He saw His Father do and speak what He heard Him say; but when it is required of us, it is sometimes very difficult.

God has severely tested me in this. Ive had people come up to me and ask me to pray for them, and I have had to say, “Im sorry, I cant.” For you see, I did not hear a word from my Father to do so, although in my humanity I wanted to pray for them.  There have been periods, not forever, mind you, but periods, when God said, “I want you to put down the Bible and I dont want you to look at it for now.”  Although the Spirit very often quickens things we read from the Bible, you cannot get life out of a book alone, regardless of its title or worldwide veneration.  The book can certainly speak to us when the anointing of the Spirit is joined to it, but we cannot take the Bible and make it a god.  As wonderful as that book is, it should never take the place of the living God in our lives.

Some of his stuff has been such a confirmation to me. I went through fear over some of these things, like  putting down the Bible, even for a season, because I spent a lifetime studying the doctrines and the issues that are in the Word. I’ve studied almost all of the denominations, I have studied on so many different issues, and the letter of the word, coupled with my intellect, like with so many, had at one time become a god to me.  However, with His dealings with me, and showing me that without His Spirit, it is all worthless as far as life is concerned.  With renewed vision, and Him rising alive from those pages, I find myself in the Bible a lot these days.  It has become a New Book to me.  Nevertheless, there was a period of time when God was saying to me, “Put it down. You need to get to know Me.” Some may find it hard to believe God would say such a thing; but if the Bible takes the place Christ Himself in your life, you may one day hear Him speak similar words to you; for truly, our God is a jealous God.  He will not allow His letter to us, as wonderful as it is, to forever come between Him and you.

Heres something wonderful that Elwin wrote: “Isnt is obvious that the Bible itself is a testimony that man lost his ability to see and hear God? Otherwise there would be no need for it. For if everyone could see and hear God for themselves, why would we need it? Why would we need a letter from Him? If we had unbroken communion, why would the Bible be needed? It wouldnt. For letters are written when people are separated one from the other, not when they are together.”

This man has the utmost respect for the Scriptures.  If you do not believe me, read some of his material, and you will see the wellspring of life that flows from the Bible into Him, or I should say out of him.  Again, Elwin has the utmost respect for the Scriptures, and so do I. But that book is not God. When you enter the realm of Tabernacles, God strips you of everything.  No longer do you look out on the world and see good and evil, you begin to see  with the eyes of God, and you dont see Christians and Buddhists and Hindus and  New Agers and Pentecostals, you see Christ.  I do not believe their doctrines which miss the mark of Life is Christ; but I with all sincerity can see the ungerminated Seed of Christ which John said was in every man (John 1:9).   Deep in the heart of every man, whether he is kneeling before a statue of Buddha or he is in a Christian church, we should see Christ (not in his rituals, not in his superstitious beliefs, not in his genuflecting to idols, not in his carnal religion).  We should peer by the Spirit that which has lifted us beyond our carnal reasoning and limited vision, and see the seed of God that is buried deep within his human soil.  When we can do this, we can then minister to the seed of Christ within that vessel. We can water it and see it bud and come forth like the planting of the Lord.  Oh, my friends, God knows no such thing as bigotry, especially since His Seed resides within every soul, waiting to hear the voice of the Son of God and live.

I was taught as a young Christian that if a Jehovah’s Witness comes to your door, slam the door in his face, because they are most persuasive. And don’t talk to Mormons. But when you enter into the realm of Tabernacles you see nothing but Christ in His creation, and you can see a man kneeling before a Buddhist statue and see Christ in him. The Buddhists need to come out of Buddhism, the Hindus need to come out of Hinduism, and the Christians need to come out of Christianity. (the man-made religion) We need to drop everything, and in Tabernacles you do that, you drop everything, and then there’s nothing left but God.

When you walk into that place where there’s only God, and see with His eyes, you weep for the condition of God’s people. They can’t even get along among themselves. The Christians blast the Buddhists and the Hindus and yet, at the same time, the Pentecostals can’t fellowship with the Baptists, and the Baptists can’t fellowship with the Catholics. What is the difference between the Hindu, the New Ager, or the Christian? What is the difference, tell me? They are all lost in the Adamic mind, and they are all trying to get back to God through religion, which is impossible.

We shouldn’t be condemning one another. The Kingdom of God, right now, is being established on the earth. Do you know what that is? Do you know what God is? We know this but we don’t know this. God is love! God doesn’t have a condemning eye for anyone. When you enter into the realm of Tabernacles, there is no way that you condemn another human being, no matter who or what they are. A couple of years ago, I gave a message on reconciliation, and somebody asked me, “Brother, do you mean to tell me that even a man like Hitler is one day going to be saved?” I said this, “When Jesus was on the Cross, He looked at the very men that had done those horrible things to Him and He said, ‘Father forgive them, they don’t know what they’re doing.’ Do you think you could possibly find it in your heart to look at a man like Hitler and say, ‘Father, forgive him, he does not know what he is doing’?”

I hear all the time how the people in America have rejected God and I say, “No they haven’t. They have rejected the concept of God which has been given to them.” Nobody would see the loveliness and the beauty of my Father and reject Him. And if they did, the only thing that would happen to them is that His love and His correction would eventually cause them to bow the knee. You see, God conquers His enemies from within.

RULING AND REIGNING

We have this carnal mindset about how Jesus is coming back and we’re going to reign and rule with Him for a thousand years. Do you think, my friends that you’re going to legislate morality? And even if you did, would people really be that much different? You see, it’s not legislating morality or changing the law that sets the Kingdom of God in order, it’s the changing of men’s hearts. If you have the traditional concept of ruling and reigning with Christ, in that regard you are most Adamic in your nature, because Adam always wants to rule over others. I think it would be said we rule and reign as Christ on the earth. How many can do that? Don’t think that when Jesus comes back He is going to take a bunch of carnal Christians and make them rulers over the nations. Not a chance. As one sister said, “Get a grip.” The only ones who will be ruling and reigning with Him are those who are reigning as Christ on the earth. He does not force His rule and reign over one single human being, he wins them through love. He defeats them from within and not from without.

When you enter into the realm of Tabernacles, you begin to understand what the apostle Paul meant in 2 Corinthians 4:18 when he said, “We look not at the things that are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal,” which means subject to change. Everything that you see with your physical eyes is subject to change. The only things that are unchangeable and immovable are spiritual things. You must see humanity through the eyes of spirit. You must begin to look with the eyes of God to the unseen rather than the realm of the seen. That’s why I say that no matter what condition I might find you in, I have nothing for you but good news, encouraging words, and a message of love from our Father. I’m not going to try to convince you if you’re a Hindu that my religion is better than yours. Forget it!

You probably know or have heard of T. L. Osborne. When he was first called to the mission field, he said, “I went over and I began to teach them that my God was better than their God, and that my scriptures were the true scriptures and their scriptures were the false scriptures. I didn’t get anywhere.”

How could I convince you that the Bible wasn’t written by God? Who could convince you of that? So do you think that you can tell a Muslim that his scriptures are of the devil, but you’ve got the right ones? He will say the same thing to you. So T. L. said, “Daisy and I spent months on the mission field, and came home beaten and discouragedwe were battered and we were hopeless because we could not convince people that our God was better than theirs and that our scriptures were true and theirs were false.” He spent nights agonizing in prayer and in intercession, feeling like such a failure. Then God came to him one night and instructed him on what to do. “I got up and said, ‘Daisy here we go.’ We went back to that country, following the voice of the Lord as He instructed me. The first thing we did was we said, ‘Find the most feeble, the most sickly, those in the worst physical condition you can find, and bring them to me.’ And they did.” Then he spoke a word of healing and there was instantaneous healing. He didn’t have to convince people whose God was right. See, in the realm of Tabernacles, you can only do that which God speaks to you. Part of the training in Tabernacles is that you realize, more than you’ve ever realized before, the awesomeness of your responsibility.

Jesus went through this. When He was twelve years old, He knew who He was. How do you suppose it affected Him to walk through masses of people from the age of 12 to 30, knowing who He was and the abilities contained within Him? Yet He dared not move until it was His time. In Pentecost, we get a gift of God and we run around using it on everybody who will listen to us. We get a little bit of discernment and we go tell everybody and we prophecy over everybody. Give me a break! You’ll never enter into Tabernacles until you have passed through Pentecost and gone into the Holiest of All. You talk about power. But you know what (and this is sad), I personally know some men that this has happened tothat have come into this realm of this awesome power of God and have then used it for selfish gain. They haven’t entered into the realm of Tabernacles. I sometimes share it like this: Your spirit is kind of like a magnet. Whatever you desire with all of your heart, you will attract to you.

Some of you may have read Stephen’s Jones’ book, Hearing God’s Voice (God’s Kingdom Ministries, PO Box 3929, Batesville, AR, 72503), where he talks about the idols of the heart. You can want something from God so desperately, and get it, but totally miss God. Because of the circles I was in for a few years and the church that I was associated with, I came across and rubbed shoulders with some of the most famous men in Christian circles. I saw some that were very proficient in the gifts. They would walk up, having never seen you before, and they would say, “Your name is Bud, you’re from Spokane. You have a sister back in Kansas by the name of Sue. She has tuberculosis and she is taking (they name a medicine).” I have seen this time and time again. I have walked with some of these men, and I’m telling you, they are not spiritual men. They truly have a gift of God, and there are times I have been blessed with a word from the Lord. But the point I want to make is this (and we are all too well familiar with these verses), that there may come a day when judgment comes, and it’s not necessarily after you die. There will come a day when God will begin to judge you, and begin to bring His correction reproof upon you. You will say, “But God, we cast out demons in your name, we healed the sick, we raised the dead,” and you may hear Him say, “I never knew you.” It took me an awfully long time to understand those verses, until I began to enter into the experience of Tabernacles.

God is bringing a people today to that place where we want absolutely nothing but Him. Isn’t that a miracle? It has taken generations; we are on the shoulders of many generations of faithful men and women. We just happen to be here at the right time when the fullness of His presence is filling the temple. So, entering into Tabernacles, you will find that you will be stripped of everything. You may begin to have a period in your life when you can’t even pray anymore. Have you ever been there? I have been, by the grace of the Lord, so diligent in seeking after Him. I would get up at 4am every day of the week to be able to have a minimum of an hour to seek God before I drove 45 minutes to work. Then I came into a period of my life when I just couldn’t pray anymore. And then one day, a brother came up to me when I was experiencing this and he said, “God just spoke a word to me to give to you and He said, ‘I am going to take your diligence and turn it into My diligence.’” After a while, it just dawned on me why I couldn’t pray anymore, because all my praying that I was doing was from Pentecost in the carnal realm.

PRAYER

Prayer is communication. Prayer does not mean that I just unceasingly talk to God. Prayer is an attitude. I began to realize what Paul meant when he said, “Pray without ceasing. (1 Thes. 5:17) I was trying to do that, but you see, it’s an attitude. I live in a prayerful attitude all the time. In the realm of Tabernacles, you see that everything is of God. That’s why you don’t see good and evil anymore, you see everything is of God. So I began to realize that everything that came into my life that I used to think was demonic and evil and that it was the devil trying to destroy me through sickness and disease, I saw God open my eyes to see that, “Son, everything comes to you through the permissible hand of God.” Until you hear that, and really hear that, you’ll always be fighting demons, devils and everything else. But in the realm of Tabernacles, you see that “Known by God, all His works from beginning to the end.”

Only God knows what it takes to bring each individual into a place where he will fully bow into submission. Only God knows what it takes to chip all the old dead marble off of the beauty that is on the inside. And now, I dare not say a prayer for anyone unless God speaks to me that it is time for their healing, time for their deliverance, time to speak this word to them. In Tabernacles, you must only do those things that you hear God speak to you to do, you must not pray for someone according to your concepts and what you think He told his disciples to do years ago. When this first began to happen to me, I didn’t know how to handle this. I didn’t have any wisdom at all, so the first time somebody came up and asked me to pray for them and I felt the check, I said, “No, God doesn’t want me to pray for you.” I didn’t mean it wrong, but that was terrible! But you know, now, even if I know that God doesn’t want me to pray, it’s okay to pray.

I’m not saying it’s not okay to pray for someone, but many times now when I pray for someone, I won’t utter a word. It is not necessary. Vocal communication in Tabernacles IS NOT NECESSARY! The only thing that is necessary is God in His Holy Temple. A simple touch, a simple smile, can do more in a moment than all of your carnal praying for God to move on your behalf. I like to say (although it doesn’t sound very nice for religious ears) that that’s when I discovered that God was not some big Santa Claus up in the sky who rewarded me when I was good and punished me when I was evil. He makes His reign, His Spirit, His loveliness, His beauty, fall upon the bad and the good, the just and the unjust.

My prayer life has so drastically changed that I can honestly say to you that I never go to God and ask Him for a thing. There’s a realm you begin to walk into where you realize that to seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness is simply to have a heart’s desire to be absolutely at one and in right standing with God. Now you may not be there yet, so it’s a heart’s desireyou simply have that heart’s desire. If you seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, all things shall be added unto you. (Matt. 6:33) So if I find myself today in a kind of a lack, whether it be financially, whether it be physically, whether it be emotionally, it doesn’t matter what it is, I simply realize that my Father has absolutely provided everything that I need and so my attention and my focus must not be upon the lack. The more you fight lack, the more likely you will enter into lack. The more you center and focus on God’s ability and God’s sustenance and God being able to provide abundantly above all you can ask or think, the more THAT will be your experience.

PROPER FOCUS

Somebody said to me once, all you need to do is reckon yourself dead. I’m sure we’ve all tried this. The more that I would try to reckon myself dead, the more alive I became. This is a principle, that whatever you focus on will be your experience. For instance, we have people today whose focus is on sports. Maybe it’s baseball. I personally know people who know all the batter’s names; who know their averages, who know everything about them. When they speak, baseball just flows out of them, and the more they speak about baseball, the more they fall in love with it. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. That principle applies spiritually in everything that you do.

I used to say things like, “God I know that when you come back I’ll still have a cigarette in my hand.” I said that to God and meant it with all my heart, and yet I would try to quit. The harder I tried to quit, the more I’d smoke. If you are a fat person and try to diet, you will eat more, because whatever you focus on becomes a stronghold in your life. That’s why it says in 1 Corinthians 15:56, “The strength of sin is the Law.” The moment you take the Law unto yourself, with your will power, to try to perform it, that gives it a stronghold in your life. The strength of sin is the Law. You try to walk according to the Law and you will give strength to your flesh. God will not allow the flesh to enter into the Kingdom.

