AWAKENING THE MIND OF CHRIST
BY: E. E. BROOKS
DUALITY OF MIND
ASSESSING THE SUBCONSCIOUSNESS MIND
There will soon be an awakening of a powerful mind within the Sons of God, which has been hidden or dormant for thousands of years. God created the mind, and we are just beginning to understand its potential. Medical science tells us we only use less than 10% of our brain, and I totally agree. There lies an untapped frontier of latent power that will be completely harnessed by those who become the manifested Sons of God. They will have the same control of their minds that Jesus had (and still has). Just as you would not give the car keys to an 8 year old, this mighty tool is being withheld from us until we spiritually mature. It has been veiled and kept from being used until the last days. There is still a part of our minds which God has kept virgin, unused, but soon he will open it to those who will be able to properly handle its power and capabilities. Soon the mind will blossom like a sunflower that has been growing for eons. Nuclear power will pale it its comparison. The mind of Christ will change every thing, as we know it today. It will make transportation like automobiles, trains, airplanes, spacecraft and even the speed of light seem extremely slow, and a thing of the past. Communication via satellites, cell phones, television and the Internet will become immediately old fashioned. There will be no more need for doctors, hospitals, psychiatrists or ambulances, for the mind has the God given ability to handle any of these needs. The unexplored periphery of the mind of Christ was harnessed by Jesus and he used it to heal others, read the thoughts of others and even move through a crowd unseen by those around him. He spoke to trees, wind, waves, animals and they responded. He caused withered limbs to straighten out, blind eyes to see, deaf ears to open and healed entire towns of all sickness. He read the minds of the Pharisees who would try to trap him. He restored sanity to those who were hopelessly insane, through the all powerful mind of Christ. He multiplied the loaves and fishes to feed thousands, and changed water into wine. He took the severed ear of a soldier and restored it instantly back on his head. He predicted the future with impeccable accuracy telling Peter he would deny him before the rooster crowed in the morning. Jesus calmed the wind and seas and walked on water. These things are Considered physically impossible, yet Jesus did them. All these things were done by the power of the mind of Christ. This is the mind we can expect to be awakened within each of us, in the very near future. If these are the last days, and I am convinced they are, then it’s just a matter of time until we experience the latent power of the mind of Christ. We already possess the same exact mind Jesus has, but it remains concealed for the moment.
1 Cor 2:16…But we have the Mind of Christ. (KJV)
An 8 year old can own a car, but until his father gives him the keys he cannot use it. There is inherent danger in giving someone power before they are ready for it. It’s true that we already have the mind of Christ, but our Father has not yet given us the keys to it. It’s evident that we need to grow and mature unto the full stature of the measure of Christ. We may think we are ready sometimes, but God in his infinite wisdom knows we still need maturing. Even though a person accepts Jesus into their heart/spirit, they find they still have a carnal mind to deal with. Some churches teach that after you accept Jesus into your heart, you have received all you ever will from God. They then are satisfied to remain in bondage to their carnal minds. People of the world are led totally by their carnal minds and the urges of the flesh. They have gotten used to being controlled by the selfish desires of a carnal mind, and it’s evident in the carnal nature of the churches today. Likewise most churches do not understand the difference between the spirit (heart) and the soul (mind). In fact, they will use the words interchangeably, thinking they are the same thing. The Bible divides the spirit and soul and it alone must be our guide to understanding the difference.
Heb 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of Soul and Spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (KJV)
After we understand the difference between the spirit and the soul, we can see why Christians do carnal things. It’s because they remain being led by their carnal mind. Other Christians begin to seek a deeper walk with God and they try to overcome the carnal thoughts and desires. They become aware that there are 2 minds, one carnal and the other spiritual. One mind leads to death and the other leads to life.
Rom 8:6-7 For to be Carnally Minded is death; but to be Spiritually Minded is life and peace. 7 Because the Carnal Mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. (KJV)
These Christians want to do the works that Jesus did, but they also want to keep their carnal minds. You cannot have it both ways. The carnal mind is used to being in control, and it does not want to give up this control. We all have been led by the carnal mind, but we know that those who are led by the spirit, they are the Sons of God. Jesus was led by the spirit and he overcame his carnal mind. He was tempted in every way that we are, yet he did not sin. He overcame the carnal mind and used his spiritual mind, or the mind of Christ. The Father gave him the keys to this powerful mind and Jesus used it unselfishly. We too must overcome the carnal mind and put on the mind of Christ. We already have the mind of Christ but we must let it be in control.
Phil 2:5 Let this Mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: (KJV)
So we begin this struggle to overcome the carnal mind, and it causes great conflict as it fights to stay in control. One day we are led by the spirit, and we taste the spiritual mind, the next we fall back into the carnal realm. We feel bad and often condemn ourselves because we struggle back and forth with this enemy. This struggle between good and evil is what we must master before we inherit the full power of the mind of Christ.
James 1:8 A Double Minded man is unstable in all his ways. (KJV)
Jesus also had soul/mind troubles, so it’s no wonder that we do too. He had problems with his carnal mind and said, “My soul troubles me.” Jesus was no different than you or me, when it came to having soul trouble, the difference is that he overcame and was led by the spirit.
John 12:27 Now is my Soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. (KJV)
Matt 26:38 Then saith he unto them, My Soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. (KJV)
Jesus struggled with his soul/mind just as we do. He also said that the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Can you imagine that after Jesus performed all those miracles of healing thousands, walking on water etc., then he still had trouble with his carnal mind? Jesus said he was so troubled, it felt like it would be the death of him. Finally he prayed, “Nevertheless, not my will, but thy will be done.”
Just because we have trouble with our minds, does not mean that we cannot be led by the spirit, and put on the mind of Christ. The only thing that will keep us from the full potential of the mind of Christ is if we give up and stop trying. There will be a group, a remnant, who will become like Jesus in every measure. Jesus was the firstborn among many Sons.
Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the Measure of the Stature of the Fullness of Christ: (KJV)
Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the Firstborn Among Many Brethren. (KJV)
John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and Greater Works than these shall he do because I go unto my Father. (KJV)
The manifested Sons of God must overcome every enemy. They are called the Overcomers in the book of Revelation, because they have overcome something They will possess the full power of the mind of Christ and do the works Jesus did, and even do greater works. They will be able to do every miracle Jesus did, because they will have overcome every enemy that Jesus did. Here is what the Overcomers can expect.
Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that Overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. (KJV)
Rev 2:11 He that Overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. (KJV)
Rev 2:17 To him that Overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. (KJV)
Rev 2:26 And he that Overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: (KJV)
Rev 3:5 He that Overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. (KJV)
Rev 3:12 Him that Overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. (KJV)
Rev 3:21 To him that Overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. (KJV)
Rev 21:7 He that Overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. (KJV)
With all that being said, lets take a closer look at how the mind works. When we gain knowledge of how the mind works, it will help us to control it. Currently the mind controls the person, instead of the person controlling the mind. The mind needs to submit to the spirit in order to be led by the will of the Father. The carnal mind does not want to be controlled it likes being in charge. It will kick and fight against anything that opposes it. It’s your enemy and will eventually kill, you unless you do something about it. Death is also our enemy in fact it is the last enemy to be overcome. If your carnal mind stays in control, you will die.
Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity (enemy) against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. (KJV)
1 Cor 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. (KJV)
Those who put on the mind of Christ will not die they will inherit immortality. Nothing can kill them, not disease, fire, nuclear war or any such thing, no more than those things could kill God. The mind of Christ is the power that God created to give to His Sons. As we begin this study of the mind, lets pray that God will give us the understanding we need to learn how to unselfishly use it for His purposes.
DUALITY OF THE MIND
It was only about a hundred years ago that scientist discovered something called the Subconscious mind. They were able to effectively demonstrate the difference between the Conscious mind and the Subconscious mind. The two minds have different qualities and abilities. The Subconscious mind is very powerful and we have all experienced it everyday of our lives. As we examine the Subconscious mind we will see untapped potential it has, and the seemingly impossible things it easily does. For 6000 years we did not even know it existed, but just recently we have begun to understand its capabilities. Upon analysis we find many similarities the subconscious has with the mind of Christ. God has a mind and we are created in his image and likeness. There are many scriptures referring to the mind of the Lord. Jesus reflected the mind of the Father, and expressed only his thoughts and will.
1 Cor 2:16 For who hath known the Mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the Mind of Christ. (KJV)
Let’s examine the difference between the Conscious mind and the Subconscious. First thing is the conscious mind goes to sleep at night, but the subconscious never sleeps. In fact, it has never been asleep since the day you were born. You dream with your subconscious mind, when your conscious mind is totally asleep. The subconscious mind also sustains the life functions of your body. For example, when you cut your finger, your subconscious mind goes into action, sending the healing process into action. You put a bandage on it and forget about it, after a few days the cut is healed. You did not have to consciously think about sending white blood cells to the wound and regenerate skin tissue to close it. It happened subconsciously. The same applies to the functions of your heartbeat, breathing, eye blinking, etc they are not done consciously. You do not have to think every second… “I need to breathe, blink, beat…breath, beat, blink,” and so on. These things are all organized and controlled by your subconscious mind. If you ate some bad food and got food poisoning, your subconscious mind will know it and cause you to expel it from your stomach. You were not consciously aware of the micro-scopic salmonella cells that tainted the food, but your subconscious mind knew it. The subconscious mind is in charge of healing and repairing the body.
The conscious mind reasons differently than the subconscious. This was discovered in the late 1800’s when hypnosis was demonstrated for the first time. Scientist’s were able to put the conscious mind of a subject to sleep, and then access the subconscious mind. This was a great discovery that helps us to understand the way the subconscious mind reasons. First it was noticed that the person who was hypnotized was totally amenable to suggestion. That means they would believe what ever they were told. For example, if a person were told it was very cold, they would begin to shiver. The room temperature could have been 90 degrees, but if suggested it was cold, they believed it. That is called Deductive reasoning. The conscious mind reasons the exact opposite, it reasons inductively. It is important to understand the difference between the two. Inductive reasoning gathers facts then reasons up to a conclusion.
Conscious Mind Subconscious
Mind Inductive Reasoning Deductive Reasoning
Gathers facts then concludes Believes What it is Told
Why is this so important to understand? Because one has perfect faith and never doubts, the other doubts everything and must be convinced. One has childlike faith and the other doesn’t. Have you ever seen a stage hypnotist who has placed people in the subconscious state of mind? If he tells one of them that they are a chicken, they begin to cluck and mimic the actions of a chicken. It can be quite amusing, but it demonstrates the fact that the subconscious mind believes what ever it is told. Now to take it a step further, I saw a hypnotist take an ordinary pencil with an erasure on the end of it, he then told one of his subjects that it was red hot. The hypnotist then touched the pencil erasure to the persons arm, and a blister appeared within a matter of seconds. The subconscious mind was told the pencil was hot there- fore it sent the body into action causing it to blister. Then when he then told the person that it was not really hot, the blister went away just as fast. This has tremendous implications for us in understanding how the mind works. The subconscious has the childlike faith to believe anything it was told. Imagine if we can get the word of God directly into our subconscious. We would believe it without any reservation or doubt. Now if you take a pencil and tell someone who is in the conscious realm that it is hot, then touch their arm, they will laugh at you. Why? Because they reason inductively and say, that’s just a pencil, it’s not hot, and can’t burn anything, resulting in no blister. They will first look at the facts, then reason up to a conclusion. That is Inductive reasoning. It’s the same reasoning that keeps us from receiving the healing promised in the Bible. God’s word says we can be healed, but we first look at the facts, and begin to doubt. If we could get that scripture into our subconscious minds, then it will believe it, and the body will immediately respond. It thinks deductively, accepting the conclusion first, then logically reasons from there.
God reasons deductively! God does not need to gather facts to come to a conclusion. He starts with the conclusion and deduces from there. To say that God reasons inductively (gathering facts in order to come to a conclusion) implies that he does not know the conclusion. God always starts with the answer, because he already knows every conclusion. He does not need to go on a fact-finding mission to try to come up with an answer, or conclusion.
Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us Reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. (KJV)
Lets review the similarities between the subconscious mind and the mind of the Christ so far:
God ê Man ê The mind of the Lord never sleeps. The subconscious mind never sleeps. The mind of the Lord reasons deductively. The subconscious mind reasons deductively. The mind of the Lord has perfect faith. The subconscious mind has perfect faith.
There is a carnal mind and a spiritual mind. There is a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. One brings death and the other brings life. One doubts everything the other believes everything. The carnal mind currently is telling the subconscious mind what to believe. A child is born with a subconscious mind, but develops a conscious mind later on. Children will believe anything they are told. They will even believe in a ‘Santa Clause’ if told that he exists. They never question, “Well how can reindeer fly?” or “How can Santa fit down a chimney?” and so on. They simply believe it because they are in the subconscious realm. Later on as they develop their conscious mind, they begin to ask these questions. They begin to gather facts and then begin to doubt Santa. For many years they are in the subjective realm of the subconscious, and have that “childlike faith” spoken of by Jesus.
Matt 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (KJV)
Jesus was not telling us to become immature babies when he said to be like children. He was telling us to believe as children do, without doubting. That’s exactly how the subconscious mind believes. If we can access the subconscious mind (and we can), we will have perfect faith, never doubting for a minute. We will then have the same faith that Jesus has. Then we will have put on the mind of Christ.
Matt 21:21-22 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, “If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 22 And All Things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” (KJV)
There’s our problem, we have been trying to believe with the conscious mind, but it doubts everything. It believes what it can hear, see, smell, taste and feel. The word of God says we are healed, but the conscious mind only sees the symptoms, and then we doubt. The conscious mind believes the symptoms, and reasons up to the conclusion that we are not healed. We feel sick, we hear ourselves sneeze, we see our nose run, and reason that we have the flu. If we used our subconscious minds to believe we are healed, the symptoms would instantly vanish. The subconscious mind controlled the cells of the body to produce a blister, and it can use that same control to heal any ailment of the body. We have been using the wrong mind all along, trying muster up the faith with no avail. We wrinkle our foreheads, often raising our voices in desperation, trying to believe with our conscious mind. What we need to do is learn how to access our subconscious minds and place the word of God there.
Have you ever gotten a song stuck in your mind? You may have it there for days or even weeks. Sometimes it gets annoying and you want it to stop, but it keeps on going? It repeats over-and-over. You may consciously forget about it for a while, but then it pops up, and there it is again. I think we all have experienced this at one time or another. What happened was that song got into your subconscious mind. I have coined the term, the “repeater” to describe this function of the subconscious. The truth is that even if you forgot about that song for a while, it still continued to revolve or repeat in your subconscious, day and night. You may wake up in the morning with that song still on your mind. It had been repeating all night long. What if you used your subconscious repeater and filled it with God’s word?
Ps 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he Meditate Day and Night. (KJV)
1Thes 5:17 Pray Without Ceasing. (KJV)
I used to read those scriptures and think it was impossible to meditate or pray, day and night. We have to sleep, go to work and deal with daily life, how could we possibly do anything day and night, without ceasing? Well the subconscious mind can do just that. Just as it repeats that silly song over and over, it can easily repeat a prayer, meditation or God’s word, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Remember the subconscious never sleeps it’s the conscious mind that needs sleep. The subconscious keeps your heart beating 24 hours a day. It keeps you breathing 24 hours a day. It can easily pray and meditate 24 hours a day! Advertisers are well aware of the subconscious mind, and they try their best to get their product jingle or slogan into your subconscious. They know how the subconscious works, and use certain techniques to bypass your conscious mind to reach the subconscious. We have laws banning subliminal advertising, because it is so effective. Subliminal advertising is slipping in suggestions via TV or radio, which the conscious mind cannot hear, but the subconscious can.
Josh 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt Meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: For Then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and Then thou shalt have good success. (KJV)
If you want to make your way prosperous and have good success, you must meditate day and night. That can only be possible via the subconscious mind. We simply cannot consciously do anything 24 hours a day. Most people are not even aware they have a subconscious mind, but they go into that realm every day. There are many times each day when we slip into the subconscious realm. Have you ever sat staring out a window, thinking or daydreaming about something? Well, at that time you were thinking with the subconscious mind. Daydreaming is the same state of mind as sleeping. The conscious mind becomes inactive, and the subconscious mind comes to the forefront. It’s at these times when things like an advertisers song slips into your subconscious, and you begin to repeat it over-and-over. Have you ever been driving your car somewhere and when you arrived, you did not even remember the drive? Your mind may have been a million miles away, thinking about this-or-that. What happens is that your conscious mind was lulled to an inactive state, and your subconscious took over. That is when you are the most susceptible to radio ads, and that is why advertisers repeat their ads over-and-over. They know that people who drive their cars often get into a subconscious state of mind. When you do things that takes little or no conscious effort, the conscious mind will go into a state of inactivity, like it does every night when you go to sleep. When you take a shower everyday, it takes little or no conscious effort, driving to work day-after-day, takes little or no conscious effort, during these times you are in a form of sleep and often daydream. Even when your conscious mind is sleeping, the subconscious is very active and aware of everything around it. At times like these you are very amenable to suggestion. People who fall asleep while watching TV can be greatly influenced by it, because their subconscious is taking everything in, even though their conscious mind is asleep. They will not consciously be able to recall anything, but you can believe the subconscious mind has absorbed everything. Likewise people who fall asleep in church are absorbing things being said, directly into their subconscious mind. All those doctrines are being repeated, week-after-week, while people stare at the pulpit. They are literally brainwashed, because the subconscious mind believes what ever it’s told. It accepts suggestions without question, and that’s a big problem when it comes to manmade doctrines. People are literally in the same state of mind as those who have been hypnotized. Did you ever hear a hypnotist say to someone “You are getting very sleepy…” as he was putting them into a subconscious state of mind? Is it any wonder why people are so indoctrinated into their denominational ways? People have been literally hypnotized in church, and have had false doctrines put deep into their subconscious. Here is an interesting scripture that proves my point.
Rom 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to Awake out of Sleep <5258>(Hupnos): for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. (KJV)
The Greek word for ‘Sleep’ in that verse is ‘Hupnos’ or ‘Hypnos.’ It’s where we get our word ‘Hypnosis.’ Here is the Strong’s definition for Sleep # 5258 Hupnos; Sleep = Hupnos (Hypnos); 5258 hupnos (hoop’-nos); (perhaps akin to 5259 through the idea of subsilience); sleep, i.e. (figuratively) spiritual torpor: KJV– sleep.
Even though they are not aware they have done it, the church has literally hypnotized the people, and the Bible says so! It is high time to awaken from this state of mind, not believing everything they tell us. We must become aware of what has been happening, and begin to undo the damage they have done. The church has told us that we cannot put on the mind of Christ, and be perfect here and now. I am telling you that it is possible, and some will do just that. They have pumped manmade doctrines and traditions into our minds, masquerading them as truth. Most people never have their spiritual eyes awakened to the fact that they have been brainwashed, or hypnosed, by their seemingly harmless denominations. I was one of them for 20 years, blindly following my denomination, until God opened my eyes. We must Awaken to the fact that we have been asleep (hypnosed), and then begin the process of removing all the tares placed in our subconscious mind. Probably the biggest tare placed there by my denomination was the so-called rapture doctrine. They told me week after week that I must never doubt the rapture, or I would surely miss it. They told me that doubting the rapture was doubting God, that was a lie, but I believed it, just as a little child believes in a Santa Clause. In reality there is not going to be any rapture, but sadly, people remain brainwashed and asleep to that fact. The rapture and other “Santa Clause” doctrines have been deeply embedded into the subconscious minds of the people. It is high time to awake from this spiritual sleep and put on the mind of Christ. Ask a church leader, “What is the difference between the Spirit and the Soul?” and they will erroneously tell you they are the same thing. In fact they incorrectly use the 2 words interchangeably. The songs they sing week-after-week will use Spirit and Soul according to how they rhyme. Until we learn the difference between the Spirit (Heart) and Soul (Mind), we will remain asleep or blind to the truth. The Greek word for “Soul” is “Psuche” or “Psyche.” The Spirit is different Greek word, “Pneuma.”
1 Thes 5:23 I pray God your whole Spirit <4151>(Pneuma) and Soul <5590>(Psuche) and Body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (KJV); Soul = Psuche or Psyche; # 5590 psuche (psoo-khay’);
That is where we get our word psychic from today. Other words like psychiatrist or psycho-ward also come from the Greek word psuche (psyche). The truth is that Jesus was a psychic because he read peoples minds, and predicted the future. God created the mind and its power, but the world tries to use it for carnal gain. The Spirit is different from the mind it refers to the Heart or the inner man.
Ephesians 3:16-17 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the Inner Man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your Hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, (KJV)
Romans 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the Heart, in the Spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. (KJV)
The term “psychic power” has a negative connotation today because of charlatans on TV, who try to use it for monetary gain. The devil has counterfeited the thing that God created. The Sons of God will have full use and control of their soul-mind-psyche, and will not use it to make money. They will use it just like Jesus did, to help and heal others. Words like “Hypnos” and “Psyche” come straight from the Bible, the word of God. These things are not to be feared, as the church will falsely tell you. I have heard preachers warn their congregation not to get into things like meditation, because you do not want to start messing with your mind. Meditation is a Biblical term and it was created by God for a specific purpose. It’s not a coincidence that we are learning more about the mind in the last 100 years. God is revealing these things in the last days for a reason, he created them for a reason, and that reason is they are tools that the manifested Sons of God will use. The soul/mind must be led by the spirit. It must be put in subjection to the Most High God.
Rom 13:1 Let every Soul <5590>>(Psuche) be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. (KJV)
The churches claim to be the ordained power, but that verse says there is NO Power but of God! They are self-ordained and led by denominational headquarters, not the spirit. The organized church is carnal and controlled by carnally minded leaders. Currently their subconscious is submitted to their carnal minds, and they are led by their conscious minds.
The carnal mind is Gods enemy, and also your enemy. The subconscious mind is a powerful tool, which is currently being controlled by the carnal mind. Let every soul/mind be subject to the Most High God, for he is the only higher power you can trust. Never let anyone control your mind, and never let anyone hypnotize you, for you are giving them control of your mind. Psychiatrist’s will hypnotize people today under the guise of therapy then place all kinds of suggestions into their minds. The “multiple personality syndrome” was actually created by the so-called therapist. They would subtly suggest to a person, while they were under hypnosis, that they had these different personalities, and the people would accept the suggestion and begin acting them out. The subconscious mind believes what it is told and while under hypnosis many psychiatrists have created, or added to the mental problems of their patients. Never let anyone hypnotize you or any of your family, for by so doing you are making your soul subject to a carnal power. You can only trust God with your soul/mind. People often confuse the church with God. The church leaders will tell you, “Thus saith the Lord” when he never said any such thing. They speak out of their own imagination! They conjure up phony visions and prophesies and claim they are from the Lord.
Ezekiel 13:2-9 “Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who are now prophesying. Say to those who prophesy out of their own imagination: ‘Hear the word of the LORD!’ This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit and have seen nothing!… 6 Their visions are false and their divinations a lie. They say, “The LORD declares,” when the LORD has not sent them; yet they expect their words to be fulfilled. 7 Have you not seen false visions and uttered lying divinations when you say, “The LORD declares,” though I have not spoken? 8 “`Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because of your false words and lying visions, I am against you, declares the Sovereign LORD. 9 My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. (NIV)
The people hear these false visions and lying doctrines, and it gets right into their subconscious minds. They think because their teachings come from church leaders, or headquarters, that it’s true, when the Lord never said any such things. They use the phrase, “Thus saith the Lord,” to make money, to keep people in fear of leaving their flock. They say, “The Lord saith there will be a Rapture” when he never said any such thing. In fact the Lord said the righteous would NEVER be removed from the earth.
Proverbs 10:30 The Righteous Shall NEVER Be Removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth. (KJV)
The rapture people will say, “Bless God, the Bible says we will be caught up in the air, in the clouds, and that settles it.” They say the Bible is literal! Those who believe the Bible is literal, must go up and bite Jesus on the leg, then drink his literal blood!