People accuse me a lot of times of giving Christians a license to sin. I say, have you ever read Romans chapter 7? If any man ever gave anyone a license to sin, it was the apostle Paul, because he said that when I have a desire for God and I will to do what is right and I find that other Law working in my members and bringing me into the Law of Sin and Death, it’s no more I that does it. Romans chapter 7 is a salvation to those who are in captivity to sin. Paul so very clearly and emphatically says look, if you have problems in the flesh, if you have a desire for God and you decide to do what is right and you experience that pull of the flesh and you fall into sin, it is not you. You see, Paul knew man’s true identity. He said that it is not you, it’s that sin principle that is operating in you. So you must focus on Christ within, not on the sin in your flesh.

When you realize the truth of Adam and the truth of your real identity, it brings you into rest. When your flesh gets out of control and you occasionally do things that aren’t pleasing to God, you simply realize that that is not who you are. It is still that sin principle operating in you, and that will be dealt with as the Lord continually permeates and saturates your temple with His presence.

Do you know that the devil is a Pentecostal? You tell me what other realm you can get into today and hear so much about the devil. I have been in more Pentecostal meetings and heard more about the devil than I ever heard about God. For a long time I managed the Tree of Life Christian Bookstore in Eugene, Oregon, and the largest selling category of books that we had were books on demons and witchcraft and devils. What it was, was books trying to teach you how to deal with the devil. I’d be a fool to tell you the devil isn’t real, because he’s running rampant in Pentecost. But I’m telling you there is a higher realm, and in that realm there is no devil. Remember the words Jesus said, “The evil one comes, but he has nothing in Me.” The only place the devil can be real to you is that place he has in you. If he has no place in you (I’m not saying for everyone), then the devil doesn’t bother you anymore. The devil never bothers me anymore. What I began to realize is that it is not the devil, it’s my flesh that needs to be dealt with.

People call me and say, “Brother, don’t you realize that Jesus cast out demons?” That still does not mean that there’s not a higher realm. Jesus met people in the place of their need. There is a realm where there is not devil or demons and all of this influence that can destroy you. It just isn’t there.

We have all of these thoughts and concepts about what it would be like to walk in the Kingdom, but if you will walk in love, not just for your brothers and sisters in the Lord, but if you will walk in love for all of humanity, you won’t judge. One of the most grievous things to me in these days is to hear one Christian judge another, and to hear somebody who is speaking truth that’s a little bit higher get criticized and called New Age. I want to say something, and I know I am sticking my neck out in saying this. Right today there is more truth in what the New Age is saying than what most Christians are saying. At the same time I will tell you, COME OUT of everything and come to God. I am not supporting New Age or Christians or Buddhists, I am simply saying that God has truth everywhere you look. People are blasting what God is speaking today from His Holy Temple because what is coming forth from His Holy Temple has been taught in Hinduism for thousands of years. That doesn’t mean it isn’t true, it’s just been perverted. Man always perverts truth. But when you can walk in total love and acceptance, you will stop pointing the finger. Remember what Paul told us in Hebrews 6:1, “Therefore, leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection.”

If God says to me today, I want you to go down the street and I want you to find this man, and he has a demonic spirit and I want you to cast it out, I am not going to say, “Well God, I’m not in Pentecost anymore, I’m in Tabernacles,” I’m going to do what God says. I’m saying, you should always listen to God and do what He says. Anything outside of that, and you’re being an outlaw.

WALKING IN LOVE

The Kingdom of God is to walk in love. Love knows nothing but a desire to edify and to build. Of course, there is a severity to love. It’s a fearful thing (to the flesh) to fall into the corrective hand of God. But we must realize that to walk in God is simply to walk in love. It’s that simple. Whenever you look at a human being, no matter what they’re doing, no matter what they’re saying, and you feel resentment rising up in you, you can be assured that’s not God. God is not insensitive to these things, but the character of God is to restore, not to condemn. It’s a matter of attitude. As you walk in love, your main concern will be to bring restoration and not condemnation.

So in simple terms, to walk in the Kingdom of God is simply to walk in love. It is really that simple. What does love do? Here is something God instructed me to read, and I did it for months and months and months until it began to work itself into me:

“The love of God has been shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I endure and I am patient and kind. I am never envious. I never boil over with jealousy. I’m not boastful or vainglorious. I don’t display myself haughtily. I’m not conceited, arrogant or inflated with pride. I’m not rude. I do not act unbecomingly. I do not insist upon my own rights and my own way, because I am not self seeking. I’m not touchy. I’m not fretful, nor am I resentful. I take no account of the evil which is done to me. I pay no attention to a suffered wrong. I do not rejoice in injustice or in unrighteousness, but I rejoice when right and truth prevail. I bear up under everything that comes, and I am always ready to believe the very best of every person. My hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and I endure everything without weakening. I never fail.”

Those aren’t just words to me (if I can say this without sounding boastful). If you talk to my wife, she will tell you that this is what flows out of me. This is not Adam trying to make himself godly, this is simply what I am. Do I still make mistakes? Of course I do. Do I still miss God? Only every day of my life. But I realize today, more than ever before, that I am Christ, once again, being manifested on the earth. And my friend, so are you. You have the divine essence and substance of everything that He is. All you need is an unveiling to see that what I’m speaking to you is true, and you will realize that you are not Adamthe struggles are over, the work is complete. You are complete in Him who is the head of all principalities and powers. I’m complete in Him. What authority has any demonic influence over me? I have been, as the Word says, delivered out of the kingdom of darkness, transferred or translated into the Kingdom of His Son. (Col. 1:13) If that has happened to us (and it most certainly has), what influence has demonic power over us?

I still hear people say how the principalities and the powers of darkness are prevailing over the Northwest. Well, you know what, there was a time in my experience when I experienced that and I felt the heaviness, but I don’t now. There’s a realm in God where nothing affects you. There is nothing in Tabernacles but God, in the Holy of Holies. You can’t imagine how wonderful it is for me to be able to share some of these things. “To him that overcomes, I will give to eat of the hidden manna. (Rev. 2:17) And oh, when you begin to taste some of these things, you have such a deep desire to share them, but until the people and the time are right, you can’t. The message on mistaken identity has been in me for years, and only from person to person at times could I share it. But today there are many other groups I can go to and speak it forth. God has prepared a people, to bring them into the fullness of Tabernacles. We are a blessed generation, absolutely blessed. Hallelujah!

PART THREE

COMING INTO CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Each one of us has within us God’s infallible guidance system. The only pre-requisite to be able to hear the voice of the Spirit of God within you is to be quickened, regenerated, born again, be saved, or whatever terminology you are familiar with. The most important thing in your life is to have that experience of knowing God intimately, being quickened by His spirit, to be born again and sense the release and the freedom from all the past.

Jesus told His disciples, “When He, the spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth. (John 16:13) It is amazing that after 2000 years we have so many different voices and so many different variations of what people think they hear God speak today. Why is that? How can we be absolutely sure that we are hearing God and know that it is His voice? The only way you can be sure is to ask yourself, do you really want to hear God’s voice? Do you above everything else want to know what God has for your life? The grace of God has brought to each of us the desire and the heart that longs after Him and to know the truth. If you have the desire to know God and His will for your life, you can be sure that God will speak to you. You must be willing to take the time from your busy schedule to spend with Him to know Him intimately.

I often share that it’s very difficult for the Christian today to discern God’s voice, because of the traditions and the things that we have been taught. It is very difficult for us to follow the leading and the prompting of the Spirit of God, mainly due to our mindsets, to our religious upbringing, and how we have been taught. The main thing we can do is to take time every day and calm the mind and sit in the quiet. The Scriptures tell us to “Be still and know that I am God. (Ps. 46:10) You will find it very difficult, if not impossible, to hear God’s voice with your mind so active. When you are trying to figure out what God is saying to you by thinking about it and using your natural mind, you can be misled. You may find yourself doing what seems good to your natural mind, and miss hearing God’s voice and His desire for you in the present moment.

I need to make it clear that to hear God’s voice does not always mean hearing Him speak clear words to you, however He does do that at times. Most of the time, God will speak in an inspiration that comes from deep within us and we do not always understand it with the natural mind, but as we continue to take time in His presence, He makes us clear as to what He is saying. If God spoke to us in plain English, then we would always be clear and none of us would make mistakes as to what He was saying. Many people say they have never heard God speak to them, because they do not know how He speaks. They are expecting plain English instead of an inspiration. Other people are always saying, “God told me this and God told me that,” and later they discover that what they heard was not an inspiration from God, but it was the natural mind talking to them.

THE CONSCIENCE

A lot of people have said in the past, and still say today, that your conscience is the voice of your spirit, and I believed that for a long time because that was what I was taught. But then one day I discovered (and don’t misunderstand what I am saying here) that your conscience can be trained to either condemn you or excuse you. What do I mean by that? In many cultures today it’s very common for you to sit down at a dinner table and have a glass of wine, and if you are raised in that culture, you can be one that really loves God with all your heart and your conscience will not condemn you for drinking a glass of wine. If you are in Germany, you could drink a glass of beer and your conscience would not be offended. However if you are in America, in many churches you are taught that it is a sin and an offense to drink alcohol. If you are taught that and believe that, then when you drink a glass of wine or beer your conscience will condemn you.

Your conscience is programmed according to the knowledge of good and evil. If you believe something is wrong, then your conscience will condemn you when you do it. Let me give you a religious example of that. If you are a typical Southern Baptist and you’ve been raised in the Baptist church, or many other denominations for that matter, your conscience is programmed in certain ways and you can be taught, for instance, that people who speak in tongues are of the devil. If you learn to live by your conscience and you are a faithful Baptist and adhere to your teachings and believe what you have been taught, then when you get around people who are baptized into the Holy Spirit, and speak in tongues or prophesy, your conscience will tell you that’s of the devil.

There are books in Christian bookstores about how the Pentecostals are deceived because they speak in tongues. Many Christians sincerely believe that, and their conscience will agree with them. So if they go to a Pentecostal meeting or they get around Pentecostal people, their conscience will tell them that it is the devil speaking in tongues.

Some are taught in the so-called holiness churches that women should not cut their hair, or should not wear jewelry. Some are taught that television is evil and that you will go to hell for smoking or for many other things. If you are taught this way, then your conscience will always condemn you when you do these things.

The reason I want to point this out is that your infallible guidance system does not function according to your conscience and the knowledge of good and evil. If you don’t understand that, then you may listen to your conscience and miss what the Spirit is speaking to you. You must learn to sense the guidance and the leading of the Spirit of God in you. If you do, then no matter how much you are programmed by your conscience and no matter how much your conscience condemns you or tells you that it is wrong, if you are one who is absolutely seeking after God, there will be another stirring. There will be enlightenment. If you listen to your conscience, which may be very strong, having been programmed for many years, then when the Spirit is saying something different, you will miss God.

Some of God’s people are taught that it is wrong to play musical instruments in church, so their conscience tells them it is wrong. Other folks think it is wonderful to praise God with musical instruments in Church, so their conscience does not bother them about this. There are many examples that we could use to show that the conscience is simply programmed by knowledge, what you have been taught. Please do not misunderstand what I am saying here. If you do not learn how to live in the spirit, then it is important for you to follow your conscience in most things.

A big deception in God’s people today is the way the verse in Hebrews is taught that says, “Forsake not the assembling of yourselves together.(Heb. 10:25) Many preachers use this verse to keep people in bondage. When people hear the call to come out of the system of Christianity, their conscience may condemn them with this verse. This verse does not say to not forsake the local denomination or the system of religion; it just says not to forsake the assembling of yourselves together. You can do this anywhere in any place, even with two or three. When you come together with another person to worship the Lord, you are assembling together. Jesus said. “Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the mist of them. (Matt. 18:20)

As you are learning to follow your spirit, you may also sense an “uprising” and a “down-falling.” For instance, if something is of God, you’ll sense a rising of the spirit within you. Yet, if all your life you’ve been trained to go simply by the knowledge of good and evil or been trained to go strictly by your conscience, you will put down the sensations and you will put down the leading of the Spirit of God in you, thinking that it’s a false spirit or that it is a deceiving spirit, because your conscience says it is wrong.

The first time I met some Pentecostal folks, I went to my pastor and shared with him and he said to me that the Pentecostals were deceived. Yet something within me was stirring. I had some difficulty with it at first, but I just knew that this was something of God. I knew the Pentecostals had something I needed. This was my infallible guidance system at work.

God many times will speak to us with just a sensation, or intuition. You go to do something and you just have a sense or an intuition about whether you should or whether you shouldn’t. Each one of us must learn to seek God and say above everything else, “Lord, you know that I don’t want to believe everything that anyone says, but I want to know the truth. I want to hear You speak to me.”

God’s people have been taught so much fear about being deceived that they are afraid to follow the leading of the Spirit, because He will lead you differently than what you have been taught. There is a lot of deception in the world today, but the people of God have been in deception too. All of us have been in deception. The only way that we will get out of deception is for each one of us to understand some very basic principles in the Word of God. One thing that is needed so desperately among God’s people is to know that they can trust their anointing, they can trust the sensations, the leading of the Spirit within them.

Hebrews chapter 8, beginning at verse 10 says, “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after these days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: and they shall not teach every man his neighbor and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know Me from the least to the greatest.”

Now I have heard these verses put off into some future age called the millennium, when there’s going to be a day when everyone will be able to hear the voice of the Lord. That’s a real problem in the Christian world today–to take some very precious words and put them off somewhere into the future.

There’s going to come a day, folks, when we will all be one. There’s going to come a day when the glorious man that Paul talks about in Ephesians is going to stand on the earth. There’s going to come a day when every one of us will be able to hear God for himself. But until then, what do we do? Because if it’s not until then, then the only alternative is to listen to what Gary Sigler says or what someone else says.

We must realize that the price of Calvary brought us into such a relationship with our Father that there’s no excuse and no reason for us not to be able to hear Him speak to us. One of the main reasons that we can’t hear Him is that we have been programmed according to the knowledge of good and evil and according to the precepts and concepts and doctrines and theologies of carnally minded men.

If you are in the typical Christian mindset when you first begin to hear God for yourself, you may rebuke it as the devil. I know, because I have done it. I would not tell anyone that they should violate their conscience, that’s not the point of this message. The point of it is your conscience many times will tell you something’s wrong, when it is God speaking to you and revealing a truth to you.

There is something deeper then human consciousness. There is something deeper than living by the knowledge of good and evil that can be programmed. When He, the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth. You can’t fail when you begin to just quietly listen for God every day of your life. One of the most important things that you will ever do is to quiet yourself and listen for God’s voice. Do not be afraid to ask God questions and then do not try to figure out the answer by your mind.

THERE IS NO MORE SIN

I have learned more in my Christian walk by asking God questions than I have any other way. For instance, I heard for a long time the New Age teaching that there is no sin, there is no death, there is no sickness, there is just nothing at all but God. Christian Science also teaches this. If you hear this teaching and you hear it with the natural Adamic mind, it’s going to deceive you. You need to ask God about these things and let Him reveal the truth to you. John said about Jesus, “Behold the Lamb of God, that takes away the sin of the world. (John 1:29) God can reveal to you that at the Cross, sin, flesh, corruption, and all negative things were dealt with and put away. You are A NEW creation in Him if you have been regenerated. ALL old things have passed away and ALL things have become new. That means, in reality, that there is no sin, no sickness, no death or corruption in Him. You are in Him and “As He IS so are we in this world. (1 John 4:17)

You see, there are seemingly two realities in this world, but actually there is only one. Because we are living in the Adamic consciousness, there are two lives and there are two laws and there are two men in this whole universe. One is the Adamic consciousness with the law of sin and death, and the other is the Christ consciousness with the law of the spirit of life. There is no other, there are only two men and you are either living your life out from the source of the Adamic consciousness or the Christ consciousness.

What does that mean? If you understand that you have been totally redeemed and reconciled to God, then you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that as far as you are concerned, God has taken every sin, every mistake, every habit, in the past, in the present, and in the future, and He has nailed it to the cross, and now we stand on this earth not in an Adamic consciousness but in the Christ consciousness, knowing that God has fully redeemed us and we stand as a new creation on the earth. We don’t stand any longer in Adam; we stand in Christ.

You see, that’s what the offering at Calvary has provided for the person that can truly see this. If this is just a teaching to you, it’s not going to help you, but if you truly see that this is what God is doing today, it will give you revelation to see that we are standing on Holy ground. Not only are we standing on Holy ground, we are Holy ground. For those who have been born again, there is no more sin.

“Neither by the blood of goats and calves but by His own blood He entered in once into the Holy place having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh, how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God. (Heb. 9:12-14)

“For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; for then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. (Heb. 9:24-26)

I ask this question again and again, did He do that? Did He put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself? Well if He really did, then sin is no more, and until you see and understand this, until you can stand with a grateful heart and with praise in your heart and realize that sin is no more, you’ll never understand the true redemptive plan of God. You will never be free from sin experientially until you have a revelation of Christ’s victory on the Cross.

“So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. (Heb. 9:28)

We know this verse can’t be talking about Christ, as far as appearing without sin, so who is it talking about? Unto them that look for Him shall He appear without sin. You see, there is a life in us that has never known sin. There is a life in us that has never been tainted. In that life is the pure unadulterated life of our Savior, Christ Jesus. His life in us knows nothing but overcoming all obstacles and hindrances. His life is a joyful, exuberant, loving and victorious expression of God on the earth.

Now, how can we experience that life? The plan of redemption is so much greater than we have ever realized. How can we say that we stand without sin? Because that is what the Word says. The Scriptures plainly reveal this. But because we’ve been living as Christians for years with an Adamic consciousness, we know this old unrenewed mind, we know the hang-ups, we know the problems, we know how we terribly miss God in Adam, and because we live so much out of the Adamic consciousness we cannot receive the truth and the revelation of “I stand without sin and without shame and without guilt. I can walk boldly, unashamedly, into the very presence of Almighty God at any time to find grace to help in time of need.”

Of course, there are people in the world that take some of the beautiful truths of God and misuse them. There are groups who get a hold of these truths and exploit them, but nevertheless, folks, it’s the truth. If Jesus took away your sins, you don’t have any. And if He didn’t, you’re in a whole lot of trouble. That doesn’t mean that we are perfect in Adam, but it does mean that we stand guiltless and without spot or blemish as far as God is concerned.

There are seemingly two realities, the Adamic consciousness and the Christ consciousness. Which one would you rather live out of? Because that’s the choice you have today. Even as a Christian you have the choice. If you’re not a Christian, you don’t have the choice. If you don’t know God, you’re not going to live out of a God consciousness. But as a Christian, you have a choice today to live out of the Adamic consciousness or out of the Christ consciousness. If you can simply believe some simple truths in the Scriptures, you can begin to look at the Adamic consciousness for what it is an outright, bold-faced lie.

I know that there are people who are misusing and misapplying these truths. I don’t doubt it at all. Nevertheless, if you cannot receive the truth, you will die in an Adamic consciousness. We all know that the end of the age is upon us. We are all waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. Yet, I’m telling you, if you don’t understand and if you don’t seek God for the revelation I’m giving you, you will die in an Adamic consciousness, never knowing the excitement of living out from Christ.

Becoming a son of God is not some magical formula that one day Jesus is going to come and you are going to be changed into a son of God. It does not work like that. That’s the same as most Christians, who are just dying and waiting to go to heaven some day. You will never be a manifested son of God on earth unless today you are being transformed and changed into His likeness day by day. It is so easy today because there is more light, there is more revelation, there is more presence of God in the earth than there has been since Jesus was here in the flesh.

“Then said He, (speaking of Jesus) Lo, I come to do thy will. He takes away the first (speaking of the Old Covenant) that he may establish the second, by the which will we are sanctified by the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. (Heb. 10:9-10) Only one sacrifice was needed, and that is once for all times. “By the which will” is kind of funny language, but what it’s actually saying is that it’s by His will.

How are we sanctified? We all know that this cannot be done by Adam, by our carnal nature, but by His will we are sanctified through the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Then in verse 14 it says, “For by one offering He has perfected FOREVER them that are sanctified.” This is why it is so important for you to live out of Christ consciousness. For years, we have been taught terms like “live in the Spirit”. If you live in the Spirit, you won’t fulfill the deeds of the flesh. I knew for years that that was the answer, but I never knew how to do that. Jesus said, “If you abide in Me and My words abide in you” (John 15:7) that that’s answer too, but how do I do that?

We have to realize that what the Scripture says, it really means. If it says that Jesus took away the sin of the world, then there isn’t any. Remember, I said that there are seemingly two realities. In Adam, in the Adamic race, in the Adamic consciousness there will always be sin, there will always be all of the horrible results of the fall of man in the Adamic race. But according to the Scriptures, when you are born again, when you’re regenerated and quickened by the Spirit, according to the simple truths of the Scriptures you are delivered out of darkness, you are taken out of the kingdom of darkness and placed into the kingdom of God’s Son (Col. 1:13)

What does that mean? I am taken, lifted out of the Adamic consciousness, and placed into Christ. I begin to focus everything that I am, not on my failures, not on my inabilities, but I focus everything I am on what God says that I am. I am a NEW creation. I’m not Adam made over. In fact, Adam does not exist. That’s why I said there are SEEMINGLY two realities. In the Adamic consciousness, Adam is very much alive. But in Christ, in the Spirit, when we begin to have eyes of the Spirit, we begin to see as God sees, we begin to understand as God understands, and we begin to realize that if Jesus took away the sin of the world then we don’t need to be out there telling them what horrible sinners they are. We need to be giving them the good news of the gospel, which is the power of God to deliver them.

There is not much power in teaching you how to be godly. But if my words can convince you that Jesus took away your sin and even though it appears that you are full of sin, if I can get you to turn your focus off of sin and get you to focus on the reality of the gospel, it is the power to deliver you. You are not Adam, you are Christ!

I looked at my sin for many years and every day I confessed my sin. I was taught to do that. I never realized that Jesus took away my sin, because I was living in an Adamic consciousness, going to church, reading the Bible, praying every day and trying to make Adam like God. What you are is a new creation. You are born of God and you are His offspring. In Christ, you have His nature, His wisdom, His ability, His loveliness and you are His body on the earth. When you live out of your Christ consciousness, you begin to experience all of His attributes.

We have, in Jesus, the finest example of a human being that we have any record of anywhere. Even if He weren’t resurrected from the dead, history alone would say that He was the finest man that ever lived. But not only was He the finest man that ever lived, He went to the Cross and conquered death; He took the Adamic consciousness and buried it. He took humanity in Himself into death and came out of death the head of a brand new creation. He brought all of creation out of the Adamic consciousness. Why don’t we experience that? Because we haven’t had the revelation. We read the word that Jesus took away the sins of the world, we read that He sanctified us once and for all, and that He perfected us forever, but then we look at Adam and we say, “My, that’s wonderful, I wish it were true.”

For many years I was in Pentecostal churches, and one of the songs we used to sing almost every Sunday in the place I was attending was “Jesus Breaks Every Fetter”. I used to sing that song with tears streaming down my cheeks, thinking, “Oh my God, I wish that were so.” These things can never be so in Adam. Adam will never experience that preciousness.

The only person who can experience the loveliness and the beauty of God is the new creation man. When you are regenerated, it is like a new birth, that’s why it is called being born again. The birth that is regenerated in you is like a small seed. A seed of corn has everything in it and lacks nothing to restrict it from growing and producing the fullness of the corn kingdom. We are of the seed of God, of which Paul plainly says, “The seed is Christ. (Gal. 3:16)

What we have is not the Adamic consciousness made new; we have the regenerated seed of God on the inside of us. We must learn to focus all of our attention on the seed of Christ and not on the Adamic life. You know, by experience, that you become what you focus on. Everyone has that experience. There are many people today who live and breathe many different things, and they become a product of that which they receive into them, whether it be sports or any other thing. How many people do you know that can tell you the name of every ball player, their batting average, etc. They live, they eat, and they drink sports. It is a divine principle, whatever you take into you, you will become.

There is a simple solution for you if you’re in an Adamic consciousness and you’re trapped in sin and death. I know that none of us want to be there, but if you’re there, you cannot get out of there by focusing on that. The more attention you give to your sin and the more you bewail your condition, the larger it will become. But you must look at the seed of God, and just understand the simple truth that when you are regenerated, what you have is a brand new nature. You are discovering that you are spirit, and that Christ is in you. You only hinder the growth of the seed of God in you by trying to make your Adamic consciousness better.

So many people try to live godly by will power. A lot of Christians are afraid to let go of their will power because they know that if they did they would sow to the flesh. So they have to be in bondage all their lifetime to rules and regulations while trying to be a joyful Christian. This is really hard.

If you focus on what you have inherited, simply by believing what God has said, there will come a day when you will fully reveal and manifest to the world the loveliness of your Creator. When that will happen, to a great degree, depends upon you, but it will happen. You can continue, as you are now, trying to remake and reform your Adamic consciousness into something that is more acceptable to God, or you can let go of it. When I say “let go of it”, I don’t mean stop sinning. I mean, turn your mind away from it, and center, focus on, the loveliness of forgiveness. You’ll never know the joys of forgiveness until you can look at your sin and know you are forgiven, instead of being condemned over it. God knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that Adam can never, in any condition whatsoever, satisfy His heart. There is only one in the universe that can satisfy the heart of God, and that is Christ. Christ in you is the hope of glory. (Col 1:27)

That is why it says in 1 Corinthians 15:45 that on the day of Jesus’ resurrection, 2000 years ago, that the last man Adam, meaning Christ, became a life-giving Spirit. Or you could say it this way: He became a Spirit to give you life. He went through death, came out of death, and simply by the breath of His mouth He can give life. On the day of resurrection, He breathed on His disciples and said, “Receive ye the Holy Spirit. (John 20:22) If you’ve been regenerated, if you’ve been quickened, you have received that same Spirit. If you can even faintly remember that there was a day when God touched you, then you know that you were born again. The seed of Christ has been quickened on the inside of you.

That seed on the inside of you is pre-programmed to reproduce everything of the kingdom of God on earth. You lack absolutely nothing in Christ, but because of living out of your Adamic consciousness, you’re a loser. The message isn’t to try to kill Adam. Probably most of us have tried that. It’s simply to recognize, and this comes by revelation, that you are of the seed of Abraham. You have the seed of Christ. Stop looking at Adam, stop condemning yourself, and realize that Jesus paid the penalty for this whole thing that’s why He died. Not to give you a license to sin and to stay there. No! He gave you the liberty to look away from that. There is no place in the Word where you can find that you are told to look and focus on your sin, but there is a verse that says to look away unto Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith. (Heb. 12:1-2)

We know that God drew us to Himself. He authored the birth of His seed within us. We had nothing to do with it. Any person who thinks they had anything to do with their salvation and that it was their goodness that brought them to God, is most deceived. If you didn’t bring yourself to God, if you had nothing to do with your redemption and your acceptability before God, then why do you think that you have to take Adam and perfect him? If God truly is the finisher of our faith, as the Scripture says, then when Adam rises up we simply realize that that is an opportunity for us to forgive ourselves. We should all walk in forgiveness. You must learn to forgive yourself when the flesh rises up.

How could I not be conscious of my sin? When I began to walk in these truths, not only did I lose the sin-consciousness, guess what you lose along with it. You lose the sin. That’s why I say that in actuality, folks, there is only one reality. Seemingly there are two. But there is only one, and the reality, the truth of the matter is, sin is no more. It was dealt with.

Because we haven’t been living out of the right consciousness and we haven’t been focusing on Christ, to us Adam is very real. A lot of people say there is no sickness; there is no death. In Christ, this is true. There is a lot of suffering in this world. There is a lot of pain in this world. How can we deny that? Yet, there will come a day when every one of us will experience that death is no more. Sin is no more. Sickness is no more. Christ will come forth in us in all of His glory and then we will experience these things in their fullness.

If we are waiting for this like a fairy tale, that someday this is going to happen, we are missing the joyous journey of walking in it. If you are not walking in it, you will miss it until you do walk in it. We are so close today to seeing a group of people rise up on this earth that will absolutely bring the dominion and the kingdom of God onto the earth. I’m doing that today. But not out there (externally). I’m doing that in this earth (internally).

The traditional Christian mindset is that someday Jesus is going to come back and we’re going to rule and reign with Him. Are you? Not if He hasn’t been ruling and reigning in you right now. The only way that we can bring the kingdom of God to earth is to recognize everything that should not be in His kingdom and make sure it isn’t in us. If each one of us will do that individually, without making it a performance, we will succeed in bringing the kingdom to our earth.

If we soak ourselves in the presence of God and meditate in these truths, we will begin to walk in the reality and freedom of not having the bondages of sin in the flesh. It is so wonderful. No one really knows except those who have been in the throws and bondages of the flesh, how wonderful it is to wake up in the morning and to know that once again Christ is going to flow from your being. You don’t have to worry about the pull of the flesh and make all of the resolutions and false promises to yourself. You just know that God is able to do that in you which He has promised to do.

RENEW your mind. Paul says that this is so important…to be renewed in the spirit of your mind. “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who thought it not robbery to be equal with God, but He humbled Himself. (Phil. 2:5-7) A lot of people like that phrase “equal with God”, but they forget about the humbling of themselves. Jesus said, “He that will be the greatest among you, let him be the servant of all. (Mark 10:44)

A lot of people want to preach the Word today. A lot of people want to get in pulpits. A lot of people want to do a lot of things. But when Christ really gets a hold of you, and you begin to understand who God has really made you to be, then you will become… not out of performance… but out of character, one who serves. You will find it very easy to prefer others before yourself. It’s your nature.