John 6:53-54 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, “Except ye Eat the Flesh of the Son of man, and Drink his Blood, ye have no life in you. 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.” (KJV)
The same people who literalize the so-called rapture scriptures, must literally bite Jesus on the leg, because it says, “Unless we eat his flesh and drink his blood…” Are Christians expected to be cannibals? No. That scripture must be interpreted spiritually, not literally. Yet the church wants to literalize the so-called rapture scriptures, and spiritualize the others. I heard of one Christian man who was so convinced of the rapture that he went home, shot and killed his unsaved wife and daughter, so they did not have to go through the perils of the tribulation. There have been group after group who have, sold everything, climbed on top of mountains, and waited for a rapture that never happened. They listened to those who misled them, and were all let down. It sounds extreme until you realize that those teachings went deep into their subconscious mind. The false rapture teaching has ruined many lives, and it blinds the people to the truth. Unless God opens their eyes, it will remain embedded deep within their subconscious minds. There are many other horror stories like that one, all because of the so-called rapture doctrine. These people were never told that God is able to protect us, even during the tribulation. They could even throw us into a fiery furnace, and it will not harm us. I agree that we will be caught up in the air, or caught up in the spirit, but we will never leave the earth. They say that we will meet Jesus in the clouds, does that mean that Jesus will only return on a cloudy day? No. The clouds represent people, as in the clouds of witnesses. Those rapture scriptures are supposed to be interpreted spiritually, not literally.
Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, (KJV)
The people in the congregations are asleep (hypnosed), and they believe the things they are told, whether they are true or not. They have made their soul/minds subjected to their carnal leaders, who are interested in making money and feeding themselves. They have opulent churches with gold colored pulpits, and expensive furniture for their own comfort. While all along the people are starving for the truth. They have so many bills from expanding their manmade programs they must spend increasingly more time, taking offerings for their own benefit. They imagine these false doctrines to keep from having to change their carnal minds, or go through the tribulation.
Ezek 34:2-3 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD unto the shepherds; Woe be to the Shepherds of Israel that do Feed Themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? 3Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool (3-piece wool suits), ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. (KJV)
Jeremiah 23:1-3 Woe be unto the Pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD. 2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD. 3 And I will gather the Remnant of my flock out of all countries (nations, denominations) whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. (KJV)
There is a remnant alive today, which will awaken to the mind of Christ. These will become the manifested Sons of God, and they will have put on the mind of Christ. They will have full control of the God given power of the subconscious mind. They will do the works Jesus did and even greater works. The Sons of God will be led by the Spirit and not the carnal mind. They will use the power of the mind of Christ to help others, and not for selfish gain. Let’s continue to examine the power of the subconscious mind.
Have you ever had a feeling someone was going to call you, when at that next instant the phone rings, and it’s that person who you were just thinking about? Have you ever had a premonition that someone was going to say something, just before they said it? That was the subconscious mind in action. How did a mother wake up at 3 a.m., knowing her daughter was in a car wreck at that very moment, even though she was 500 miles away? How does a dog that got lost during a family vacation find its way home, traveling across hundreds of miles? How does a salmon out in the middle of the ocean find its way back to the stream where it was born? How does a salamander grow a new leg and tail after they have been severed? How does a caterpillar change or metamorphose into a butterfly? These are all accomplished by the power of the subconscious mind. These are things, which remain a mystery to most people. The mind has miraculous, God given ability, which has been kept hidden or concealed. Man has had a subconscious all along, but God hid it in the back of man’s mind. He is just now unveiling it, and revealing it to his Sons. They will be given the keys to it in the near future, and they will perform the miracles that Jesus did. The subconscious mind has control over the cells of the body. You were one single cell at conception. Then that single cell began to divide and multiply. It was the subconscious mind, which caused this to happen. Then as the cells divided, they also began to change form into various different cells, such as bone cells, skin cells, brain cells… and so on, until they formed your body. This does not randomly happen, but rather it’s highly organized. The reason we are called an ‘organism’ is because something is organizing everything. The subconscious mind is what God created to perform that complex task. It controls the atoms and the cells of your body, and has the ability to create new skin cells when you get a cut. The Sons of God will not die, but they will inherit immortality. The body used to live for about 1000 years, like in the days of Adam and Methuselah. The subconscious can regenerate any organ, because it created them all from one single cell in the first place. The Bible says the Sons of God will experience a change or a metamorphosis in their body. It says they will be changed in a “moment” to put on immortality. Let’s look at the Greek word for “moment.” We shall not all die, read it for yourself:
1 Corinthians 15:51-53 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be Changed, 52 In a MOMENT <823> (Atomos), in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and This Mortal must put on Immortality. (KJV)
The key word is “moment” and it’s the Greek word “atomos.” That verse says we will be changed in our “atoms.” It was speaking of cells, not time. Moment = Atomos (Atoms) Strong’s #823 atomos (at’-om-os);
The phrase, “twinkling of an eye” refers to understanding. Did you ever see someone’s eyes light up when they figured something out for the first time? It’s like a light bulb lit up in their eyes. When we change our understanding, we will experience a change in our cells or atoms. We will experience a change in our bodies, much like the change a caterpillar goes through to become a butterfly. The subconscious mind controls the atoms and cells of our bodies, and has the God given ability to bring immortality to the physical body. Here is further proof that this change will come via the mind (of Christ)
Rom 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your Bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye Transformed <3339> (metamorphosed) By the renewing of your Mind… (KJV)
It said to be transformed (metamorphosed) in Body, by the renewing of the Mind. We must renew the mind because it has the ability to transform the body. The subconscious controls the atoms or cells, as it did when you were just one single cell in your mother’s womb. Every cell has the complete instructions for your body in it. Those instructions are called DNA. Even a fingernail cell contains the complete set of instructions to create a whole new body! Just as the subconscious mind caused a blister to form on the person who was touched by the pencil erasure (believing it was hot), it can also control the cells of your body to bring the metamorphosis, or change needed to bring immortality. You are transformed in your body by the renewing of your mind. This will happen when the mind of Christ awakens within the Sons of God. I hope you are as excited about this as I am. There is a part of your mind that has been kept hidden until now, and it has the ability to change the atoms of your body so that you will never taste of death. They can throw you into a fiery furnace and it would not harm you. They can drop a nuclear bomb on your head and it would not phase you, any more than it would phase Jesus. The subconscious mind has the power of God in it, and you have that mind in you right now. There is a part of your mind that has been kept virgin and unused I submit for your examination that it is the subconscious mind. The mind is like womb and it can create life. In fact the Bible says to gird up the “Loins” of your mind.
1 Pet 1:13 Wherefore gird up the Loins of your Mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (KJV)
This part of our minds has been veiled and kept barren until these last days. Now God is opening our minds to his power, like he opened Sarah’s womb in her old age. He is now opening the barren “loins” of our minds to receive the seed of his word. It’s the subconscious mind, which has the ability to believe his word, and doubt it not. Even though Sarah believed Abraham was able to rise up the promised son, she remained barren. Not only did Sarah believe he was able, but she also received Abraham’s seed, yet she remained barren. There was nothing wrong with Abraham’s seed (sperm), but the problem was that her womb was barren. Sarah was a believer and a receiver but she could not conceive, until God opened her womb at the right time! The sons of God will be believers, receivers and they will also conceive to bring forth the promised manchild. This is being revealed today, because the time is right at hand. These are the last days and God is opening the barrenness of our minds to reveal the subconscious.
Hebrews 11:11 Through faith (believer) also Sara herself received (receiver) strength to conceive seed (conceiver), and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. (KJV)
It was God who closed Sarah’s womb, and it was God who opened it. Likewise it was God who closed the “loins” of our mind, and it is God who is opening it. There is a virgin part of our mind today. We have never used it, but it was intended to be used to bring forth the new Life spoken of in God’s word. If we try to use the carnal, conscious mind to produce a son, the result is like Abraham and Hagar, a son of the flesh (Ishmael).
Abraham Ê Spirit Ê Hagar Ê Carnal Mind Ê Ishmael Ê Carnal Church Ê Son Of The Flesh Denominations
This is what we see in the church realm today, they have produced the carnal denominations and manmade organizations and call it the promised son. God will manifest his Sons when the time is right. That time will not always remain in the future, someday it will arrive and there will be a birthing of the corporate manchild spoken of in Revelation 12.
Abraham ê Spirit ê Sarah ê Mind of Christ ê Isaac ê Manchild ê Son of the Promise – Son of God – Origin of Thoughts
Christians often fall into self-condemnation, because they find uninvited thoughts coming to their minds. These carnal and sinful thoughts keep coming to mind, and they do not know how to deal with them. If we look at the process of how a thought gets into the mind, it will free many people from condemnation (which results in death). Christians will allow these thoughts to keep them from pressing in toward the mark of the high calling. They feel that they are sinning just because certain thoughts keep coming into their carnal minds. First we must realize that the soul/mind is feminine and is able to conceive thoughts in the loins of the mind. Likewise we must realize that the spirit/heart is masculine, for the heart must be circumcised, and you circumcise a male organ. Therefore we conclude that the soul/mind is the mother of a thought, while the spirit/heart is the father of it. A thought comes from the spirit, through the heart, and is deposited into the womb of the mind. It’s exactly like the male sperm, which comes from the testes, travels via the male organ, to be deposited into the womb. That is how conception of both thoughts and babies occur. The problem is that there are carnal minds and uncircumcised hearts. We know that Gods word/seed dwells in our hearts.
Psalm 119:11 Thy Word have I hid in mine Heart that I might not sin against thee. (KJV)
The Bible says that God’s word is the good “seed” or the Greek word “sperma” or “sperm.”
Matthew 13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good Seed <4690> (Sperma) in his field: (KJV)
Luke 8:11 Now the parable is this: The Seed is the Word of God. (KJV)
The heart, like the male organ, needs to be circumcised, and it’s the male organ, which delivers the sperm/seed to the womb. Likewise thoughts arise from the heart and are placed into the mind. Where do impure thoughts come from? Impure thoughts will come from an uncircumcised heart, or an evil heart.
Ezekiel 44:7 In that ye have brought into my sanctuary strangers, uncircumcised in Heart, and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in my sanctuary, to pollute it, even my house… (KJV)
Mat 15:19 For out of the Heart proceed evil Thoughts… (KJV)
Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his Heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his Heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. (KJV)
Romans 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and Circumcision is that of the Heart, in the spirit, (KJV)
Just because you get an uninvited thought does not mean that you have sinned. It just means that you have been tempted. If you take that thought and dwell on it, or entertain it in your mind, then it will conceive. Until a thought conceives it is not sin. Now here is an interesting scripture:
James 1:14-15 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then When lust hath Conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. (KJV)
Lust is not a sin until it conceives in the womb of your mind. When an uncircumcised heart brings impure thoughts to a carnal mind, the result is sin and death. If an impure thought comes to your mind and you choose not to entertain that thought, it cannot conceive. Even if that same thought keeps coming back 100 times a day, if you refuse to entertain it (dwell on it), then it will not conceive. When a woman conceives, her womb expands and becomes pregnant. If a thought comes to your mind, and you choose to expand on it, it will also conceive. The choice is yours you can enlarge on a thought with your imagination, or refuse to give it the opportunity to grow.
2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity Every Thought to the obedience of Christ; (KJV)
You can control your mind and your thoughts. Most people let their thoughts control them, and let their imaginations run wild. They will take an evil thought, which comes up from their uncircumcised heart then use their imagination to dwell on it. This is what the carnal mind does it uses thoughts and imaginations to satisfy the desires of the flesh.
Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every Imagination of the Thoughts of his Heart was only evil continually. (KJV) Jeremiah 3:17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the Imagination of their evil Heart. (KJV)
Jeremiah 16:12 And ye have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye walk every one after the Imagination of his evil Heart that they may not hearken unto me: (KJV)
Jeremiah 18:12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the Imagination of his evil Heart. (KJV)
Luke 1:51 He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the Imagination of their Hearts. (KJV)
The carnal mind takes the evil thoughts and enjoys them. It likes the feelings they bring to the flesh. When you begin to deprive the carnal mind of these thoughts, you are learning to control your mind. Just because an evil thought comes to your mind, that does not mean you have sinned or have an evil mind, it only means you are being tempted. If you keep refusing to entertain that thought, it will eventually stop coming. If you continue to dwell on certain evil thoughts with your carnal mind, then the result will always be sin and death.
Proverbs 23:7 For as he Thinketh in his Heart, so is he… (KJV)
A thought is fathered by the heart and mothered by the mind. That is why we need to have the mind of Christ along with a circumcised heart. Both are pure and virgin, they will produce good thoughts, the kind Jesus has. Those good thoughts will conceive and produce the manchild, and manifest the Sons of God. When we circumcise the heart, it removes the fleshly foreskin (carnal nature), so when there is a union of the heart and mind, no flesh can enter therein. It’s equally important to put on the virgin mind of Christ, and not try to conceive with the conscious mind, which will only result in the sin of the flesh. We need a pure upright circumcised heart, the virgin womb of the mind of Christ, and together with the pure seed of the word of God, they will produce Life and immortality.
Hebrews 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their Hearts, and in their Minds will I write them; (KJV)
Deuteronomy 10:16 Circumcise therefore the Foreskin of your Heart, and be no more stiffnecked. (KJV)
Deuteronomy 30:6 And the LORD thy God will Circumcise thine Heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine Heart, and with all thy Soul, that thou mayest LIVE. (KJV)
Jeremiah 4:3-4 …Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns. 4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your Heart, (KJV)
As we change our minds, the mind will change (transform) the body. If a person worries with their mind all the time, the mind produces an ulcer in the body. Likewise, that same mind can dwell on the word of God, and produce immortality and perfect health. It is not hard for the subconscious mind to create new cells it does it all the time. The subconscious mind takes the sperm from the father, and the egg from the mother, and then creates a new body for the baby. It is the God given power of the soul/mind that produces new life. The virgin, Mary took the word/seed of God, and it was her soul/mind, which caused her womb to enlarge or magnify. Mary’s subconscious mind believed what God said, and her subconscious mind began to create the physical body of the baby Jesus! Read it for yourself:
Luke 1:45-46 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things, which were told her from the Lord. 46 And Mary said, My SOUL doth Magnify the Lord, (KJV)
It was Mary’s subconscious mind that created something out of nothing. It was her soul/mind that caused her womb to expand or magnify. Mary doubted with her conscious mind at first when she said, “This can’t happen, because I have not ‘known’ any man.”
Luke 1:31,34 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS…34 Then said Mary unto the angel, “How shall this be, seeing I Know not a man?’ (KJV)
Her conscious mind was gathering the facts and reasoning inductively. It came up with the conclusion that this was impossible. Gabriel then told Mary that it is possible.
Luke 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible. 38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her. (KJV)
Mary now believed with her subconscious mind, now her subconscious took the word/seed of God, and began to enlarge or “magnify” it into a physical baby. The subconscious accepts whatever it is told, then goes into action. Have you ever heard of a false pregnancy? A false pregnancy is where a person or animal goes through all the signs of being pregnant, but in reality there is no conception. My father-in-law is a retired medical doctor. He tells of a patient who went through a false pregnancy. The woman’s abdomen enlarged as if she was pregnant, her breasts began swelling and producing milk and she even had morning sickness. She displayed all the normal signs of being pregnant, but there was nothing in her womb. She had never received any sperm, yet she believed that she was pregnant. Her subconscious mind believed she was pregnant; therefore it went into action causing all the signs of a normal pregnancy. The medical term for this phenomena is, ‘pseudopregnancy’ or ‘pseudocyesis.’ Here is the Random House Dictionary definition: false pregnancy – signs of pregnancy without conception; pseudocyesis. Also called pseudopregnancy. Copyright © 1966-1994 by Random House Inc., All Rights Reserved.
This demonstrates the awesome power of the subconscious mind. It has the ability to control the cells of the body and put them into action. It can take the Word/Seed of God and cause it to create new life in your body. This is as easy for the subconscious mind as it is to keep you breathing. Your barren womb will not remain barren. There will be an awakening of the Loins of your Mind and you will begin to believe God’s word very soon. There is nothing impossible with God, and there is nothing impossible with the mind of Christ. The same mind God has, and the same mind Jesus has, is the same mind that you have. The thoughts of the conscious mind are full of doubt, and the subconscious has childlike faith. The thoughts of the conscious mind are not the thoughts of God. We need to change the way we have been thinking, and start thinking like God does!
Isaiah 55:7-11 Let the wicked forsake his Way, and the unrighteous man his Thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 For My Thoughts are not Your Thoughts, neither are Your Ways My Ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways higher than Your Ways, and My Thoughts than Your Thoughts. 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give Seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall My Word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. (KJV)
Someday soon, God’s thoughts will become your thoughts, and his ways will become your ways. God does not need to gather facts and try to come up with a conclusion, like the conscious mind does. He already knows the conclusions. The mind of Christ contains the thoughts of God, and it thinks the same way God does. The subconscious starts with the conclusion and deduces from there. When the mind of Christ awakens in you, then God’s thoughts will become your thoughts. His ways will become your ways. The subconscious mind is so powerful that it can contain all the knowledge and wisdom that God has in his mind. The subconscious has more capacity than all the computers in the world put together. God created the powerful mind of Christ and we have no idea of its full potential, except to say that nothing is impossible to those who possess it.
1 Corinthians 2:9-10 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, and the deep things of God. (KJV)
God is now revealing these things unto us. These things have not been seen before, until now. If you are seeing any truth here from this study, it’s because God is revealing it to you through his Spirit. These are the deep things of God, meat for the mature Sons, and preparation for what lies ahead. Those who possess control of the mind of Christ will possess the same abilities that God has. He is actually reproducing himself in us. God gave Jesus everything he has, and he is offering it all to us as well. We will inherit everything God has, because he loves us so much. We are the Sons of God. If you plant a carrot seed you get a carrot. If you plant a seed of corn, you get corn. God’s way has always been, ‘kind begets kind.’ You never plant an apple seed and find an orange tree growing from it.
Genesis 1:11-12 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit aft er his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. (KJV)
If God plants his seed within us, the result is we become God. Could God’s seed produce anything less that himself? No. Is his seed weak or insufficient? God forbid. The Sons of God will transcend the realm of being human, to become exactly like their Father and Jesus. You have the same Spirit in you that are in the Father, and in Jesus. You have the same mind in you that are in the Father, and in Jesus. You will soon awaken to the full potential of the mind of Christ to receive the same Body that both the Father and Jesus have. You will become fully manifested and become exactly like your Father in every way. Jesus came into the fullness of the Godhead, and he is our pattern Son. Now you will not hear that in church, they think that is pure heresy. Is it heresy to you, to think you will also grow up into the fullness?
Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth All the Fullness of the Godhead Bodily. (KJV)
Galatians 4:6-7 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into Your Hearts, crying, Abba, Father. 7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an Heir of God through Christ. (KJV)
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him (the Father) that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead Shall Also Quicken Your Mortal Bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (KJV)
The spirit and soul will unite and become one, even as a husband and wife become one in physical union. The Sons will be led by the spirit and use the soul, or the mind of Christ. The subconscious mind is where the power currently resides to raise us up, but it must be controlled by the spirit. We will come into a union and be joined to God, to become one Spirit with him.
1 Corinthians 6:14-17 And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up US by his own power. 15Know ye not that your Bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of a harlot? God forbid. 16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to a harlot is one body? For two, saith he, shall be one flesh. 17 But He that is Joined unto the Lord is One Spirit. (KJV)
Phil 3:14-21 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus Minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise Minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. 16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us Mind the same thing. 17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. 18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who Mind earthly things.) 20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall Change our vile Body, that it may be fashioned Like unto His Glorious Body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. (KJV)
The subconscious mind has the ability to change or transform a body from one form to another. A caterpillar goes through a transformation to become a butterfly. The body of the caterpillar is destined to crawl on the earth. This is a type of the human body before it goes through the change of glorification. A caterpillar is not a butterfly, and a man is not God, until there is a transformation. After the caterpillar is metamorphosed, to become a butterfly, it can now leave the confines of the earth to fly into the heavens then come back and land on earth at will. It was the subconscious mind of the caterpillar, which caused the physical transformation. When the subconscious transforms us, we will be able to travel like God does. He travels at the speed of thought, which is much faster than the speed of light. It can take a light beam a billion years to travel somewhere God can be there immediately, simply by thinking about being there. We will have this same ability. I know it sounds silly and impossible to the conscious mind, but it’s true nonetheless. The subconscious mind has the ability to dematerialize the body then reassemble it in another place instantly. We will be able to go from being on earth, to being in the presence of the Father, from one instant to the next. We will have access to both heaven and earth, like Jesus and the Father do. The Most High God, El-Elyon is the possessor of heaven and earth, and he is giving it all to us. Those who overcome the limits of the carnal conscious mind, and put on the mind of Christ will inherit all things.
Revelation 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. (KJV)
Remember the old joke… “Who is buried in Grant’s tomb?” The obvious answer is, “Grant is!” Well let me ask it this way, “Who sits in God’s throne?” The obvious answer is, “God does!” Well those who overcome every enemy, even death, will sit in God’s throne. They will become one with the Father and also be God.
Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me In My Throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. (KJV)
Are these things heresy to you or are they a beautiful truth? I am not saying these things with a proud self-righteous heart I say them with the unworthiness of a worm, with unfeigned humility and meekness. Those who attain to this high calling will be merciful, loving and forgiving like their Father, the Most High God. Do you want to stone me for saying we will be made equal to God, even as Jesus is equal with him? Could God’s seed produce anything less than himself?
John 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself Equal with God. (KJV)
Phil 2:1-6 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one Mind. 3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. 5 Let this Mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 who, being in the form of God, Thought It Not Robbery To Be Equal With God: (KJV)
There it is, when you let the mind of Christ awaken in you, you will be equal with God. This is not my idea, but God’s idea. I am not making these scriptures up God put them there. Most Christians could never allow themselves to think that they could ever be equal with God, but even earthly fathers want their sons to grow up to be everything they are, and if possible more. How much greater is the desire of your heavenly Father to see his sons grow up into their divine right to become like Him? Is this blasphemy to you, or does something deep within your spirit leap when you hear these things? Is it heresy to you, or is it like a breath of fresh air to a drowning man? It’s only because of the shed blood of Jesus that any of these things are possible. Jesus was the firstborn among many brothers. Listen to the words of Jesus here:
John 10:33-36 The Jews answered him, saying, for a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, Being a Man, Makest Thyself God. 34 Jesus answered them, is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? (KJV)
Jesus was quoting this passage in Psalms:
Psalm 82:6-8 I have said, Ye are gods <0430> Elohims and all of you are children of the most High. 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. 8 Arise, O God<0430> Elohim, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations. (KJV)
The King James translators took the word Elohim (God) and put it into a lower case “g” to read, “gods,” Why? Because they simply could not believe that they were God like the Bible says. They translated the very same word, Elohim (God), with an upper case “G,” to read “God” in the verse below it, because they thought it was speaking of God the Father. It says, “Arise O God, for thou Shalt Inherit all nations.” But we know that God already possesses all nations, so that is not speaking of the Most High God, but rather about us. God the Father does not need to Arise to inherit something he already possesses, we do. We need to Arise, because WE shall inherit all nations, future tense. We are to “Arise O God” for we shall inherit all nations.
Genesis 14:19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of the Most High God, possessor of heaven and earth: (KJV)
The truth is that, “Ye are Elohims!” Elohim is the creator God. We too are creators, and when we Arise, or Awaken, then we will inherit all things, including all nations. Now I say it unto you who are reading this, “Arise and Awaken you Overcomers, you Sons of God, you Elohims, you Gods!”
Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the Nations: (KJV)
Revelation 21:7 He that overcometh shall Inherit All Things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. (KJV)
Revelation 12:5 And she brought forth a man-child, who was to rule All Nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. (KJV)
There is going to be an awakening within the Sons of God during the Feast of Tabernacles. It’s during this time when we will speak with God face-to-face, mouth-to-mouth, and inherit all that he has for us.