There is no performance whatsoever in the true Christian walk. It is not, “I want to do this, but I’m not going to because I know a Christian shouldn’t do that.” You see, when you are walking in your nature, you don’t want to do those things that are displeasing to the Father. It becomes your nature, and God’s life just flows from your being. His life must grow in us and then we do by nature what pleases Him.

It’s not a religion. It really isn’t. It has absolutely nothing to do with being based upon how well you perform for God. It has everything to do with you understanding the simple truths of Calvary. “Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. (John 1:29)

I spent years going before God every day confessing my sin, and I knew, every day, when I was confessing my sins, that I would do them again tomorrow. For the most part, I had some habits that had me for years, and I knew every day as I was confessing them that I would most likely do them again, but I didn’t know what else to do. I would continually confess my sin to the Lord, and I’ll never forget the day when the Lord spoke on the inside of me and said not to continually come before Him confessing my sin that He had already taken away.

Don’t keep focusing on your sin. Keep turning your eyes and your focus upon what He’s done for you, and learn to have a heartfelt attitude of thankfulness, that no matter how bad you are in your daily life, you can receive the wonderful forgiveness of your Creator. There will come a day when every bondage of your life will fall at your feet. Not because you have tried so hard from self-effort, but because you have received the revelation that you are forgiven. You have finally recognized the wonderful sacrifice of Jesus, who has shown you the way to the Father.

God has many, many different ways and methods to bring you into perfection. It is not a matter of saying, “Wow, there’s no more sin and everything is wonderful, so I can just go ahead and live the way I want.” NO. It is as you seek God that when you do get into error, when your flesh does rise up, God simply brings to you judgment. You have to understand His character so that you do not get under the condemnation of judgment. You must know that whenever God brings to you judgment and correction this is good.

Hebrews 12:9-10 says, “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.”

Our Father is the Father of spirits. He is the Father that has regenerated and put within you His life. Everything He does to you is for your good. No matter how severe a judgment, no matter how severe a correction, when you get a revelation and an understanding of the Father-heart of God you will begin to pray in your daily life, “Lord, judge me. Lord, bring me your judgment. Lord, I don’t want to be a wayward child.”

There were many times when I would go out in the desert and I would say, “God, no matter what it takes, whatever you have to do, I give you permission to go against my will.” I had a strong, stubborn will that liked to do many things that I shouldn’t do. I said, “God, whatever it takes, transform me into a son of God.” Let me tell you, folks, I went through some mighty suffering, but every bit of it was worth it, and I’d do it again.

God’s judgment is fearful to Adam, to the flesh, but God’s judgment is to be cherished above everything else. If He does not correct you and does not bring judgment to you, you will always be a wayward child. The key here is not that you can just do anything you want to do, but that you focus everything within you on receiving that which God has provided for you–walking in an instant, up-to-date awareness of the forgiveness and loveliness of your Father God. Thank Him that He is daily transforming you into what He wants for you to be.

So many of us look at the future thinking, “I can never be like God wants me to be.” Or we look at the past, seeing all of our failures and thinking we will never change, yet right now, this very moment, there is no other time but right now to turn to Him and experience His forgiveness. Right now, this very instant, you can be the most despicable, the most sin-laden, the most bondage-ridden person in the universe, but in this very instant you can say, “Father, I am so thankful for the blood of Jesus. I know that my Adamic nature is so strong. I know that there are bondages in my life, but I am so grateful that as my Father you will continue to love and forgive me until my inner man is strengthened and is able to deliver me from the bondages of the flesh. I know that in Adam I will never amount to anything. But Lord, I am so thankful that I see the preciousness of your sacrifice on the Cross. Father, I know that because of that I am set free from the guilt and the shame.”

There were times when I would do horrible things in Adam, in my old habitual nature. Yet, I would experience such forgiveness. Sometimes when I was at my worst God would just flood me with His love, so that I could learn to understand that that’s why He died. He wasn’t condemning me. He was simply causing the Spirit of His life within me to grow. That doesn’t happen overnight. We don’t receive Jesus today and then be fully manifesting His glory tomorrow, but we can be manifesting at least a little bit of it.

Oh, God is so gracious. God’s people are under more bondage today than they have ever been before, but they are in bondage to an Adamic consciousness, to a mindset that they are Adam, rather than realizing that they are a brand new creation in Christ. You must simply quit looking at Adam and not focus on Adam but focus on Christ and realize that what you focus on, what you receive, what you take into you, you will become. That’s a guarantee.

Feed on the preciousness of His Word. Feed on the preciousness of the sacrifice that He made. Focus on watering the seed of Christ. My wife, Carol, can tell you that when we were first married I had over 800 teaching tapes. I was so hungry to know the truth that I spent hours every week listening to tapes and spending much time in prayer.

I was taught that if you would fill yourself with spiritual things that that would cause you, one day, to be released from the bondages of Adam. I spent all of my time feeding my spirit, listening, spending time seeking Him, sitting in the quiet, sometimes getting out my songbook and spending an hour just singing. I would do anything that would help me spiritually. Just a little, slowly at first, I began to notice a change. Then I really got a hold of some of these simple truths, which began for me with a man by the name of E. W. Kenyon, who shared in some of his writings some of these simple truths, and God opened my understanding to realize that hey, this person, this Adamic nature, this carnal person I am, seems so real, but it’s really not.

The reality is what Christ has made you to be through the sacrifice of Calvary and by the breathing of His Spirit. I used to say, “Lord, breathe on me.” Then I realized that the Spirit of God is like the air that we breathe; it’s everywhere. There is nowhere that God is not. The Spirit is like the very air that we breathe. We breathe unconsciously in the natural now, but you can consciously center on your breathing. You need to consciously center on breathing in the Spirit of God in your daily life until it becomes an unconscious act.

“Father, I am so thankful that you are like the very breath that I breathe. Lord, in my daily life I just turn my attention and focus on you. God, breathe on me. Breathe your quickening life into me.” Begin to focus your attention on Christ within you, and watch how quickly the bondages of Adam fall away. The gospel is so simple that we miss it.

One of my biggest hang-ups, I thought, was smoking. I smoked for 13 years as a Christian. I used to think that if I could just stop smoking, I could really be a good Christian. I used to really believe that. Even before I stopped smoking, I realized that even if I stopped smoking, it would be good for me, it would be good for my health, it might make me a little better person, but it wouldn’t make me any more godly.

Yet if the Spirit of God begins to arise in me…the Scripture says, “Let God arise and His enemies will be scattered. (Psalm 68:1) As God begins to arise in you, every one of those enemies will scatter. Smoking was NOTHING. After 13 years of agonizing over that habit, there came a day when God spoke these truths to me. I spent about 3 months in some of the writings of E. W. Kenyon and just in a short time…I woke up one morning and I had the realization that I didn’t need to smoke anymore. At that time, I didn’t throw my cigarettes away, I left them right on my dresser…and I never touched them again, nor did I have a desire to.

Folks, that’s salvation. Then I experienced, one by one, some of the different strongholds in my life being broken, and it wasn’t difficult. It was simply knowing that I am not an Adamic man, I am a new creation. We can say as surely as the apostle Paul said, “For me to live is Christ. (Phil. 1:21) What is he saying? Paul means that once again, Christ is living and manifesting the Spirit of the Living God in humanity. Paul was even so bold as to say, “Follow me as I follow Christ.” (see Phil. 3:12-17)

There are not too many men today that you would want to follow. But God is raising up a people today who are soon going to be able to say, “If you follow me, you will be following Christ.” These people are beginning to understand what God has really given to us and beginning to walk in the liberty and the abundance of His provision.

“Father, we are so grateful, that you have deposited everything that you are within our being. Lord, I thank you that the veil that has been cast over all nations shall be removed. We shall understand as we have never understood before that we are a new creation in Christ Jesus. Father, we are thankful that you’re bringing this truth and this revelation to your people who are in such bondage, that they may stand upon their feet, a great and mighty army, and that they will recover and restore all of creation back to the Father.”

THE SHARING OF A DREAM BY TOM ANHELUK, SPRINGFIELD OR.

I want to share with you what was very vividly impressed upon me in a dream about 3 to 4 weeks ago. In the dream, I even saw myself saying what I am going to say to you tonight. It was a very vivid dream. In this dream, I was on a train. This was a small miniature train where people sat two by two… the kind of train you see running through a park or a zoo. I was on this train when I realized my consciousness was very, very anxious. I was not in peace, because in my consciousness, I sensed what Elaine alluded to earlier (about the ending and beginning of a new day). We were coming to a time when this train was coming to a destination. I did not want to come to this destination with that type of consciousness. It was like a consciousness of being found out wrong. It was a very uneasy, very anxious consciousness. That is the consciousness of Adam. It is unsettled because it is a mistaken identity. It is not reality.

As I was approaching this destination, I knew that Jesus would have to help me. I knew there was some way He would help me, but I also knew the destination was approaching very quickly. Once we stopped at the destination, a person was found out and you didn’t want to be in that consciousness. As we were progressing along, I noticed in my lap a little box had been placed there. It was like a gift box. I knew Jesus had put that box there. So I opened the gift box and pulled out a can… it was just like a regular ordinary can.

By this time in my dream, the Holy Spirit is telling me everything about the dream. The label on the can is what is of utmost importance. The label was the three words “WHAT I AM”. As soon as I picked up the can and saw those words “WHAT I AM”, I thought, those are pretty strange words. Yet I recognized I was at total peace. I had the absolute answer to my quest, but I did not know what to do with those words “WHAT I AM.”

Then, the Spirit posed this question to me: “Who are you?” I thought about it and I thought, “I know I’m not Adam.” But as the Holy Spirit asked “Who are you?” I did not really have an answer because of the depth of which this question was asked.  Then I thought, “Do most of us really know?” I did not have to open the container because I knew that everything of God was in the can (vessel). Where do we fit in?

The Holy Spirit answered my dilemma by stating, “WHAT I AM IS WHO YOU ARE.” Even though the top of the can could have been opened, I did not sense to open it.  Scripture verses were wisping out of it. One of the verses was, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phil. 4:13) And He asked, “Who is that ‘I’? When you looked at it through Pentecostal eyes, through the eyes of your past understanding, you always thought ‘you’ would be strengthened somehow, but you see, that’s not ‘you’.” I can do all things through Christ. He says, “I do all things through Christ.”

I asked, “Lord, why was it a miniature train and why were people sitting two by two?” He said, “Because I wanted to give you a picture, a glimpse, that this was a double witness, so there was a twoness confirming this word. I am giving you this witness in a dream.” I remember what Gary shared years ago from 1 John 2:27, “And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you, but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.” The Holy Spirit does lead us into all truth. No one can take away the reality and the anointing tied to this dream. God showed me my identity in Him, which I did not fully realize before.

Other Scripture verses were quickened to me. These are common verses we all know. Ephesians 4:22-24, “That, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, and that ye be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God, has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.” God showed me that the label “What I Am” and the question in the Spirit “Who are you” are in reality, “WHAT I AM IS WHO YOU ARE”. But still, our consciousness does not know how to fit that in. It does not know how to make sense of it because we have never really made sense of this new creation which has been created in righteousness. This new creation has never, ever known sin. Never!  It has been created in the holiness of truth. These are things most holy. When a man declares or has to announce himself to be God, it is grievously untrue. It is not right. These things are almost unutterable truths because they are the experience and expression of the life of Christ.

Gary taught us tonight concerning the seed of Christ. This seed is within. When this seed grows and is manifested fully, like every seed, it will manifest the full stature of Christ. The seed is Christ. If the seed is indeed Christ, then who are we when we are living from that new creation person?  Who is it, then? “WHAT I AM IS WHO YOU ARE.” He wants to bring down our imaginations that are vain and unlike Him. He is bringing us into the realization, which will finally set us free, “If therefore, the Son shall make you free, you shall be free indeed. (John 8:36)

Before this dream occurred, I had been asking in full assurance for wisdom. We have this liberty according to James 1:5 “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” I had been asking and saying, “God, there has to be a breakthrough. We can not go from newsletter to newsletter, from message to message. There has to be some breakthrough to get us to our destination.” Creation is suffering intensely. James 3:13 asks, “Who among you is wise and understanding?” There is no need to look around the room at anyone manifesting the Adamic life. This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic. True wisdom is anyone manifesting the life of Christ. “But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, and without hypocrisy.” That is tabernacles! “And the seed whose fruit is righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. (James 3:15, 17-18) Can you hear the expression of tabernacles?

Gary made it very clear that all of us will manifest everything that God is. This is a huge statement. It magnifies the sacrifice of Christ. I would like to personalize this last Scripture verse to impact our understanding. “When Christ, who is my life, is revealed, then you will be revealed with Him in glory. (Col. 3:4) Let me repeat this verse. “When Christ, who IS my life, is revealed, then I will be revealed with Him in glory.” Christ is our life. We can reveal Christ. This is why I am thrilled to be in the company of ones like Aaron, because of the manifestation of the life. Christ will not share His glory with another, because there is no other. If there are times we are not manifesting or revealing Christ, we do not walk in this abundant life. It is available and it is our gift.

God gave me this illustration and it is the last thing I feel to share. In Passover, we came to the place of accepting and acknowledging the gift of the blood of Jesus. We realized He took our sins to the Cross. This was hard to believe. How could one man die and set us free? Such good news is hard to believe! What a gift! In Pentecost, we realized we have this Comforter, this Holy Spirit, who will lead us into all truth, absolutely all truth.

What is the gift of Tabernacles? God told it to me like this: the gift is so big and so complete because it is the very life of Christ as a living reality. We are not Adam. Our true identity as a new creation is the very life of Christ. Christ has given us His very life. WHAT I AM IS WHO YOU ARE. This is our true identity. There’s nothing beyond the life of Christ.  The life of Christ is a perfect gift.

The sacrifice of Christ is so enormous. The blood led us to the Spirit, the Spirit leads us to the actual living from the life of Christ. Just like Gary said, “This life is lived without effort or performance.” It is real and it is ours as we walk in Him. Thank you Jesus.

PART FOUR

THE WINDS OF DOCTRINE

THE HOUSE OF GOD

But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.” Micah 4:1-2

The reason today that people are not flocking by the multitudes to the House of God is because God’s people have not really understood and do not know in reality that they are the House of God. We sing songs about it, such as, “Know ye not, know ye not, ye are the temple.” and many others, but we have not experienced much of what we know. We know intellectually that we are the House of the Lord, because we have been taught it for years.