1 Corinthians 13:12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then Face to Face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. (KJV)
Psalm 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy Face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I Awake, with Thy Likeness. (KJV)
We will awaken soon to find ourselves in His likeness. There will be an awakening of the mind of Christ in these last days, and God is preparing us for it even today. This event will bring glory to the physical body and result in immortality.
Psalm 57:8 Awake, my Soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. (NIV)
Psalm 57:8 Awake up, my Glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early. (KJV)
Isaiah 60:1-2 Arise, shine; for thy Light is come, and the Glory of the LORD is Risen Upon Thee. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and His Glory Shall Be Seen Upon Thee. (KJV)
The Feast of Tabernacles is when we enter our booth or chamber, much like a caterpillar enters a cocoon. It’s during this time that we will experience the change, or metamorphosis of our physical bodies. It’s during the fullness of this feast when we will fully Awaken. A mature human body is still not in its fully developed form, but is like a caterpillar. If a caterpillar does not enter into a cocoon, it will never transform into another body. If it dies before it changes form, like most of mankind, it never reaches its full potential. The caterpillar does not die in the cocoon, but rather the cells of its body are rearranged to create a new body. The difference between a caterpillar and a butterfly is like the difference between being human and being divine. The potential to change this human body is already written within the subconscious mind, or the mind of Christ.
Caterpillar Ê Human Ê Man Ê Cocoon Ê Metamorphosis Ê Tabernacles Ê Butterfly –Divine — God
Isaiah 26:19-20 …Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. 20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. (KJV)
Mankind as a whole has been maturing for at least 6000 years. All creation is groaning and waiting for the manifestation of the Sons of God. We have had the fullness of Passover, when Jesus was crucified as the lamb slain for the sins of the world. The feast of Pentecost fully came when the Holy Spirit fell in the upper room, but the Feast of Tabernacles has not yet fully come, even though we expect it very soon. During Tabernacles we expect to see the manifestation of the Sons of God. During this Awakening we will be clothed with the garments of a glorified body.
Isaiah 52:1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy Beautiful Garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. (KJV)
Romans 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to Awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. (KJV)
Ephesians 5:14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. (KJV)
Awakening is a process. It’s an opening of the eyes, like we do every morning when we get out of bed. First we open our eyes, but things are still a little blurry, we usually try to wipe the sleep from our eyes in an attempt to fully wake up. We make the transition from the conscious mind being asleep to becoming awake. The subconscious mind never sleeps, but it operates in the background while we are awake and conscious. Our eyes are just now being opened to the power of the subconscious mind. Now we see things a little blurry, but soon we will become fully awakened to its potential. Most people are not even aware they have a subconscious mind, and they live their whole lives never giving it a passing thought. Likewise most Christians live their whole life and never try to put on the mind of Christ. God speaks directly to our subconscious mind, because it’s where we do not doubt, and it is deepest part of our minds. He speaks to us in dreams and visions, which both are functions of the subconscious. God will often cause the conscious mind to go to sleep when he is speaking with us. He puts us into a deep sleep or in a trance. That means that we may not even remember what God has been saying to us with our conscious minds. Let’s look at God’s pattern;
Job 33:14-16 For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. 15 In a Dream, in a Vision of the Night, when Deep Sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; 16 Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, (KJV)
Genesis 2:21 And the LORD God caused a Deep Sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof. (KJV)
Genesis 15:12-13 And when the sun was going down, a Deep Sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, a horror of great darkness fell upon him. 13 And he (God) said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; (KJV)
1 Samuel 26:12 So David took the spear and the cruse of water from Saul’s bolster; and they gat them away, and no man saw it, nor knew it, neither awaked: for they were all asleep; because a Deep Sleep from the LORD was fallen upon them. (KJV)
Job 4:13 In thoughts from the visions of the night, when Deep Sleep falleth on men, (KJV)
Isaiah 29:10 For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of Deep Sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered. (KJV)
Daniel 8:18 Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a Deep Sleep on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and set me upright. (KJV)
Daniel 10:9 Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a Deep Sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground. (KJV)
Dan 2:19 Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a Night Vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. (KJV)
These all are examples of the conscious mind being asleep when God was speaking. When the conscious mind is put to sleep we are in a trance. This can happen at any time and it happened to me. God put me into a trance for 6 days in 1995 as he began to show me these things. I wrote about it in detail in a 100+ page book titled, “The Circumcision of the Heart.” Why does he put people into a trance? Because the conscious mind or the carnal mind is his enemy (and ours). It doubts everything and will try to convince you that God’s word is not true. God puts us into a deep sleep or a trance then he speaks directly to the subconscious mind.
Numbers 24:4-5 He hath said, which heard the words of God, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a Trance, but having his eyes open: 5 How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel! (KJV)
Numbers 24:16 He hath said, which heard the words of God, and knew the knowledge of the Most High, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a Trance, but having his eyes open: (KJV)
Acts 10:9-11 …Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: 10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a Trance, <1611> 11 And saw heaven opened… (KJV)
Acts 11:4-5 But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying, 5 I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a Trance <1611> I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me: (KJV)
Acts 22:17 And it came to pass, that, when I (Paul) was come again to Jerusalem, even while I prayed in the temple, I was in a Trance <1611> (KJV)
The Greek word for “trance” means to “displace the mind.” It is also translated as “amazed,” “amazement” and “astonishment.” I wished they had put the word “trance” in every case. because that is exactly what it is. Here is Strong’s definition:
Trance = Conscious Mind Asleep — 611 ekstasis (ek’-stas-is); a displacement of the mind, i.e. bewilderment, “ecstasy”: KJV– + be amazed, amazement, astonishment, trance.
Here are the other scriptures that refer to people being in a trance. Each time, miracles took place and the people were in a trance, or in the subconscious mind.
Mark 5:39-42 And when he was come in, he saith unto them, “Why make ye this ado, and weep? The damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.” 40 And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying. 41 And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise. 42 And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great Astonishment<1611> (Trance). (KJV)
The word astonishment should read, “They were in a trance.” Here’s another example of people being in a trance and miracles happening. Jesus also reads the minds of the Pharisees, through the power of his subconscious mind then he heals a man with palsy:
Luke 5:18-26 And, behold, men brought in a bed a man, which was taken with palsy: and they sought means to bring him in, and to lay him before him. 19 And when they could not find by what way they might bring him in because of the multitude, they went upon the housetop, and let him down through the tiling with his couch into the midst before Jesus. 20 And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee. 21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?” 22 But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts? 23 Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee or to say, Rise up and walk? 24 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house. 25 And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God. 26 And they were all amazed<1611> (Trance), and they glorified God, and were filled with fear, saying, We have seen strange things to day. (KJV)
The people who witnessed the healing of the lame man at the gate called Beautiful, were also put into the subconscious realm, or in a trance, as they saw the man get healed. Why were they put into a trance? To keep their conscious minds from creating doubt. In the next scripture, notice that the man was in a trance, as he fixed his eyes upon Peter and John. Peter spoke to his subconscious mind, and it went into immediate action fixing his withered limbs.
Acts 3:1-10 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. 2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; 3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. 4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. 5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. 6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have given I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God: 10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and Amazement<1611> (Trance) at that which had happened unto him. (KJV)
Peter told the man to, “Look on us,” and the hypnotist tells his subjects, “Look into my eyes.” Both induced the same trance like state, which resulted in accessing the subconscious. This next example is when Jesus arose from the dead, and they went to the place where his body was. The angel appeared to them and they went into a trance:
Mark 16:5-8 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. 6 And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. 7 But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you. 8 And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were Amazed<1611> (Trance): neither said they any thing to any man for they were afraid. (KJV)
There is a part of our subconscious minds that has been flooded with things that are untrue. They have been planted there from many different sources. We have accepted both good and bad seed. The subconscious mind accepts both, and begins to cause them to grow. The mind is a lot like a garden. There are many similarities between a womb and a garden both receives seed and causes them to grow. We have all had tares or weeds planted deep into our subconscious. Even though these tares have been planted there, there remains a portion of the soul/mind which is still virgin, and unused. I feel this is this virgin, unexplored subconscious area where we will find the unlimited power of the mind of Christ.
Isaiah 58:11 And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy Soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be Like a Watered Garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. (KJV)
Jeremiah 31:12-14 Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their Soul shall be As a Watered Garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all. 13 Then shall the Virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. 14 And I will satiate the Soul of the priests with fatness (pregnancy), and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD. (KJV)
When we look at the soul/mind as a garden, hidden in the back of our minds (like the subconscious has been hidden), it brings to mind another garden that God hid from man. The Garden of Eden was a place of paradise. It contained the Tree of Life as well as many other trees.
Genesis 2:7-10 And the LORD God formed man of the Dust (Body) of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the Breath (Spirit) of life; and man became a living Soul (Mind). 8 And the LORD God planted a Garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. 9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the Tree of Life also in the midst of the Garden, and the Tree of knowledge of good and evil. 10 And a River went out of Eden to water the Garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.
God made man triune, spirit, soul and body, after His own image. We know that the soul/mind is like a garden that had 2 main trees. One was the tree of Life (which is much like the subconscious mind), and the other is like the tree of knowledge of good and evil (which is the like the conscious mind). The soul is like a garden and the river that waters it, is the spirit.
Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: (KJV)
John 7:38-39 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his Belly (Spirit) shall flow Rivers of Living Water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) (KJV)
Was the Garden of Eden a geographical location? Was the tree of life like those that grow in the woods? Will the tree of life be a natural fruit tree that we will plant in our back yards? Or are these things symbolic of a much higher realm. Does God have to go and plant a natural tree of life then eat the fruit to live? No. These are but a representation of the things found within us, and the Garden of Eden was hidden by God. Who could ever possibly find anything that God has hidden? Nobody. If there is any truth here to be found, it is because God is revealing it in these last days. If the subconscious mind contains the Tree of Life, and if it is the Garden of Eden, which has been hidden in the back of man’s mind, then it is God who is revealing it right now. If God is revealing these things to you right now, that implies that these truly are the last days, and you are going to experience the entrance to this garden that has been veiled for 6000 years. That means that there will be an awakening of the subconscious mind and you will have access to the tree of life. The mind of Christ is that tree of life. The carnal mind is the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Gaining access to the subconscious mind, is gaining access to the Garden of Eden. God knew that we would eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil when he created it. God intended for Adam to partake of the tree of knowledge of good and evil or he would not have put it there. You do not put a poisoned baby bottle in a crib then tell the baby not to drink it. There was an eternal purpose in partaking of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. God created the carnal mind because we had to know evil and good, in order to choose the good later on. There were no unexpected events in the garden. We must learn to choose the mind of Christ and shun the carnal mind.
Genesis 2:16-17 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. (KJV)
Those who choose to remain living in the carnal mind will all die. Those who let go of the carnal mind and put on the mind of Christ will never die they will have access to the tree of Life.
Isaiah 7:15-16 Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good. 16 For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings. (KJV)
Amos 5:14-15 Seek good, and not evil, that ye may Live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken. 15 Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph. (KJV)
Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. (KJV)
If God had not wanted Adam to know the difference between good and evil he would not have created the tree of knowledge of good and evil. We all had to experience the carnal conscious mind in order to understand that it is evil. We know that it is our enemy and it will kill us, if we continue to dwell there. God knows the difference between good and evil, and if we are to be like him then we need that knowledge also. God intended for us to become like him, for we are his sons.
Genesis 3:22-24 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: 23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. 24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the Garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword, which turned every way, to keep the way of the Tree of Life. (KJV)
The tree of life has been there all along, but we have not had access to it. The subconscious mind has been there all along, and we have not had access to it, but now it’s being revealed. God did not intend to keep his Sons from the Tree of Life forever. There was a purpose in hiding it, because first we needed to learn to choose the good and refuse the evil. When we dwell on carnal thoughts, using the carnal mind and imagination, we will die. The key word is “dwell.” We can reject an evil thought, or choose to dwell on it. A dwelling place is a place where we live. If we choose to dwell or live in the carnal mind, then we will die. If we choose to dwell or live in the mind of Christ, we will live and never die. God hid the Garden of Eden, and kept it in a secret place. God hid the subconscious mind, and kept it in a secret place. Now read this next scripture and see if it makes more sense to you. It speaks of where we dwell.
Ps 91:1-16 He that Dwelleth in the Secret Place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. 3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. 4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. 5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; 6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. 9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee; neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. (KJV)
I submit for your examination, that the secret place of the Most High is dwelling in the Garden of Eden, or dwelling in the subconscious mind, or dwelling in the mind of Christ. For over 20 years I’ve asked my teachers, “Exactly where or what is the secret place of the Most High?” Most of the time they made up a nonspecific answer on the spot, or they gave me some spiritual cliché, but nobody was able to give me a direct answer. It was so very important for me to find this secret place, because I want to dwell there when the tribulation finally comes. Is God currently revealing where the secret place of the Most High is located? Is he giving the Overcomers access to the Garden where the tree of Life is found? Are these the last days? Is God revealing his secrets to his Sons? You must decide these things for yourself. It’s all about dwelling. Where do you dwell? A Tabernacle is a tent, booth or a temporary dwelling place. Tabernacles are also about dwelling. We dwell with our minds; we must choose to dwell in the same mind that Jesus dwells in, the omnipotent mind of Christ.
When God finally gives us the keys to the mind of Christ, we must never use it for selfish reasons. We must use it like Jesus and the Father uses it, to help others. If you give a carnal person some power and authority, soon they use it for self-gain, self-satisfaction, meeting their own carnal needs and desires. Those who overcome every enemy, including the carnal mind, they will have access to the tree of Life.
Revelation 2:7 He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the Tree of Life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. (KJV)
Revelation 22:1-2 And he shewed me a pure river of water of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the Tree of Life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (KJV)
In Genesis the tree of Life was hidden, and in the book of Revelation access to it is restored. We are now being given access to understanding the subconscious mind. Blessed are You who have this understanding.
Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. (KJV)
We must grow in knowledge and wisdom like Jesus did. He had to learn to choose the good and reject the evil. Jesus had to experience the carnal mind in order to overcome it. He had to be tempted like we are, but he did not give in to those carnal thoughts. He did not dwell on them, but rather he chose the good, the mind of Christ.
Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. (KJV)
This next passage of scripture ties in the concepts of the tree of Life, the soul, choosing good, being merciful and receiving glory.
Proverbs 3:1-35 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3 Let not Mercy and Truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 4 So shalt thou find favor and Good Understanding in the sight of God and man. 5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and Depart from Evil. 8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. 9 Honor the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: 10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. 11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: 12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. 13 Happy is the man that findeth Wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding. 14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold. 15 She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her. 16 Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honor. 17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. 18 She is a Tree of Life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her. 19 The LORD by Wisdom hath founded the earth; by Understanding hath he established the heavens. 20 By his Knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew. 21 My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion: 22 So shall they be Life unto thy Soul, and grace to thy neck. 23 Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble. 24 When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet. 25 Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. 26 For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken. 27 Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the Power of Thine Hand to do it. 28 Say not unto thy neighbor, Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee. 29 Devise not Evil against thy neighbor, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee. 30 Strive not with a man without cause, if he has done thee no harm. 31 Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways. 32 For the froward is abomination to the LORD: but his secret is with the righteous. 33 The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just. 34 Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly. 35 The Wise shall Inherit Glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools. (KJV)
Knowledge is gaining understanding, and wisdom knows what to do with that knowledge. Jesus grew in wisdom, and we must do the same. We also must gain knowledge of how the subconscious mind works, and learn how to remove the tares that have been planted there. We find that in the garden of our minds we have both wheat and tares sprouting up. While we were in Babylon we had many tares (weeds) planted in our minds. These false doctrines were planted there by the denominational leaders, and they reached into our subconscious minds. The problem was that when we were babes in Christ, we could not distinguish between wheat and tares. One time when I was a young boy my mother sent me out into her garden to pull up the weeds. Much to her dismay I ended up pulling a lot of the vegetable sprouts along with the weeds. They looked so much alike, that I could not distinguish the good from the bad. I meant no mischief, but I could not tell them apart. We have all had the same thing happen in our minds. There have been many “Santa-Clause” doctrines planted there by organized churches, and we simply could not tell the false doctrines from the truth, they both look so much alike when we were immature. As we grow in wisdom and understanding, we begin to be able to weed out the bad and keep the good. Here is the parable that illustrates this dilemma:
Matthew 13:24-30 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed Good Seed in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed Tares among the Wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow Good Seed in thy field? from whence then hath it Tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the Tares, ye root up also the Wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the Harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together FIRST the Tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the Wheat into my barn. (KJV)
We had to let these tares grow along with the wheat. Why? Because until they grow we can’t see the difference between the wheat and the tares. After we grow we can learn to refuse the evil and choose the good. If we try to weed the garden when we are immature, we will pull up the good seed along with the bad. Notice that it is during the time of the Harvest (Tabernacles) that the reapers are sent to gather first the tares. Could it be that God sent me to tell you that we need to weed the garden of our subconscious minds? We need to remove all the tares that the enemy has planted there. This is the first step toward renewing our minds. Romans 12:1-2 says that we are transformed in body, by the renewing of our mind. The subconscious has believed things that simply are not true. Coming out of Babylon is one thing, but getting Babylon out of us is another. We can reprogram the subconscious to believe the word of God, but we must first erase all that has been previously recorded there, much like erasing a cassette tape and re-taping on it. God said he would send “reapers” at the time of the Harvest to remove the tares. The Feast of Tabernacles occurs during the Harvest time, after the wheat has matured. Is it possible that the Lord is using me as one of those who were sent to remove the tares from your minds? If so, then truly it is the time of the Harvest. Is this a coincidence, or was this ordained from before the foundation of the world? Are these things just a cunningly devised fable, or is this really truth for these last days? You must decide these important questions for yourself. How long have you been praying for answers on how to be led by the spirit, how to put on the mind of Christ, how to receive immortality, how to be an Overcomer and eat from the tree of life? Are these answers from God, or from my imagination? Do these things witness deep within your spirit, or are they heresy to you? Is God really opening the doors to our minds, or is this a deception? Is this the voice of God speaking to you, or the voice of man? You must decide, then act accordingly for the time is short, and there is a lot to be done.
John 10:27-33 My sheep hear My Voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them Eternal Life; and they shall Never Perish; neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and my Father are one. 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. (KJV)
We need a renewing of our minds or a restoring of the soul. The 23rd Psalm speaks of a place where there are green pastures (gardens) and still waters. A place where the sheep restore their soul/mind. Did you think our shepherd would leave us without any help in restoring our minds? Did you think he would not tell us what we need to do? He has not forgotten about us and he will continue to speak plainly to us in these last days He will restore our soul/minds. The word ‘Christ’ means ‘anointed,’ putting on the mind of Christ, is anointing our heads with oil. We will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Psalm 23:1-6A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in Green Pastures: he leadeth me beside the Still Waters. 3 He Restoreth My Soul (Renews our Minds): he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou Anointest my Head with Oil (Mind of Christ); my cup runneth over. 6 Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will Dwell (Live) in the House of the LORD (Our Body) Forever. (KJV)
Our bodies are the Tabernacle, or the House of the Lord. When he restores our soul, or renews our mind, then we will dwell in our bodies forever. Is the Lord now teaching us how to restore our subconscious soul/minds? Are you being troubled by your carnal mind like I am? Will the Lord leave us in this condition forever? No. He has prepared a time, when we will be delivered from this condition, a time when we will renew our minds, and a time when he will save our soul/minds.
Psalm 6:2-4 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed. 3 My Soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long? 4 Return, O LORD, Deliver my Soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake. (KJV)
Psalm 69:1-3 O God; for the waters are come in unto my Soul. 2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me. 3 I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God. (KJV)
Psalm 86:1-5A Prayer of David. Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy. 2 Preserve my Soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee. 3 Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily. 4 Rejoice the Soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my Soul. 5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that calls upon thee. (KJV)
Ezekiel 18:27 Again, when the wicked man turneth away from his wickedness that he hath committed, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall Save his Soul Alive. (KJV)
Hebrews 10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that Believe to the Saving of the soul. (KJV)
The subconscious mind has the ability to believe God’s word and save the soul. We must first weed out the tares, then engraft the Word of God into the subconscious. For it is the engrafted Word of God which will save our soul/minds.
James 1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to Save your Souls. (KJV)
We receive the word/seed of God as a garden receives seed, or a womb receives sperm. We must put the good seed into the good ground. Notice the difference in these next parables between “seed” and “good seed,” then between “ground” and “good ground.”
Matthew 13:18-27 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed<4687>(speiro) by the way side. 20 But he that received the seed<4687>(speiro) into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; 21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22 He also that received seed<4687>(speiro) among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed<4687>(speiro) into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. 24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed<4690>(sperma) in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed<4690>(sperma) in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?…. (KJV)
The first Greek word for “seed” is “speiro,” but the Greek word for “good seed” is “sperma.” Likewise there was stony, thorny “ground,” and there was “good ground.” The mind can have stony ground, like the carnal conscious mind, or it can have the good ground, like the subconscious mind. We need to first root out the tares, then plant the “good seed” into the “good ground.”
Before I go into the different techniques of accessing the subconscious mind, it’s important to realize that we must put only the good seed there, because what ever is planted there, will come to fruition. There is the milk of the word and the meat of the word. The milk of the word is like the ‘seed,’ while the meat of the word is like the ‘good seed.’ We want to put the meat of the word into our subconscious minds. We must rightly divide the word of God to place Life into the womb of our minds. We must leave the milky, elementary doctrines in order to go on to perfection. There are entire denominations built on these milk doctrines. Organizations are built around the correct way to baptize someone in water. The Bible calls that doctrine the milk of the word.
Hebrews 5:13-14, 6:1-5 For every one that useth Milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. 14 But strong Meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. 1 Therefore LEAVING the Principles of the DOCTRINE of Christ, let US go on unto Perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, 2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this will we do, if God permit. 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the Good Word (Good Seed) of God, and the powers of the world to come, (KJV)
It’s these milky doctrines that need to be removed from the subconscious mind. These are ok for baby Christians, but not for those who want to go on to perfection. Yes the milk of the word is the word of God, but it is intended for babies. There is a higher word that will bring life to those who put on the Mind of Christ. This is the meat of the word, or the ‘good seed’ the ‘sperma’ of God. It’s this part of the word that we want to put into our subconscious minds. It would be futile to remove the tares from your subconscious, only to program in more silly manmade doctrines. We must be skillful in the word to find the ‘good seed,’ and then program it, or engraft it into our soul/mind. When we were babes we needed the milk of the word, that’s why God gave both milk and meat. When we mature and are ready for marriage, we need to eat only the meat, for it will gives us the strength we need. We are commanded to Leave those milky doctrines behind, and go on to perfection. If I invited you over for dinner, then set a warmed baby bottle of milk in front of you, you would probably get up and leave. It sounds funny, but that happens week-after-week in every denominational church today. They continue to feed solely on these milk doctrines, thereby keeping everyone from growing and maturing. Many Christians never leave the infantile nursery of their church for their entire lives. They remain indoctrinated, only to die spiritually immature. God wants his Sons to grow up to become spiritual adults, ready for the marriage supper of the Lamb. That’s why he is teaching us about the spiritual Facts of Life right now. We must exercise our senses and learn to discern between good and evil. The doctrines that were once so important to us now look like baby food. Yes at one time we needed it, but in order to go on to perfection we must leave them behind.
1 Corinthians 13:9-11 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. (KJV)
We must root out those childish doctrinal ideas and put away the milk of the word. We must become mature sons of God, ready for the Union of the spirit and soul, ready to be Joined to the Lord. We must follow Jesus as the pattern son. He is our example, and we must put on the Mind of Christ. The word ‘Christ’ means ‘anointed,’ and the mind of Christ is the anointed mind. The carnal mind is not anointed, but is our enemy. The carnally minded church has placed many carnal doctrines and ideas into our subconscious. Only those who are mature will be able to root them out, without removing the wheat. We must be able to identify the tares then place the good seed into the good ground. With that being said, lets begin to examine the techniques of reprogramming the subconscious mind. I will tell you some ways to reach the subconscious mind, and put the conscious mind asleep, but it is you who must ultimately decide what to put into it.