In these days God is revealing and unveiling Christ within a people. Doctrines without the reality will no longer satisfy us. We are hungering and thirsting after Christ to be formed in us. If you haven’t seen this yet, if it is still mostly intellectual teaching or doctrine for you, I can promise you that if you are hungry for truth God is going to unveil your eyes and you are going to literally see that you are the House of God. Then you will be able to understand, and know of a certainly that Christ in you is the hope of glory.

The people of the Lord are the most beautiful people on the earth today. Yet, many of them are the most discouraged, disheartened, and disappointed, because what they know and have been taught, for the most part has not become experiential for them. All this has been for a purpose – to make us realize we can’t make it. There is not even a slim chance that you, in your human personality, and your carnal nature, are going to make it. But there is an awakening taking place and a shaking in God’s people today. There’s a stirring going on inside of us that no man, not even your carnal mentality, is going to stop the arising of the Spirit of God within you. God is rising in His Temple and nothing will stop it. If you do not have this understanding, go to God, and ask him to reveal to you the truth, the revelation of His Spirit in you, the Christ of God.

WE LIVE BY THE LIFE OF GOD

”But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also give life your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you.” Rom 8:11

We have within us the Spirit of the Living God. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from among the dead now dwells in our being one we have been regenerated by His Spirit. We are overcomers. But when we say we are overcomers, if we are looking at our past failures, we feel that that’s not true because we’re looking at our carnal nature thinking that some day we are going to overcome that nature, with that nature, which is impossible.

Our carnal mentality will never overcome. If you have been born again by the Spirit of the Living God, you are no longer a fallen human being. It is not your carnal nature but it’s the Spirit of God in you that’s the overcomer. You must understand that it is the Spirit of God in you that is the overcomer. If you really understand that, you don’t have any more struggles with the flesh.

My heart cries out to God every day, “Give your people a revelation. Open the eyes of their understanding”. As long as you are trying to overcome in the flesh with the natural man, you will miss what God is doing. Yet if you have a revelation of Christ within you and realize that you are an overcomer, then you will begin to overcome. An overcomer always overcomes. You don’t have an undercomer in you; you have an overcomer in you. In fact, you are the overcomer. But it’s not the “I” that’s the personal ego, it’s the “I” that is Christ. It is what Paul said so many years ago, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Gal 2:20

We have known these things for so many years. In fact, when I first gave the message and wrote the book on “The Oneness of God in Man,” I definitely had the revelation of that word, but I did not have much of the experience. It has been 10 years since I gave that message and God has brought line upon line and precept upon precept, moment upon moment, day after day I have literally watched my life change without any effort. In fact, every time I make an effort in the flesh, I take 3 steps backward. The carnal man was never meant to overcome. We need to reaffirm every day that “We are not Adam we are Christ.” We no longer live by a limited human consciousness but by Christ in us. We are a living manifestation of Christ in the flesh. You may say “Not me.” If you say this it is because you have not had a revelation of Christ in you, or you are refusing to acknowledge that you are not any longer living by Adam but by Christ.

FORBEARING ONE ANOTHER IN LOVE

Let’s look at Ephesians chapter 4 verse 1-2 where the apostle Paul writes, “I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord beseech you that you walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, with all lowliness in meekness with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love.” This is what is going to bring the House of God into such a position where people will literally flock to us in countless numbers. They are going to begin to see a people who are not high-minded; a people who have no competitive spirit; a people who are not promoting themselves; a people who are preferring one above the other. This is not out of a performance but a life lived out from Christ within us!

If you are familiar with our ministry you know that one of the basic things we teach is that God is not interested in your performance. You cannot perform the Christian walk – it has to be a lifestyle. Let’s suppose you are a teacher or a preacher. Did you ever get a bunch of preachers together and listen to the competitiveness sometimes in the conversation? Or get a bunch of preachers together and they’re all itching to get to the platform? When you find a group of people who are not interested in performance, but are interested in what God has to say and do not care who has the platform, you can have wonderful fellowship. The more you have of a real heart revelation of God’s character, the less you want to do anything. And the more you realize the value of every believer. To walk worthy of the Lord is to begin to walk in your new nature. REPENT! Change your mind about who you are. You are a visible expression of the invisible God. YOU are what is seen of Him who invisible. Do not let that slip from your mind. When you get up in the morning, look in the mirror and say “Good morning Christ. Today you are going forth to display the loveliness and the beauty of your creator.”

“Forbearing one another in love” is the very hallmark of one who is becoming filled with the nature and character of God. You sense a burning love for God and all of His creation. You do not have an ounce of prejudice. You love the ones who do not know God and you love those who do. You love the Christians, all of them. You can also look at one who is in the deception of any religion of the world and love them and bring the word of the Lord to them.  We all know that the description God gives of Himself is that He is love. Love always prefers the other.

THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT

“Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” Eph. 4:3-6

Looking at today’s Christianity, it is very hard to realize the unity of the spirit. This verse does not say that we must keep the unity of the doctrine, or the unity of the knowledge; it is the unity of the Spirit that we must keep. Almost every systematized congregation in the denominations and non-denominations and free groups and home groups has their declaration of faith. If you do not adhere to this statement of their faith you will not be welcome among them. Oh they may say they love you, but their actions prove otherwise. They will only love you from a distance. They will be afraid that you may deceive some of their flock because you do not adhere to their faith. This is unity only among those who believe like you do. Even among the same groups there are many divisions. The Baptists are divided among themselves, the Pentecostals are divided among themselves and the divisions go on and on. As long as you base your fellowship on the doctrines of your particular beliefs, you will never know the unity of the Spirit that Paul is sharing in these verses.

Paul says there is ONE Lord, there is ONE faith, there is ONE baptism, and there is ONE God and Father of all who is in all. There is not a Pentecostal Lord, a Baptist Lord, or a Lutheran Lord. What then is the unity of the Spirit? The unity of the Spirit is simply living out from the Spirit of God within you, and He is not divided or prejudice against Himself. God will fellowship with you regardless of, and in spite of your particular religious faith. If you are in a religion and have a heart for God, He will bring you out of that religion into the unity of the faith. You will begin to walk in the heart of God and in the love of God. Not just for your neighbor. Not just for those who go to the same fellowship you do, but for the world. Christianity is so divided and that is why they are such a mockery to the world. They tell the world that God loves them and the majority of them will not even fellowship with one another. I have been to so called Kingdom Churches that are within a few blocks of one another and refuse to fellowship with one another. This is a disgrace to the kingdom of God. How can we reconcile the world if we cannot reconcile with one another and we both love and worship the same God?

“There is ONE body and ONE Spirit even as you are called in ONE hope of your calling. ONE Lord, ONE faith, ONE baptism, ONE God and Father of all who is above all and through all and in you all.”

THE SEED OF GOD IS IN EVERY MAN

One of the verses to show this is in Zechariah 12:1 “The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundation of the earth, and formed the spirit of man within him.”

You remember that in Genesis 1 God said, “Let us make man in our image and likeness.” God is spirit and he is the Father of spirits. As Hebrews 12:9 says, “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live” In the beginning God created us as spirits. He is the Father of that spirit. In the fall Adam lost his identity of being spirit and found himself with a limited human mentality, which was separated from God. When we are birthed into this human plane, we like Adam are separated in our consciousness from God who is in our spirit. That is why when we are regenerated we become conscious of God. He has regenerated our spirit.

And then John said that Jesus was “The true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.” John 1:9. Proverbs 20:27 says that, “The spirit of man is the candle or light of the Lord.” This is an Old Testament scripture that says that the spirit of man is the candle or light of the Lord. It does not say it will become the candle, but it is the candle. We must see that God is in every man. Not every man is aware of it, but nevertheless for the people of God to come into a unity that’s going to bring the nations in among us, we must have the vision to know that God is in every man, every woman, every boy and every girl. The seed of God is in all of humanity waiting to burst forth and flow into their consciousness. All they need to do is open up, even in a small way and call out to God and He by His Spirit comes alive in them and begins to give them a hunger and desire for God.

THERE IS ONLY ONE

There is ONE Lord. There is ONE faith. There is ONE Spirit. There is not a Baptist faith, a Lutheran faith, a Christian faith, a Hindu faith. There are no such things. There is only ONE Spirit, ONE Lord, and ONE faith. Show me if you can, where any of our denominations are found in the bible. They are absolutely a counterfeit of the Church. I am not saying that the people in them are not God’s people, or that they are not born again. It is the system of Babylon that has them so deceived. The religious systems of carnally minded men are just as deceived in Christianity as in any other religion of the world. Christians have the knowledge of Jesus and His sacrifice of Calvary, but they are caught in a system of Doctrines and works. For the most part they do not know who they are, or where they have come from.

WE MUST DROP ALL BIGOTRY

No matter where you are today on the face of the earth, if you have heart for God, if there is something in you that is longing and crying out for God, it is only because He is either drawing you or has drawn you. It is YOUR time to come into the knowledge of God. We, as people of God, must realize that no matter where a man is, no matter what his condition in life, no matter what his faith is, no matter what’s he’s been taught intellectually, if he has a heart for God, if he’s hungry for God, God is drawing that man. As long as you have any bigotry in your heart at all towards any man in any condition you are going to miss what God is doing today.

I hear bigotry coming from all corners of the Christian world today. The Christian man made religions don’t have a corner on God. God today is raising the consciousness of His presence in all the peoples of the world. I have said this before, but it bears saying again that some of them have been taught Buddhism is the way, some of them have been taught that Hinduism is the way, some of them have been taught that the Baptists are the way or the Pentecostals are the way. But there’s only ONE way. There is only ONE way to God. That is through a revelation of Christ and a heart relationship that desires only him. If you desire God He will reveal Himself to you.

It is very important in these days that we drop the bigotry. We cannot expect man to have a proper intellectual knowledge before we can accept him as someone who God is drawing. We need to minister to people by the spirit. We should not minister to the intellect, but to the spirit.

We should never try to convince someone that we are right and they are wrong. The only way that we can convince anybody of anything is through our love. You can love somebody who has been totally deceived by any religion in the world. Simply by loving and ministering to them you can bring them into the light where God Himself will reveal Himself to them. But if we do it how it’s been done in the past through intellectual teaching, we will fail.

The only thing people need to know in the beginning is that God is love. God is your Creator. God is in you whether you know it or not. And if you will simply open to Him in the smallest way, you will experience what the word calls a quickening, or regeneration. I want to read to you what the Scriptures says in Acts 17:22. This is a very famous passage in the New Testament because its Paul’s sermon on Mars Hill. I just want to remind you of what Paul said to these heathens – these people who worshiped all kinds of gods and because they didn’t want to miss out on any god they had one god they called the unknown god.

Listen to what Paul said to them. Paul stood in the midst of Mars Hill and said, “You men of Athens, I perceive that in all things you are too superstitious. For as I passed by and beheld your devotions I found an altar with this inscription to the unknown god. Whom therefore you ignorantly worship, Him declare I unto you. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that He is Lord of heaven and earth, dwells not in temples made with hands, neither is worshiped with mens hands as though He needed anything, seeing He gives to all life and breath and all things. And He has made of one blood all nations of men to dwell on the face of the earth and determined the times before appointed in the bounds of their habitations, that they should seek the Lord if haply they might feel after Him and find Him, though He be not far from every one of us. For in Him we live and move and have our being, as certain also of your own poets have said, for we are also His offspring.” Acts 17:22-28

You have to realize Paul was speaking to heathens. It would be like me today going in to a Buddhist temple and bringing this message. You can literally say to someone who is bowing down to an idol in ignorant worship that in God you live and you move and you have your being. They may be bowing down to their idol, but if I am not bigoted I can introduce them to the real God. The one in whom they live and in whom they move and in whom they have their being. I can only introduce them to God, as I speak to them by the spirit. God, as He opens their eyes to understand that they are His offspring, and they have within their being the seed of His life, they will immediately stop bowing down to an idol and turn to the living God.

But if I go into their temple and start coming against everything that they have believed all of their life, if I start telling them that what I have is God’s word, but that what they have is not, how could we expect them to believe us? What would happen if someone tried to tell you that your Christian bible was a fable?  We have to reach people right where they are. We have to touch the hearts of God’s people.

So many people are saying that this is a New Age gospel. But you know, I want to make something clear, I really don’t know too much about what the New Age is except what I’ve heard. What I’ve heard is that the New Age is trying to meld all the religions of the world into one. I want to tell you something – that’s NOT what I’m talking about. What I am talking about will deliver you from religion. Once God begins to live in you, you won’t touch religion of any kind. If God comes alive in you, if His Spirit is living in you, how could you be religious? How could you sit and listen to the doctrines and precepts of men? How could you let any man tell you his carnal doctrines is the truth, if you have the truth inside of you?

The message for the world today is only one – that God has reconciled you back to Himself. He didn’t just redeem a few. He didn’t just forgive a few. He didn’t determine that a few would be saved and the rest would be eternally lost. God has a plan that is so perfect and has worked out every detail to restore all of mankind back to Himself.

If you understand that no matter where you are today, God chose you before the foundation of the world, that you would be holy and without blame before Him in love. If you can believe this simple word you will rejoice. I know the condition of carnal humanity. I know the condition of some people who love God. I know the carnal condition that most of us are in. The truth is – and the truth will set you free – you are holy, unblameable, and irreprovable in His sight. Not in your carnal adamic life, but in Christ. Christ is holy, unblemished, and undefiled. If you can accept that you will be that experientially. If you can’t accept that you won’t yet experience it but you still will eventually as God brings you into the knowledge of your true identity. God has never, ever, made one human being that will fail except for a purpose, because He works all things after the counsel of His own will. Known by God are all His works from beginning unto end.

GOD FILLS EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE WITH HIMSELF

It says in the Amplified Bible, Eph. 1:23 that We are (speaking of us) the fullness of Him who fills everything everywhere with Himself”. The problem is, and this is something I keep saying over and over and over, we look at our carnality. That thing will never get any better. NEVER. We keep expecting that we will overcome by the carnal nature. You will not! You never will. But if you understand who you really are, if you understand that in God’s eyes there are no failures, in God’s eyes the sin of the world was dealt with. In God’s eyes He holds no man accountable for his sin. In God’s eyes I am complete. We know these scriptures but we have trouble believing them. The Apostle Paul says in Col 2:10 “And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.” We will never be complete in our carnal human nature. We are complete in Him? Where is He? He’s in His Temple. We are the temple of the Lord. Today He is being revealed in His Temple.

“There is one body. There is one Spirit. There is one Lord. There is one faith. There is one baptism. One God and Father of all who is above and through all and in you all.” I realize that here Paul was writing to Christians, but in Athens he was talking to heathens and he said basically the same things. You may not realize it, but in God you live and you move and you have your being. And He wants to live and move and have His being in you. As God removes the veils from our eyes we begin to walk in this reality. .

One of the greatest needs among God’s people today is oneness. We can never be one experientially until we understand that we are one. We don’t have to try to be one. The problem is we try to be one in mentality. We try to be one in doctrine. We will never be one in doctrine until Christ is fully mature in all of us. When He is mature within us then we will all agree. But until then all of us are at different stages and levels of spiritual growth. What I see, someone less mature than me cannot see. If they can’t see it they may be in disagreement with it, but the unity of the faith is in the uniting bond of peace. It’s the unity of Spirit. If we are regenerated we have the same life operating in us. You have Christ in you, and I have Christ in me. Our oneness is in His life not in our concepts and doctrines.

One of the things I like to say is this, “It’s oneness in diversity.” We don’t all have to think alike. We don’t all have to believe alike. But we do have to learn to appreciate and love one another right exactly where we are. We must stop expecting people to believe everything just like we do.  We think that just because God spoke it to me, you have to believe it. No, you don’t. I heard it expressed once that God’s word is like an onion. There are several layers of His truth. Some people who are unskilled in the Word or are newborn babes in the Word will read the Word and will not understand the spiritual application.

For instance, today there are many Christians who are looking for this Holy City, the New Jerusalem, thinking that its some kind of a beautiful city with pearly gates with streets of gold and water running down the street and they see this literal physical city that’s coming down out of the sky. Someone who peels the onion back a little further will see that streets of gold represents divine life. And streets concern the walk So to walk on the golden streets mean that I am walking in the divine life of God, which is the New Jerusalem And as I walk in the divine life I have a river in the center of my being. There is a river of the water of life. And as I walk in the streets of gold, as I walk in the divine nature, the river in me begins to flow. That river in me that flows is nothing less than the divine life and Spirit of the Living God.

Therefore, as I am walking in the nature and character of God, as I speak what flows out of me is living water to water and heal everywhere it flows. That’s what we’re coming into. We don’t all have to believe the same way. We all know by now that intellectual belief is what has caused all of the divisions and all of the problems in the church. Right now, people all over the world are beginning to wake up and realize that on the inside of them God is stirring. This is happening among the Buddhists. It’s happening among the Hindus. It’s happening among the Pentecostals. It’s happening among the Baptists. It’s happening among the New Age people. Those who are searching for God will find God no matter where they are. If your just looking for something to satisfy your religiosity then you will get deceived by religion until God brings you to the point of wanting truth above everything else.

What happens when people begin to wake up is that every one of them, as they progress and as the Spirit of the Lord draws them, gets out of religion of all kinds. Please do not misunderstand me here. I am not supporting all the religions of the world. I have said many times that the Buddhist needs to come out of Buddhism, the Hindu needs to come out of Hinduism and Christians need to come out of the system of Christianity. When you shake off your religious traditions and the Spirit of God rises in you, He will speak to you and lead you into all truth.

We recently gave a message and wrote a booklet on “God’s Infallible Guidance System.” The world over people are beginning to wake up and learn to follow the spirit within them The teacher can only confirm to you what God has said to you. If what I am saying to you tonight does not bear any witness, does not make any sense, don’t pay any attention to it. You are not obligated to listen to me. Jesus said that when the Spirit of Truth is come He will guide YOU into all truth. Once you discover this you no longer need me to tell you what to do, because if you are born again, the Spirit of God, which is in you, will lead you and direct you. More and more across the world and in all religions today God is drawing people by his Spirit. People are waking up, shaking themselves, and finding that there is such an abundance of His provision and His life.

Ephesians 4:11 it says, “He gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists and some pastors and teachers for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying (or building up) of the body of Christ until we all arrive in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the son of God into a perfect man.”

The Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists and teachers are to build up the saints by speaking the truth in love, by the spirit. This truth has no boundaries as far as geographical location, religion, or mindset, and you don’t have to be taught all kinds of religious theology. You simply have to have the knowledge that God is in you. I don’t mean just an intellectual knowledge. Knowing God is in us is just the beginning. Just very simply go to Him and say, “God, if this is true, if you can come alive in me and live in me, if You by your Spirit can infiltrate and saturate my being, please do so.” (I did this 30 years ago) this was the end of my search to find the reality of God. I looked for this since I was 11 years old. I grew up in church and never knew that God could come alive on the inside of me. This is the answer. Once this happens to you, if you don’t listen to religion, that living guidance system will guide you into all truth. But because we listen to religion, and we listen to our carnal mentality we miss the living guidance of the Holy Spirit within us.

WINDS OF DOCTRINE

“Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Eph. 4:13-15

Have you ever been carried about with a wind of doctrine? If you’ve been a hungry Christian I guarantee you that you have been in many winds of doctrine. I am not implying here that doctrine is a bad thing. There are some bad doctrines in the Church but that is not what I am addressing here. We can be carried away with a good doctrine as well as a bad one.

I’ll never forget that one of the things I wanted to learn about when I was a new Christian was the rapture. I was really interested in it and I thought it sounded great. But as I studied the doctrine I found out that there are three different positions on that doctrine. There is pre-trib, mid-trib and post-trib. I wanted to find out the truth so I got all the materials I could find, I went to libraries and different places, and I read all the information on pre-trib rapture. And was convinced that it was true. Then I read all the literature and I could find on the mid-trib rapture. I did the same thing with post-trib. whatever I was reading at the time I was convinced that that was the truth.

People don’t believe these things because there’s not some validity to what is being said. But the moment that you focus your attention on a teaching or a doctrine, I don’t care how scriptural, I don’t care if Jesus Himself spoke that teaching or doctrine, if you focus on a doctrine it will be a wind that will carry you away from the reality of Christ. It will be a wind that will carry you away from the unity of the Spirit, because you won’t want to fellowship with those who don’t believe like you do.

We think that when God tells us something that the whole world needs to do the same thing. I’ll tell you a story about my mother. She was a very proud woman. She wouldn’t answer the door in the morning until she had her make-up on. I don’t care what happened she would not let anyone see her without her make-up on. One day God spoke to her and said, “Helen, you are a proud woman. You need to wash your face and don’t you put that make-up on again.” This almost killed my mother. You cannot believe the humiliation it caused her to go out in public without make-up on. She had no eyebrows at all and she was very self-conscious. But she did it.

God spoke that to her and I’m sure God has spoken that to many women who are proud to do or not do certain things. We have a doctrine in some of our holiness churches that women shouldn’t wear make-up. I’m sure there have been times when God has spoken to people, “You need to take that jewelry off. You really think you’re something.” God will tell you anything it takes to do away with your pride or whatever it is that’s a problem. God will speak to you. But that doesn’t mean that He is speaking that way to everybody. So we have had holiness doctrines that say you can’t wear make-up, you can’t cut your hair, and many other things.

Do you know there is one group of Christians today who are divided doctrinally over Baptism? There are many different denominations and groups over just the one doctrine of baptism.

The Pentecostals have taken one of the most precious truths in the Bible, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and have not produced oneness but have produced more division – the doctrine, not the reality of it, but the doctrine. Because, you see, the reality of it is that if I am full of the Holy Ghost, what does that mean? That means that the Spirit of God is once again living and moving on the face of the earth in my body. It’s not about doctrine; it’s about an experience. If you speak in tongues 10 hours a day and your life is not being transformed, if you are not finding yourself becoming more Christ-like, there is something wrong.

I can’t stress this enough, no matter how good your doctrine is, a doctrine is a wind that will blow you away from the reality of Christ. The only thing that you can depend on is not what Gary Sigler says, or any man says. The only guarantee you have of hearing God correctly is to hear what He is saying to you. Then whatever He says to you, you do it, but don’t expect everybody else to do it. The unity of the Spirit is in Christ. Christ is in you and Christ is in me. This is where the unity is found.

Something that causes me a lot of grief is this thing that we have among Christians that you must believe right or you can’t know God. If your intellectual concepts are not scriptural, you couldn’t possibly know God. We judge by outward appearance and by intellectual knowledge. If someone does not believe in the virgin birth we think they cannot be saved. Yet many people who go to Church and believe in the virgin birth do not know God at all. The only one who can convince us that the virgin birth is true is God Himself because it is something that is impossible to happen. To really know God we must go much deeper that just the intellect. When you are regenerated you will begin to hear God and He will then lead you into truth. Christians are forced to believe what their pastors say no matter how carnally minded they are. Once you know God intimately it will be easy for you to believe in the virgin birth. The religious man says if you do not believe right you God cannot save you. What a sad thing it is to degrade the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ to intellectual beliefs.

“That we henceforth be no more children tossed to and fro and carried about by every wind of doctrine.” There have been many winds of doctrine in the Church to carry people away from the reality of Christ. A good scriptural doctrine in the Church is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Christians have held on to a doctrine that has been interpreted by carnally minded men and caused many divisions in the Church. Brother, do you believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost? Do you believe that everybody needs to speak in tongues or they are not filled with the Holy Ghost? Some even teach that you are not really saved unless you speak with tongues.

A big wind that has carried multitudes of Christians away from the reality of Christ is the gifts of the Spirit. Some seek the gifts of the Spirit and receive them only to be carried away from the reality of Christ. Whenever your main focus is on anything other than having the character of God formed in you will be carried away with a wind.

When it comes right down to it there’s only one thing of value in your life and mine – only one. How much of Christ has been imparted to you? Do you think God is offended if I don’t know His name? Do you think God is offended if I don’t know about Calvary? Do you think it is possible for me to be regenerated without knowing about Calvary and without every hearing the name of Jesus? Because if you don’t think that’s possible you don’t really know the depths of the heart of God.

If you center on one thing you can’t go wrong and that is – God, I want to know YOU. I want to know you and the reality of your Spirit that you have placed within me. If you will forget everything else and simply center on the seed of God, if you will center your attention, your focus and your mind upon what God says that you are, you will see very shortly and very quickly that you really are an overcomer, because you have taken your attention off the flesh and are centering it on God.

There are people all over the world today who are waking up, who are being stirred and being called who have never heard the name of “Jesus”. Oh, they will, but if you don’t understand that you can’t help them because you will be trying to get them to believe exactly like you do; Just minister to them and feed them, you have to love them, and you have to help uncover the Christ within them. Their intellectual beliefs, then, will fall away, just like ours do. Most of you who are reading this know that Jesus on the cross paid the price for the redemption of the world. This is what we need to let them know.

Ephesians says that “Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.” Eph. 2:5-7

We must realize that this verse is true for the whole world. Jesus on the cross took all of the old creation into death and when He rose from the dead we rose with Him. We did not know this until His seed was germinated within us and then we became aware of what had already happened. All of creation was saved at the cross, but not every one is aware it. Can you believe that Hindus and Buddhists and all of creation were saved at the cross? If you really see this by revelation you will be able to minister life to anyone in any condition. God loves those who are bowing down to idols, and if you inter into His heart He will give you the love that He has. You will then not condemn them; you will minister life to them.

Years ago I studied SO much. I wanted the reality of God. There was a time when I could quote the whole book of Ephesians, about half of the book of Romans, and I had so little reality. I did that because I was hungry. I did that because I was taught that to get to know God is to get to know His Word. I was so full of letter of the word. My wife can tell you that we could drive an hour and a half from Los Angeles to Lancaster where we lived, and I could quote the scriptures all the way. However I did not have a lot of reality. It’s not WHAT you know; it’s WHO you know that brings the reality to your life. The apostles did not have this book (the New Testament). This book came out of their experience. They had such a love for God and people that they became the New Testament.

God proved His love at Calvary. He died that you might have life. Do you realize that He didn’t die so that you would have to crucify yourself to have life? You don’t find life by crucifying the flesh with the flesh. Paul says, “If we through the Spirit put to death the works of the flesh you will live.” Rom. 8:13 You find life and life overtakes the flesh. “I am come that you might have life.” John 10:10 We’ve got into so much religious activity and haven’t found life. Listen folks, only you know if you’re not living by His life, if His life isn’t being formed in you, if you cannot see a progression of Christ living in you, then you are just being religious or you haven’t really understood the truth.

We need to repent. This is what it means to repent – CHANGE YOUR MIND. You think you are a sinner and if you have been taught you’re not a sinner you still think you are a failure. You are NOT a failure. Adam is a failure. But you are not Adam you are Christ.

SPEAK THE TRUTH IN LOVE

“Speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: Eph. 4:15

What is the truth? I you have been regenerated you know what the truth is, you really do. God has given you a new heart and renewed a right spirit within you. Stop speaking from the Adamic mind and speak the truth from your Christ consciousness.  Speak the truth in love. Speak it to yourself and speak it to one another.

When someone comes to me and they are so discouraged and depressed, I minister to the spirit within them. Some people can be so full of lust, or bitterness, or gossip. They can be so miserable looking at their carnal nature. However, I know that in that person there is the Seed of Christ and I look at them through the eyes of faith. I see them as God sees them, lost in the adamic mindset. I cannot help them by trying to put law on them or by trying to adjust their carnal nature. I refuse to focus on their failure. I don’t see someone full of anger and bitterness; I see the seed of God that is in that person. You can literally speak life to their inner being. If you try to bring them correction, if you try to tell them they can’t do that and get to God, if you try to adjust their outward carnal man in any way, you will fail. But if you will simply speak the truth in love, you will succeed.

Do you realize that in the very center of your being, far past your mind, far past your emotions and will, deeply embedded in your consciousness is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? The very seed of His life is in you. If you will simply learn how to water that seed, the life of God in you will begin to rise and take over your life.

We need to minister to one another and fellowship with one another. If you have a desire for God, let me pray with you, let me minister to you, and that seed in you will begin to grow.

If people sense no condemnation coming from you, if they sense nothing but a caring and a love and a concern to help them, they will change so quickly. If they don’t, that’s God’s business and not yours. It is YOUR responsibility to love all of God’s creation and minister to them. God has given you an assignment that you would come and minister to creation and minister nothing but the truth and speak the truth in love. The reason most Christians haven’t done this is because they haven’t really known the depths of God’s love for His creation.

We know the scripture that says “He took away the sin of the world,” but we don’t really believe it because sin is so evident in our creation. But sin will always be rampant in the natural, carnal, human mentality and in the human race. But in Christ, there is no sin. You have within your being the seed of His life. You have a life that has never known and has never been touched by sin. You have a life that is far beyond human comprehension. You have a life that has no bounds and knows no limitations. You have a life that will absolutely swallow up your darkness. You have a life that will swallow up the lust and the hurt and the prostitution and the homosexuality. You have within your being the very substance of who He is. Learn to tap into that life and you will never be the same.