ACCESSING THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
In order to reach the subconscious mind, we must first put the conscious mind either asleep, or in an idle state. There are several ways to do it. The easiest way is to go to sleep, like you do every night. Your subconscious is always wide-awake and ready for action, even during your nighttime sleep. You can make a cassette recording of the suggestions that you want to go into your subconscious and play it while you sleep. Get a tape player that has a continuous play feature that is a function, which allows the machine to play the tape, over-and-over, without you having to flip the tape over manually. It will play side one of the tape, then play side two, then repeat side one, and so on. Whatever is on that tape will get directly into your subconscious mind. Since the conscious mind is sleeping, it cannot doubt what is being programmed in. You can turn the volume way down, to a low level, as not to disturb your sleep. Your subconscious has excellent hearing abilities; so do not hesitate to turn it down extremely low. You should make the tape in your own voice, because your subconscious is used to receiving suggestions from you. There are many self-help tapes that are made for these purposes, avoid those at all costs. Never play a pre-recorded cassette tape, which contains subliminal messages. You have no idea what is actually in those subliminal tapes, even if they come from so-called reputable sources. Make one that contains the ‘good seed’ of God’s word. As a rule I like to give my subconscious mind suggestions of scripture, which speak of Love, Life, Mercy and Forgiveness and other fruits of the Spirit. You may want to make a tape of healing scriptures to play when you or your family needs healing. Keep in mind that whatever goes on that tape, goes directly into your subconscious. People of the world who know about this technique will program their subconscious to bring them money and riches, and it will do that. You must decide what you want to use this tool for. If you program in carnal things, then it will result accordingly. Playing a cassette tape at night is the easiest way to access the subconscious mind. There are other ways to access it during the day, after practice it becomes very easy, and you can do it at will. I will cover those techniques later.
The subconscious mind is totally amenable to suggestion. The conscious mind hears a suggestion, and then tries to reason if it’s true or not. Children are in the subjective realm, and are just beginning to develop a conscious mind. They live in the subconscious mind for many years. They’ll believe in an Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, Tooth Fairy or what ever their parents tell them. It’s not until their conscious mind develops, do they learn to question and doubt these things. The subconscious mind remains amenable to suggestions, but the conscious mind begins to screen suggestions, and only allows certain ones to reach the subconscious. If the subconscious mind receives two diametrically opposed suggestions, it will believe the one, which has been reinforced the most. If your parents told you as a child that you were stupid and would never amount to anything, then you believed it. As your conscious mind began to develop, it may have countered those suggestions. When your parents said you were stupid and would never amount to anything, you may have said to yourself, “I am not stupid and I will amount to something, I’ll show you!” If you were lucky enough to have that attitude, then you probably grew up smart and got a good job. If a child just heard these negative things and never countered them with positive suggestions, they will have problems later on in life. Why? Because those things remain in their subconscious as adults. This is how mental problems arise, usually from negative suggestions that have deeply rooted into their subconscious as children. If you were lucky enough to have parents who supported you with positive suggestions as a child, then you had a great advantage in life. These early stages of mental development determined whether you have low self-esteem, or confidence and self-assurance. The good news is that it’s never too late to reprogram your subconscious. If you have children and understand this principle, then you have the potential to give them great suggestions, which they will carry with them the rest of their life. Knowing that children are in the subjective realm, and how amenable they are to suggestions, you will realize the importance of unsupervised television. People today use the television as the baby-sitter for their children, where all kinds of suggestions are being pumped directly into their subconscious mind. Is it any wonder why so many children are in gangs, using drugs, having sex, etc.? That is exactly what they see everyday on TV, and that’s what they mimic. As for adults who fall asleep in front of the TV, it has exactly the same affect. What ever is on TV is being dumped into their subconscious. People stare at the TV and go into a trance. Likewise people in church who feel sleepy every time they hear that boring sermon are not aware that it still penetrates the subconscious, even if they are not paying attention.
A hypnotist is able to make the conscious mind go to sleep through the power of suggestion. They use many different induction techniques. The most common one is they tell the subject to look deep into their eyes, then they give the suggestion, “you are getting very sleepy.” This will put the persons conscious mind to sleep leaving the subconscious mind accessible. Another way they put people under is by having them stare at something, like a pendulum. It is proven that the simple act of fixing your gaze, or staring, will put the conscious mind to sleep. When you close your eyes at night in an attempt to go to sleep, you are in effect, staring at nothing, and eventually you fall asleep. If you recall when Peter met the man at the gate called Beautiful, he stared at the man and told him to look on us:
Acts 3:2-4 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; 3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. 4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us…. (KJV)
ation techniques for hundreds of years. They use a similar method of staring when they meditate. People, who are into Transcendental Meditation, or TM, will follow an induction process taught by their Guru (teacher). The Guru will give them a mantra to repeat over-and-over. A mantra is a meaningless word or phrase, such as, “Ohm.” They will then give them a candle or a flower to stare at while they repeat their mantra. They will stare at the candle and say, “Ohm…..Ohm….Ohm….etc.,” until their conscious mind is asleep. The reason they use a meaningless word like “Ohm,” is so the conscious mind can remain idle. For example, if they repeated the word, ‘rabbit,’ the conscious mind would then think of a picture of a rabbit. The purpose is not to use the conscious mind; therefore they choose meaningless words.
Well, we have a teacher too, called the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit gives us ‘tongues’ to use when we pray. Our conscious mind does not understand these words, and therefore is put to sleep when we pray in tongues. We then fix our minds on the spirit of the Lord, which is the candle of the Lord, or on Jesus the Lily of the Valley or the Rose of Sharon. The purpose of tongues is to put the conscious mind asleep, and to reach the subconscious. People, who say tongues are not for today, are missing out on an effective tool.
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall Teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. (KJV)
1 Corinthians 14:14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but My Understanding is Unfruitful. (KJV)
Song of Solomon 2:1 I am the Rose of Sharon, and the Lily of the valleys. (KJV)
Proverbs 20:27 The spirit of man is the Candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts of the belly. (KJV)
Transcendental Meditation ê Bible Meditation ê Guru (Teacher) — Holy Spirit (Teacher) –Mantra – Tongues — Stare at Candle — Focus on Jesus
We can access the subconscious mind through scriptural meditation. God told us to meditate day and night. That’s only possible through the subconscious mind, via the “repeater.” The subconscious has, as one of it’s many functions the ability to repeat a song or a scripture over-and-over without stopping. This is a process where the repeater is continually giving a suggestion to the subconscious mind. When we meditate, we are not totally asleep, that is we can still give the subconscious suggestions without falling asleep like we do at night. We remain awake to a certain extent. The first few times people try to meditate, they usually fall asleep. It takes practice to perfect meditation without dozing off. The reason you want to keep from falling asleep is so you can give the subconscious some verbal suggestions. The goal is to put the conscious mind in an idle state where it is not operating, yet maintain awareness to give you suggestions. This is referred to as self-hypnosis. There are many self-hypnosis books available which describe various induction techniques. Giving your self-suggestions is referred to as autosuggestions. One Biblical way to put the conscious mind in a passive state is to simply begin to pray in tongues. This will induce a state of self-hypnosis, which allows you to give yourself suggestions. After you have prayed in tongues for a while, then have your suggestions ready, and begin to say them out loud to yourself. Or if you are in public, you can give your suggestions silently. After a while, you will easily move into the subconscious realm at will, even on a crowded bus.
Another way to access the subconscious mind is to sit in a comfortable chair or lay down with your hands at your side. Keep your hands and legs uncrossed and begin to relax. You then visualize the top of your head and say to yourself, “I am relaxing the muscles in my head.” Then visualize your neck and say, “I am relaxing the muscles in my neck” Continue relaxing your entire body until you get to the bottom of your feet. After you have completed this, then you can visualize yourself descending on an escalator. When you step onto the escalator, begin to count backward from 10 to 1. Tell yourself that when you reach the bottom of the escalator at the count of 1, your conscious mind will then be asleep. Then begin to imagine yourself descending down on the escalator, and begin to slowly count from 10 to 1. This will work and is the technique I first used in the beginning. After you practice this self-hypnosis technique, it will become easier to reach the subconscious without having to go through each step. Once you reach this state, begin to give yourself autosuggestions. The hardest thing at this stage will be staying awake. Do not get discouraged if you keep falling asleep. Keep practicing it will eventually work. Try sitting up if you cannot stay awake. You can expect to be in a state, which is just like daydreaming; there is nothing spooky about this. It’s the same state as when the Lord puts us into a trance or a deep sleep. It is both Biblical and Godly there is nothing evil about it, as you may have been told. Just because the world has used it in a counterfeit way, does not make it bad. The church realm will never accept these things, and it’s because they are blinded to the truth. You must first overcome all the negative suggestions you have associated with words like hypnosis, meditation and trance. These words all are found in the Bible, God’s Word. Jesus used the mind of Christ to read other peoples thoughts, he used his psyche, or psychic powers for the glory of God, and you can too. Remember we must first remove the negative things; then plant the positive. In fact, we are commanded to meditate it’s not just a good idea. Joshua was commanded to meditate day and night just prior to entering into the Promised Land. Meditation reaches the subconscious mind. Is it a coincidence that we are learning about meditation today, just prior to our entering into the Promised Land?
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt Meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. (KJV)
Psalm 63:5-6 My Soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips: 6 When I remember thee upon my bed, and Meditate on thee in the night watches. (KJV)
Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he Meditate day and night. (KJV)
Psalm 77:12 I will Meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings. (KJV)
Psalm 119:15 I will Meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. (KJV)
Psalm 119:148 Mine eyes prevent the night watches that I might Meditate in thy word. (KJV)
Psalm 143:5 I remember the days of old; I Meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands. (KJV)
Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the Meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. (KJV)
Psalm 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my Meditation. (KJV)
The word meditation means to ‘revolve’ in the mind. It’s the same thing as that song that got stuck in your mind. It kept repeating in your subconscious mind. We need to place God’s word there, right where that silly song was. Then you will be repeating truth over-and-over, and thereby meditate day and night. Songs get into our subconscious because we sing them over-and-over. Keep in mind that many Christian songs are loaded with things, which simply are not scriptural. Some speak of rapture, “I’ll fly away o glory.” The Bible never uses the word rapture, yet it has been deeply rooted in the subconscious minds of many Christians. Examine every song before you decide to repeat it, or sing along, it may seem harmless, but it’s not. Those will plant tares, which must be removed and filled with God’s word. If you play songs, make sure they are scriptural, try to find scripture set to music, but even then make certain it’s what you want in your subconscious. Here is the Strong’s definition of the Greek word, ‘meditate,’ found in 1 Timothy:
1 Timothy 4:15-16 Meditate<3191> (Revolve) upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. 16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both Save Thyself, and them that hear thee. (KJV)
Meditate = Revolve or Repeat in the Mind — 3191 meletao (mel-et-ah’-o); to take care of, i.e. (by implication) Revolve in the Mind: KJV– imagine, (pre-) meditate. Have you ever heard of pre-meditated murder? That’s when someone has planned or meditated on killing someone over-and-over until they eventually do it. They probably killed that person a hundred times in their mind’s eye before actually killing them. The thought of murder kept revolving, or repeating in their subconscious mind, until they acted it out. I’d like to coin a new term, “pre-meditated life,” that’s where we revolve, or repeat scriptures, over-and-over until we receive immortality. The subconscious will believe that we will never die, because God’s word says so. It believes whatever it is told.
John 11:26 And whosoever Liveth and Believeth in me Shall Never Die. Believest thou this? (KJV)
2 Timothy 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who hath Abolished Death, and hath brought Life and Immortality to light through the gospel: (KJV)
1 Corinthians 15:53-54 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on Immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on Immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. (KJV)
1 Corinthians 15:26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. (KJV)
We are commanded in the Bible to seek immortality. We can seek it by rooting out all the tares in our subconscious, which keep us from believing we can become immortal. The carnal mind doubts God’s word, it laughs at the idea of becoming immortal and never dying. The conscious mind says it is impossible and it has sent many suggestions to your subconscious that need to be reprogrammed. We seek immortality by meditating and reaching the subconscious.