Speak the truth in love. The world has had so much condemnation. People go to church Sunday after Sunday and get beat up. They don’t hear the truth in love. They hear all about what they must do and how they must perform before God will really accept them. The gospel is all about knowing and loving God, that’s all it’s about. That is why the very first commandment is to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all you mind.” We all know that that’s impossibility until He is birthed within you.

When His life begins to arise within you there is a burning desire for nothing but God. You can’t manufacture that. You can’t cause that to happen. Neither should you condemn someone who has not had that happen. Let’s let the walls of separation come down. He took the handwriting of ordinances that were against us and nailed them to His cross.

Remember what Paul said in Ephesians, “Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Eph. 2:11-18

The above verses do not happen when you believe them. They happened at the cross. When you receive the Word of God, and He quickens you, then you begin to experience what He did for you two thousand years ago.

“You Gentiles, (there were only two classes of people in those days in the Jewish mindset, there were the Jews, the people of God, and there were the Gentiles, the sinners). Paul boldly told them in Ephesians, He has taken both Jew and Gentile, He has taken both of you, and through the blood of His cross He has united you together in one body. There is no such thing today as a sinner outside of the body of Christ, they just don’t know it and have not yet experienced it.  It is our pleasure; it’s the Good News that we have to bring to them of their inheritance in God. How long so you think a carnal unregenerate man will remain a sinner by choice when this revelation dawns within him?

There is neither Jew nor Greek, bond nor free, male nor female. There is only one and that one is Christ on the earth, everything else is falsehood. The only REAL thing in the universe is Christ and His Church. Jesus is the Head and we are the Body. Is the Body any less divine that the Head? You have to hear what I’m saying by the spirit. If you hear it you will arise in glorious victory, because it is not Adam that hears this, Christ hears this word. And you can then understand the Scripture that says, “Arise and shine, for you light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.” Paul says “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” 2 Cor 4:18 The things that we see are temporal (subject to change) but the things that are not seen are eternal. You may see yourself today in Adam, not able to walk as Jesus on the earth, but that is subject to change. Christ in you is not subject to change and He will come forth within you in glorious victory.

There is only one message today and that is the revelation of Christ within His people. Doctrine hasn’t worked, teaching hasn’t worked, and the church system hasn’t worked. Today Christ is rising up in His house again. There are people in the earth today who are coming out of all forms of religious thought and mentality and becoming one in Spirit. They don’t all necessarily agree doctrinally. Somebody was telling me yesterday “All of you kingdom and sonship preachers do not agree on everything. Of course we don’t. All of us are at different levels of growth and understanding. But we do understand what God is after and that is the rising up of Christ within His Temple. All of us are ministering to those ends, that God would have His inheritance in His people. And that is what’s happening.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Could you tell us the rest of the story about your mother?

Well, the end of the story was that she went without make-up for a long time. One day she was in the bathroom and God said, “You can put your make-up back on now.” He had dealt with the pride in her life and set her free from it. That’s going to be true in all of our lives, there’s going to be things that God is going to touch. There are some things that I can do that some of you can’t do. There are some things that you can do that I can’t do. We have to break out of this religious mentality. Oneness is not everybody being exactly alike. Oneness is the fact that we all have the same life, we all have the same nature, we all have the same God. That is our focus of unity, not what we think in our minds. You have to experience this for yourself.

One of the things that has caused God’s people a problem is several years ago there were books on spiritual warfare and I think that those books have probably done as much damage to the Church as any books that I have ever read or ever seen. I had a precious friend one time that after hearing me teach the way I taught tonight send me about 3 pages out of a book on spiritual warfare. This is what I read on those pages, “When a person has their heart open and is really seeking after God, and is really beginning to spend time seeking after Him, is their most vulnerable time to be deceived by the devil. In that time of their life when they are so open and so hungry and so vulnerable they may receive a false spirit of love or joy.” Have you ever heard any teaching like that? Jesus said, “If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” Luke 11:11-13

There is a verse in the Old Testament that says, “Woe unto those who call light darkness and darkness light.” How could you look at someone who displays the characteristics of God, one who lives in peace, one who displays the loveliness and the character of God, and say, because they don’t believe like you do, they are in deception? I am hearing this all the time. Until we wake up and realize there is only one God and if you are manifesting His character you are of His Spirit. You cannot fake the love of God. Why would the devil want to? Think about it. What’s the point? If the devil gets everybody to love one another, what’s wrong with that? We would sure have a much better world. I don’t think, from all that we have ever been taught about this character (the devil), that’s that what he would want to do. Of course all of our teaching about the devil has been wrong too, but that’s another message in itself. I realize there is a soulish love but that is not what I am talking about. Soulish love only loves when it gets its own way. Soulish love is from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. When you see someone who is manifesting the character of Matthew chapter five, that is the fruit of the Spit and the carnal nature cannot manufacture that.

You need to have God unveil your eyes to Christ in His creation and you will see Him everywhere. You have to let Him be everywhere and not have mindsets that say, “That couldn’t be God” because they don’t believe this or they don’t believe that or they were raised in some other religion. God is coming alive in all of His creation.

I do not want to leave the impression that I support all the religions of the world. I support none of them. I love God’s creation and will go anywhere and minister if God sends me. I could go into a Buddhist temple and minister Christ. We in this message know that God’s heart is to let the world know that He has redeemed them by His blood. We must not get into intellectual doctrinal debates to minister to the peoples of the world. We as sons of God on the earth have the fire of God burning within us and as we minister the word, it is a consuming fire that will burn out all the rubble in the hearers. May we all go forth in the love of God to reconcile all of creation back to our Father.

PART FIVE

I’LL TAKE YOU BACK

It is a great tragedy that people are walking around on the earth lost, not knowing where they came from or who they are.  Even most of God’s people are in despair and despondency because they are living in a false identity, not being able to identify with their true nature.

It is so sad that multitudes of people have a heart for God, yet they are so confused as to who they are, why they are here, and where they came from.  Some of you have heard me minister on a song written by Linda Musgrove of Cunningham, Texas.  For those of you who have not heard this song, I will quote it here:

I’ll take you back to where you were in Me before the fall of man. I’ll restore your soul.  I’ll reconcile your heart. I’ll give you back your true identity. I’m removing the veil from your eyes so that you can clearly see you will be with Me in paradise on this earth you’ll walk with Me.

The message of this song has been such a blessing to me, confirming many things that the Lord has revealed to me.  The more I hear this song, and the more I sing this song, the more God unveils my eyes to the reality of why I’m here.  One of the things the Lord said to me through this song was, “My people are beginning to move and minister from the Holy of Holies.”

For years, we’ve had the message of the three feasts (PassoverOuter Court, PentecostHoly Place, and TabernaclesHoly of Holies).  For many years, I was in the Outer Court, always confessing my sins and finding forgiveness, but not finding deliverance from the sin principle in my life.  Then I spent a lot of time in the Holy Placein Pentecost.  This is where there is a mixturethe natural and the spiritual in the same temple.  It is God in me, which is a marvelous revelation.  Then I spent many years trying to get from the Holy Place into the Holy of Holies.  I did not realize that what I was taughtand how I was going about walking through this experiencewas totally opposite from what it should have been.

LIVING FROM THE HOLY OF HOLIES

Finally, God opened my eyes to where I came from and to my true identity.  I then began to realize that the Holy of Holies is not some place to which I need to attain.  It is the realm in which I (the new creation man) really live.  When I began to realize that I am a spiritual person on a human journey and God began to unveil my eyes to my true identity, I began to walk in His love and His compassion and His forgiveness.  I no longer had to try to get into the Holy of Holies.  I just needed to live from the new creation person that I am.

The experience of Tabernacles is not living and ministering from the Outer Court or the Holy Place.  Tabernacles is living and ministering from our spirit, the Holy of Holies.  We do not live from the Outer Court or the Holy Place.  We do not have to attain to anything.  Many believe we must be processed into this place.  I do admit that it seems like a processing as long as you are living in a religious mindset, trying to overcome by natural means and methods.  However, once you experience Christ, your true nature, arising in you, you realize that He does not need to be processed.  It is not processing that we need.  It is the renewing of our mind that will cause us to be who we really are.  As the song says, we need to have the veil removed that has been cast over our eyes.  People have tried so many ways, so many methods, so many religions, to gain back favor with God, not knowing the depth of His love and His forgiveness.  God is now giving us back our true identity.  He is restoring our soul and reconciling our heart.

When God unveils your eyes and your mind is renewed, you realize that you are a spiritual being and that you have always been a spiritual being.  When you entered into this physical realm, you came into a realm of total darkness and death, not knowing who you were or where you came from.  That is what happened to all of us, and that is why we need to be RE-generated.  Upon entering into this physical realm, we lost our identity.  We are all here by choice and have forgotten why we came.  God is now giving us back our true identity, and we are waking up to our true nature.  “Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”  (Eph. 5:14)  “Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion.”  (Isa. 52:2)

Shake yourself from the dust (the carnal human reasoning).  You are not a natural carnal human.  You are a spiritual being.  In Genesis, Chapter 1, God created man in His image.  In Genesis, Chapter 2, God formed man from the dust of the ground.  These two verses seem to be contradictory.  Did God create man or form man?  In Genesis 1, God created spiritual beings.  That is our true nature and substance.  We are spiritual beings.  God is the Father of our spirit.  “Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?”  (Heb 12:9)  God is spirit, and He created spirits.  He is not the Father of our fallen flesh. Jesus said to those that wanted to kill Him, “Ye are of your father the devil.”  (John 8:44)  To live by “your father the devil” is to live from the natural carnal reasoning and understanding.  When Jesus told His disciples that He was going to the cross, Peter said, “Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.”  (Matt. 16:22)  Jesus said to Peter, “Get behind me satan.”  Peter was speaking from his natural mind.

After God created man in Genesis, Chapter 1, He then formed man from the dust of the ground in Genesis, Chapter 2.  In Chapter 1, we were created a spiritual being; and in Chapter 2, we were lowered into the flesh realm.  WAKE UP, you who are sleeping; and you will discover that you are a spiritual being in the likeness of your Father God.  When this realization hits you, your struggling days are over.  You can then begin to enter into His rest and watch His life unfold within you.  As I have shared before, your spiritual being will flow into your mind so that you have the mind of Christ, your spirit will flow into your emotion so that you walk in the love of God, and your spirit will flow into your will so that you will naturally want to do the will of God.  It is your nature to please God and to be pure in all things.  You see, this is your true nature and identity.  Jesus was our example of what we are once we are RE-generated.  I realize you must have your eyes opened to experience this; and if you will ask God, He will reveal to you your true nature.

THE PARABLE OF THE SOWER

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.  But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.  So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?  He said unto them, An enemy hath done this.  The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?  But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.  (Matt. 13:24-30)

We have always been taught that the wheat was the good folksthose who went to an altar, those who had received Jesusand the tare was the unbeliever, the sinner, and the reprobate.  However, the good seed and tare was sown in the same field.

He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.  As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.  The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.  (Matt. 13:37-42)

Jesus said that a man went and sowed good seed in his field.  The field represents the ground, and we know that man was formed from the dust of the ground.  The good seed that was sown in the ground was the children of the Kingdom, the seed of God, the spirit of man.  And while men slept, the enemy came and sowed the tare.  The tare that the enemy sowed was the carnal man, the carnal mentality, the carnal mind, and the carnal thinking.  The tare is the false identity that you received by coming into the physical realm.  The tare is the seed of the serpent.

You are a spiritual being on a human journey; but because of “the fall,” you awoke in this physical realm not knowing where you came from, not knowing who you were or what your destiny was.  Although the Lord sowed good seed in the field (in your earth, in your ground), while you slept in this death state, the enemy came and sowed the tare of the carnal mind, the human personality.  And so, all your life, you were raised by your parents and teachers to think of yourself as something that was separate from God. In reality, you could never be separate from God because you were created from His substance.  You are only separated in your darkened mind and understanding.  This is why you need to be regenerated.  You came out of God and are returning to God.  The religions of the world all taught you that you were something separate and apart from God.  You were totally lost to your true identity through physical birth, and you were then told by religion that, to gain access to God, you must perform a certain way to gain His favor so that you can go to heaven when you die.

The truth is that religion is also the tare.  The tare looks just like the wheat while it is growing.  Religious leaders want to control you and keep you in subjection to them.  Believe me, religion is all about control.  It comes in many forms.  It sounds so good and right.  They say, “You need a covering over you, and we are that covering.  You must look to us because we are the bishops (or the pastors or the prophets), and we can hear God; but you are just a child and must look to us, your covering.  We know what is best for you.”  When you accept this kind of mentality, you come into religious bondage.  Whenever you subject yourself to anyone’s control, you have just put yourself into a prison.  You will stay there as long as you refuse to take the time to discover God within you.  When you discover God within you and you learn to trust Him, He becomes your teacher.  Anytime anyone points you to anyone but Jesus as your example, you need to RUN from that person.  They will control you by telling you what to read or not to read, who to listen to or turn away from.  After all, they say, “We are the watchman on the wall, and we must tell you what to do.  We must warn you about so and so.”  They usurp the Holy Spirit’s control over you, and many let them do so.  Jesus said, “When He the Spirit of truth is come, HE will guide you into ALL truth.”  Many are afraid of the truth because they have submitted themselves to man’s control; and when the Spirit begins to reveal truth to them, their religious leaders tell them it is deception.  NEVER let a man or woman control you.  I am not telling you that you should not ever take advice from another person, but you should never let another person exercise control over you and tell you what you must do.  For instance, many say you must be in a traditional church setting to really please God.  Some are even saying today that we need to go back to all the religious rituals with robes and candles.  If you feel that this is what the Spirit would have you do, then by all means do so; but do not let man convince you that you must do this to gain godliness in your life.  The truth is that, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”  (Matt.18:20)  We should not forsake the assembling of ourselves together for fellowship, but it does not have to be in a traditional setting.  I do not mean by this that we should not have churches.  I wish we had more of them teaching the principles of the Kingdom.

Many people like this bondage because they are too lazy to shake themselves and wake up to the truth.  Also, religion causes you to fear your true identity.  “How could you, a mortal man, make yourself as God?” they will say.  This is what they said to Jesus, and this is what they will say to you when you begin to wake up to your true nature and identity.  So many people have struggled all their life with the carnal mentality, trying to make themselves godly, not knowing that they are lost in a mistaken identity.  That mistaken identity will never be God.  The mistaken identity is the abomination of desolation that sits in the temple of God, ruling as a carnal man instead of submitting to the spiritual man.  The answer to the sin problem is to discover that you are a spiritual being and that you have the life, the nature, and the character of God.  We are His offspring, His children.  How could we be anything less than what He is in His nature?

Well, that is why God is saying today.  “I will take you back to where you were in Me before the fall of man.  I’ll restore your soul.”  And that is where the problem is, because the carnal mind abides in the soulish realmin our mind, our will, and our emotions.  The scriptures tell us that the natural manthe carnal mindcannot receive the things of God.  It is absolutely impossible!  That is why we have such a mess in the world todaybecause carnally minded men have been trying to figure this out for years.  “My God, what do we need to do to get God to show up?  What do we need to do to bring some unity into the church?”  Men with carnal mindsgood menhave devised hundreds and thousands of different kinds of religions and practices and ways and means and methods to be godly and to be filled with the Spirit and to be healed and to be prosperous and so many other things.  There are thousands of methods and teachings, and all they do is stir up our carnal mentality and keep us in that realm where we are trying to take a carnal consciousness and make it godly.

Imagine, if you will, waking up one morning to your true identity.  You realize as the scripture says, “As He is, so are we in this world.”  (1 John 4:17)  Imagine what you would be like with this realization.  I remember reading Madam Guyon’s autobiography.  She had many years of tribulation and much suffering, spending a lot of time in prison locked up by the church of her day for her faith.  But after years of suffering, she said, “I woke up one morning, and my soul had become like the New Jerusalem.”  She woke up one morning in God’s likeness and image.  And from that time, miraculous things began to happen in her ministry.  That is what has to happen to all of us.  We must WAKE UP to our true selves and put on the mind of Christ and begin to reconcile all of creation back to God.  This is why I have repeatedly said that, all across the world, in all religions, in all nationalities, in all cultures, the Spirit of the living God is beginning to stir in the hearts of men and women everywhere.  We must realize the true nature of every person is that they are a spiritual being.  The majority of them have lost their true identity and the realization of why they came to this earth.

In the parable of the sower, it is said, “Let both grow together,” but at the end of the age, God’s angels will come and separate the wheat from the tares.  That is what is happening NOW.  But before the wheat and the tare can be separated within youbefore God can remove the tare of your human identityyou have to have some understanding and some revelation to be able to go through what you have to go through to have that tare removed.  That is part of the reason why there is so much discouragement today among God’s people.  They are going through some horrible fires of tribulation to remove the tare of human reasoning and religious and worldly thinking.  We are at the end of an age, and the dawning of a new age.  God will arise within a people on the earth that are going to shine with the glory and the manifestation of God such as has never been seen before.  This is the beginning stage NOW.

I wish that people everywhere could see what I see.  I don’t experience a lot of it yet, but God is removing the veil from my eyes.  You need to understand that you are a spiritual personyou are not a carnal human being.  You may be carnal, and you may be a failure in your experience.  All of us, more or less, are failures in one way or another in the carnal realm; but you need to realize that is not who you really are.  You are a spiritual being; and in the very core, the very center of your being, you are a new creation man and woman if you have been regenerated.

We know that the temple represents the human body (BodyOuter  Court, SoulHoly Place, SpiritHoly of Holies).  So, rather than have this concept that you are in the bodily realm, or that you are in the Pentecostal realm trying to enter into the Holy Place, you need to have your eyes unveiled to realize that you are a spiritual being.  Your spirit abides in the presence of Almighty God.  When you begin to minister from that realm, you will experience the renewing of your soul.  “I’ll take you back to where you were in Me before the fall of man.”  These are your roots in Genesis 1.  “I’ll restore your soul.”  When your soul is restored, you begin to manifest as a son or daughter of God.

MELCHIZEDEK PRIESTHOOD

This is the Melchizedek priesthood on this earth.  The only priesthood that will ever restore creation back to God is a Melchizedek priesthood.  A Melchizedek priest has no beginning of days or end of life.  A Melchizedek priest stands in the very presence and in the heartthrob of God, and he ministers from that realm.  A Melchizedec priest realizes that he is not a carnal human being.  He is a spiritual person.  He stands as God on the earth, and he lifts one hand into heaven and stretches one hand toward the earth and brings the two together.  He has a message for the world, and that message is that God, more than you could ever realize, is not holding you accountable for your carnal condition.  That is why He went to the cross.  God became a man and went to the cross to reveal the love of God for humanity, and that death has no power over a godly person.

The very first thing you do as a Melchizedek priest is minister to your soul.  “I will restore your soul.”  You stand in the very presence of God, and you begin to minister to your soul from your spirit.  In the Holy Place were the table of showbread, the candlestick, and the altar of incense.  So, as a spiritual person, you begin to eat the showbread.  Jesus said, in John, Chapter 6, “As I live by the Father, he that eats me shall live by me.”   The showbread represents Christ Jesus as the Living Bread.  So we feast upon God, and we begin to minister to our souls.  David even did that in the Psalms.  He used to say things like, “Be still my soul.  Why are you disquieted within me?”  If you go through the Psalms, you’ll see that David learned how to minister to his soul.  Nobody else is going to do this for you.  People can minister to you, but God today is giving us a revelation and a vision so that we don’t really need another man to teach us.  We need God as our teacher.  We need to assimilate God into us by eating and drinking Him.

Once you have the revelation, the realization, that you are a Melchizedek priest, your true ministry begins.  Every one of you came here for a specific purpose; and generally, that purpose is to restore creation back to God.  But we’ve gotten lost in so many different kinds of religions, philosophies, and man’s reasonings that we really have no idea why we are here.  Thank God that is beginning to change.

TWO MYSTERIES

In another song, Linda wrote, “God’s seed is in all humanity.  You may not see it, but it’s there.  Within us there lies a great mystery.”  There are two great mysteries in the earth todaythe mystery of godliness (God taking on human flesh) and the mystery of iniquity.  Many people think the antichrist is a person who is going to be an incarnation of satan and will one day rule the world.  However, antichrist is the tare that was sown in the field.  The antichrist is the human personality, that carnal-mindedness that was sown in your field.  The scriptures tell us that, in the early days of the apostles, there were many antichrists in the world.  You don’t have to wait for a man called antichrist to come and set up his kingdom.  Just look at the carnal, religious, and political systems of our day, and you can see antichrist.  You may be very good, go to church, dance and singand still be in the antichrist system.  As long as you see yourself and God as two separate entities, that is antichrist.  That is the mystery of iniquity.

The mystery of godliness is God manifested in the flesh.  God removes the veil from your eyes, and you begin to function as Christ on the earth.  You begin to see that all of creation was redeemed at the cross, and you have a great love for all.  Every man and woman has a spirit, and God is the Father of that spirit even if they do not know it.  It is your joy as a son or daughter of God to minister to them the truth of their true nature until they too experience regeneration.  God, once again, is in humanity to speak words of life and healing and blessing to all of creation.  Think of what Jesus accomplished when He was on the earth.  Every one of us today should be exactly as He was.  Why aren’t we?  We all know that is what He taught.  The scriptures tell us that, “As He is [not as He was], so are we in this world.”  Why haven’t we experienced that?  Well, it’s because of the veil of the tare that was sown in our field.  Two seeds were sown in the same fieldthe wheat and the tare.  One of them is going to overtake the other in your field.

Two men are growing on the earth today.  The Word talks about a corporate man.  There is not a Christ on the earth in the sense of an individual.  There is a corporate Christ on the earth.  Christ is a corporate group of people who are built up as the Body of Christ, as the one new man that Ephesians talks about, who will rise up and take dominion over the earth.  And there is also a corporate antichrist, which is nothing but the human mentalitywhether good or evil, whether religious or not religious, whether it goes to church or doesn’t go to church.  It is a mindset.  It is a carnal mentality.  It is what James called double-mindedness.  Whenever you live in a state of double-mindedness, you can be assured that, to some degree, the tare is still operating in your life.

What is it to be single-minded?  Jesus said, “If your eye be single, your whole body is full of light.”  You see, from the Holy of Holies, where we truly dwell, we realize that we are the presence of God on the earth.  You can see this in typology in the Old Testament because the priests carried the ark of God on their shoulders.  We all know the ark of God was a type of Christ because the ark was wood overlaid with gold, typifying humanity and divinity.  In the ark were the Ten Commandments, the rod that budded, and the hidden manna.  The priests carried the ark of God on their shoulders, and today we carry the presence of God within us.  But these realities, even though they are true, cannot be experienced with the carnal mentality.  Most Christians today cannot accept the fact that they and God are one, because they know by their experience and human consciousness that there is no way they can be as Jesus was upon this earth.  And that is as it should be because there is no way in our carnal mentality that we can see the truth of our being.

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God; but when you have your eyes unveiled to realize that you are a spiritual person, it is the most wonderful thing in all the earth to experience moving in the Holy of Holies.  You see, that is where you have to be to experience Chapters 5, 6, and 7 of Matthew.  When I first met the Lord and read Matthew 5, I went to several people and said, “Look at what Jesus says here.  Is this possible?”  They all told me it was not possible.  They said it was a goal to try to attain, but there was no way we could be that way until we died.  That is not how Jesus taught it.  He said that if you want to be in His Kingdom (in fact, if you are living in His Kingdom and walking in the reality of the Kingdom of God), this is how you will react: you will love those who persecute you and do good to those who despitefully use you.  The law says, “an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth,” but Jesus said to love your enemies.  No matter how good a Christian you may be, if you are living out of your carnal consciousness, not understanding and not having a true revelation of being that person that you really are, there is no way that you can react that way.  It is absolutely impossible.  If people are cruel to you or abusing you, how can you possibly sense a love for them?  You can if you live in the Holy of Holies because, when you are living in that realm, you understand that you can do it.  You see, the only way you can forgive people, and the only way you love people that are abusing you, is if you have an understanding that they do not really know what they are doing.  And you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that, if they had the revelation of God, if they had the love of God, if they sensed the heart of God as you do, they wouldn’t abuse you.  So, like Jesus on the cross, there is a compassion and a loveliness that rises up within you, and you say, “Father, forgive them.  They don’t know what they are doing.”

This is the only thing that can change the world and bring the Kingdom of God on this earth.  We are not going to do it through legislation.  We are not going to do it by getting good men into politics.  We are not going to do it by infiltrating the arts and all of the worldly kingdoms.  The Kingdom of God is established in the hearts of men and women in the world as they awaken to their true nature.  The more we have the revelation that we are spiritual beings, the more godliness we will express.

A SINLESS LIFE

A verse that puzzled me for a long time in the scriptures is the verse that says, in I John 3:9, Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” That was a very confusing verse for me, because I knew that I had experienced God.  I knew that I was born of God, but I sinned all the time!  The scriptures were never written to carnally minded men.  They were written to the seed of God on the earth.  This verse was written to the new creation man.  It is impossible for that life to sin, because that is not a human life.  That is not a carnal life.  That is the very life and substance of God Himself.  That life knows no sin.  That life knows no bounds and no limitations.  That life knows no sickness, no death, and no disease.  And that is the life that is coming forth within us in these days.  That life is spilling out from the Holy of Holies into the soul realm.  Right in this very day, I’m experiencing the renewing and the refreshing of my soul.  I’m experiencing God washing out the carnality and the natural thoughts and the human thinking.  I’m experiencing a complete freedom to be who I really am and know that God loves me regardless of what condition I’m in today.  From the Holy of Holies, from my spirit, God is beginning to flow to renew my soul.  And once that soul is renewed, and the character and the image and the loveliness of God are fully blossomed within my soul, then it will flow into my body.  And in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye, we shall be changed.  We shall be caught up together with Him in the heavenly realms, where no longer will we look at ourselves as mere human beings; and we will fully manifest as sons of God.

We truly are Melchizedec priests on this earth.  I know we can’t understand this with the carnal mind, but we have no beginning of days or end of life.  Your life did not begin when you woke up in a physical realm.  You became a seed that fell into the ground and died to all you were so that you might bring forth life in this realm to all of creation.  One day you are going to remember that.  We all took on flesh and blood and died to who we were.  When you see that, you will be a changed person.

I realize that the carnal mind says, “Oh, these people are trying to make themselves as gods, and these people are trying to say they are God.”  The carnal mind will always try to steal the truth because it does not want to be exposed.  But the truth is the truth.  When you realize the truth, you will not be a carnal person anymore.  Will you be perfect?  You are perfect already, and the perfection that abides within you in the Holy of Holies is going to flow out of you.  You are going to learn how to stand in the very presence of Almighty God and speak into existence the will of God for the earth.  We are going to speak the creative Word of God.  Everything that God does, He does through speaking.

One day, all the redeemed of the earth are going to learn how to live in the Holy of Holies.  We are going to be able to stand in the very presence of God and speak forth the creative Word that will restore our souls, and it will give us back our true identity.  Then God is going to begin to remove the veil that has been cast over all nations.  All of creation is going to begin to see the loveliness and the beauty of their Creator, and there will come that day when every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

If there is one peace of advice I could give you to help you come into an understanding of what I’m sharing, it is to stop the carnal thinking.  Stop thinking, “How is this going to happen to me, because it’s an impossibility?”  It comes to you from another realm.  You cannot beg for it.  You cannot cry for it.  You cannot pray for it.  You cannot read the Bible for it.  About the only thing you can do is say, “Oh God, open my eyes.”  I can’t tell you how many years, how many months I’ve prayed as the Apostle Paul prayed, “Father, open my eyes that I might see that the same power, the same spirit, the same ability that abided in Jesus Christ now abides in me.  Lord, open my eyes to the reality of Christ in me, the hope of glory.”

The carnal man is prevailing in most believerseven among the Kingdom folksthose who know the story of reconciliation and the love of God for all of humanity.  Some of them cannot even occasionally worship in the same church together.  I was in a church last year, and some folks called me and said, “Would you come to our church?”  I said, “Well you know, you’re just down the street.  Why don’t you come up here and join us?”  Their comment was, “Well, we don’t fellowship with them.”  How can believers say that they live in the love of God and that God has revealed to them that He is one day going to reconcile all of creation unto Himself, and then refuse to worship with their neighbors?

We have a lot of head knowledge.  Some of the most intellectual men today are teaching and preaching, and they are filling us with so much information; but we are so destitute, and we lack the ability to be godly.  We think information is transformation; yet I believe it was the Apostle Paul who said, “Knowledge puffs up.”  I wish Christians could have a divine eraser to erase their minds from all they have been taught so they could learn the simplicity of the gospel, because it is so simple.  It is so easy to live godly once you get the clutter of religion out of your mind.  Just as you live effortlessly as a human being, you can live effortlessly as God on this earth.  It’s just simply His life living in you.  The human life has its life law.  You do not have to try to be human.  You do not have to try to be carnal.  You just are.  And God has a higher life law.  His is a law of life that transcends the law of sin and death.  His life transcends the carnality and the carnal thinking and the religiosity of man.  His life is simply a life of lovea very stern love at times.  Every one of us will go through the purifying fires of God to have this carnal thinking and this mentality burned out of us; but in the end, we are the wheat that is gathered into the barn, and we will shine forth with the glory of God and restore all of creation back to the Father.