Romans 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing SEEK for Glory and Honor and Immortality, Eternal Life: (KJV)
You go in and out of the subconscious realm every day. Most of the time you are not aware of it. When you daydream you are in the subconscious realm. Often a person will be staring out a window, thinking or dreaming of something, their minds can be a million miles away. Then the telephone rings and their conscious mind wakes up, they may even jump a little from being startled. This is an example of being in the subconscious mind. Driving a car takes such little conscious effort that we often daydream while driving, if you have the radio on then, your subconscious is open to its suggestions. It is a good idea to play your cassette tape (with suggestions) while driving, because we naturally go into the subjective realm then. When we first wake up in the mornings and are still in bed, going in and out of sleep, is also a good time to give yourself some suggestions, because you are still in the subconscious realm. Did you ever go to sleep at night with a big problem on your mind? You may even have stayed awake in bed thinking about this problem, trying to figure out what to do about it. Then you eventually fall asleep, only to awakened at 3-a.m., your eyes suddenly open, and you have the answer to that problem. Well, your subconscious mind continued to work on the problem during the night, while your conscious mind was sleeping. Then when it figured out the problem, it woke you up and told you the answer. It’s always a good idea to sleep on a major decision at least one night, so your subconscious can go to work on it for you. Try it the next time you have a problem. Think about it and tell your subconscious to figure it out then wake you when it has the answer. It works.
One time, years ago, I was driving on a major interstate, doing the speed limit, when I hit a fog bank. I continued to drive even though I could not see but a few feet ahead of me. I was following a semi truck that kept up the speed we were both going. We drove for about 10 minutes like that, when all of a sudden I had a strong feeling that I must immediately slow down. The thought was so very strong that I hit the brakes, but the semi truck kept on going. I slowed down so much, that I feared someone would rear-end me, so I pulled over to the shoulder and drove at a snails pace. Then I came upon a multiple car pile-up on the interstate and I was spared the wreck, but the trucker was not. The police were already on the scene and ambulances were taking people to the hospital. I slowly passed the whole scene, but heard a few more cars plowing into the pile-up. I then thanked God for warning me, via the subconscious mind. My subconscious knew there was a wreck, and it strongly impressed me to slow down to a snails pace. I will never forget that as long as I live. It is just another example of the God given power of the subconscious mind. Another time, only a couple of years ago, I was returning home in my pickup truck, when there was a terrible accident right in front of me. Two vehicles hit in a head-on collision. One was a pickup truck, which was knocked on its side, with the driver trapped in the front seat. The other car was totaled and the driver was unconscious. I was the first person on the scene, and this took place about 2 miles from my house, where Debbie, my wife was. I jumped out of my truck and ran over to the guy who was trapped in his truck. There was a heavy smell of gasoline, and I began to pull him to safety through the rear window of his truck. A couple of pedestrians started to gather around and I yelled to them to call 911, and get an ambulance. They left to go call and others began to stop their cars, I told them in a loud voice to go and call for help. Then I ran to the other car where the guy was just gaining consciousness, and pulled him out through the driver’s side window. I was now covered with a lot of blood from helping these people, and I kept telling people watching to call for an ambulance. At the same instant as this was all going on, Debbie had a terrible premonition that I had been involved in a wreck. She saw me covered in blood and became panicked. She had no explanation for her hysterical fear, but she began to call the hospitals to see if I had been admitted. What had really happened is that she tuned into my subconscious, and picked up my yelling, call for an ambulance. I was covered in blood, but it was not mine. When I got home after the incident was over, she was totally in tears, thinking I was hurt. I explained what happened then she told me she had been calling hospitals to see if I was there. She said she saw me covered in blood in her mind and was frightened. She picked up on me saying, “Call an ambulance.” How were these thoughts transmitted between her and I? Well it was the power of the subconscious mind. Thoughts can and do travel from one mind to another. There is great power in the subconscious, and we are just beginning to tap into them.
When we first learn how to drive a car, we probably began by dad letting us start the engine in the driveway. Then as time went on, after we learned to start the car, he probably let us move it a little bit, up-and-down in the driveway. Later, as we became comfortable with that, he may have taken us to a large deserted parking lot, where we could begin to learn to turn, stop, start, and signal, without worrying about hitting anybody. He did not take us immediately out on the expressway when we first started to learn how to drive. The same applies to learning to operate the subconscious mind. God will let us begin to experience a little power here and there, and then He will begin to increase our limits as we mature, and learn to handle what we have been given. The more we use the subconscious, the more we will be given. We must learn to choose the good and refuse the evil. We may not be able to clear out the hospitals yet, but we can do some other things. Jesus went into some towns and healed every sick person in that town.
Matthew 4:23-24 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and Healing All manner of sickness and All manner of disease among the people. 24 And his fame went throughout All Syria: and they brought unto him All sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he Healed Them. (KJV)
Matthew 8:16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and Healed All that were Sick: (KJV)
Matthew 12:15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and He Healed Them All. (KJV)
Luke 6:19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and Healed them All. (KJV)
Everyone wants to clear out the hospitals, but they do not want to let go of their carnal minds. If God gave us that kind of power before we were ready, it would be like giving an 8 year old the car keys and sending him out on the expressway. We want to do the miracles, but we also want to keep our carnal minds, you can’t have it both ways. In our immaturity we would use that power for selfish reasons, satisfying the carnal nature. We must learn to use what little power we have now, and show God that we are ready for more. We may not be able to heal the sick yet, but we can program our subconscious with things like Love, Mercy, Meekness, Gentleness, Forgiveness, Longsuffering, Goodness, Faith, Joy and Peace. These are the things we will need before we can handle the full power of the subconscious mind, or the mind of Christ. We can root out the tares of the carnal mind, which are listed below in this scripture:
Galatians 5:19-26 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other. (NIV)
Placing these good things and removing the evil, is like starting the car in the driveway. Do these first, and then you will be given more power as you mature. We can do these through meditation and accessing the subconscious mind. We have tried to do these things with the carnal conscious mind, and repeatedly failed. We must do something different. We need a clear word telling us how to change. I hope I am speaking clearly, and giving you a word that will allow you to change. This word is either from God, or it is not. If it is from God, then it will produce a change, God is not going to waste his breath. Neither is he going to dangle a carrot in front of our noses. There is power in the subconscious mind, and he is opening it up to us right now. He is giving us the keys to the mind of Christ. We can either use them or be afraid and never use them. You can listen to the church people who will warn you that you are getting error and false teaching, or you can reject their suggestions, and follow the still small voice within. I have nothing to gain by writing these things down. I do not have anything to sell. I send everything out free. God freely gave it to me, and I freely give it to you. As long as he provides and I am able, I will continue to do so. I already know that you have been seeking answers like these, or you would not still be reading this. You would have thrown it away by now. Either this is heresy to you or it is precious truth as it is to me. We have had enough of spiritual sayings that are unclear, hard to understand. We have had enough prophecies that are vague, and words that are clouded in spiritual clichés. We need a sure word to help us to put on the mind of Christ. We need a clear path to follow. If God is revealing this to you, then I suggest that you walk in it. Do you desire to do the works Jesus did and greater? Then you need to put on the mind of Christ and tap into the subconscious.
2 Peter 1:19 We have also a More Sure Word of Prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star Arise in your hearts: (KJV)
Let me now prophesy to y-o-u, “If you begin to put on the mind of Christ, you will see change in your life like never before. If you root out the tares from your subconscious mind, and place the ‘good seed’ of God’s word there, it will bring immortal Life to you. If you begin to become Loving, Merciful, Gentle, Longsuffering, Forgiving, Kind and the such, you will be given more power to heal the sick and do the miracles Jesus did. If you seek God in this fashion, you will find answers to every problem you have.”
God said he would send someone in the last days to help you remove the tares, and right now he sent you this book. Let’s continue looking at the subconscious mind and examine how it works. We need to listen to every word that comes out of our mouth, and the mouths of others. Even the little things we say have great impact on the subconscious. The subconscious mind hears them all, and believes them. People will constantly send you negative suggestions. We must realize that the subconscious mind cannot take a joke it believes everything. People often say, “There are 2 things you can’t avoid, death and taxes.” Then they will laugh. The fact is that the subconscious mind hears that, and will believe it, unless you reject it by saying to yourself, “No, that is not true, I reject that suggestion!” Death is not inevitable, and someday taxes will also be a thing of the past. Death is an enemy and it will be destroyed. Taxes will also end when the kingdom of God is set up on earth. Now you don’t have to be a wet blanket and try to refute that old joke out loud, but keep in mind that you must replace it with a positive suggestion, if even silently and to yourself. We must root out the tares of death and replace them with positive words of life. Here is another example, you often hear something like this, “Don’t go outside without a hat, or you will catch a cold.” People say that, and the subconscious mind hears it, and sure enough they catch a cold. You can say to yourself, “I reject that suggestion.” Another example is when someone does something dumb, they may say, “I am so stupid, why did I do that?” The subconscious hears you say that and it believes it. You can change it to say, “I did that stupid thing, but I am not stupid, and will never do that again.” The point is to put positive, life giving suggestions, where negative ones once were. As you begin to examine every suggestion, you will see just how many are negative and lead to death. Eventually all our thoughts will be God’s thoughts. God would never say, “I am so stupid…” Because he isn’t. Neither are you. We must control what goes into our subconscious minds, whether it comes from others or ourselves. Even things that are spoken in jest must be examined, or qualified with something positive. If you always say, “I have trouble with patience,” and leave it at that, then you will continue to have trouble with patience. If you change it and say, “I have had trouble with patience, but I will learn my lesson and become patient,” then you will. I hope you see what I am trying to say. When we speak negative words and suggestions, our subconscious hears the words and believes them, not distinguishing a joke from the truth. I am not saying to never tell a joke, but to always qualify it to the subconscious mind to say you are just kidding. I used to always say, “I have a bad temper and a short fuse.” That was just reinforcing the behavior to my subconscious. I quit saying it, and my temper improved immediately. These little things may seem trivial, but believe me; they are not seen that way to the subconscious mind. If in doubt about something, you should ask yourself if Jesus or the Father would make that statement.
Psalm 19:14 Let the Words of my Mouth, and the Meditation of my Heart, be Acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. (KJV)
Psalm 54:2 Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the Words of my Mouth. (KJV)
Job 12:11 Doth not the Ear Try Words? and the mouth taste his meat? (KJV)
Proverbs 6:2 Thou art snared with the Words of thy Mouth, thou art taken with the Words of thy Mouth. (KJV)
Proverbs 8:6-9 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things. 7 For my Mouth shall Speak Truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. 8 All the Words of my Mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse in them. 9 They are all plain to him that understandeth, and right to them that find knowledge. (KJV)
Proverbs 12:5-6 The Thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit. 6 The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood: but the Mouth of the upright shall deliver them. (KJV)
Proverbs 18:4-7 The words of a man’s Mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook. 5 It is not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment. 6 A fool’s lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes. 7 A fool’s Mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snares of his Soul. (KJV)
Ecclesiastes 5:2 Be not rash with thy Mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. (KJV)
Ecclesiastes 10:12 The Words of a wise man’s Mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself. (KJV)
You will become increasingly aware of all the negative suggestions that flood your subconscious everyday. They will come from outside sources and well from your own mouth, by force of habit. We must bring every thought into subjection. We must control the mind and not let it control us. This sounds like a hard task, but it is not impossible. We must give heed to what we say and believe. Things that seem insignificant are going to have to be dealt with. The things you see on television are going to have to change, because they are suggestions. We stare at the TV and that puts us into the subconscious realm, it is important to screen the suggestions that are going directly into the subconscious mind. The old saying is very true, “Garbage in, Garbage out.” It’s time to take out the trash in our minds. Either we are serious about this endeavor, or we are not. It is also true, “Anointed word in, Anointed word out!” Controlling every thought may seem like an overwhelming task but it is possible. Many will quit after awhile because it will seem too hard. Remember when we tried to learn how to drive a car; if we gave up then, we would not be driving today. If we put our hand to the plow, then look back we are doomed.
Proverbs 20:4 The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing. (KJV)
We must not let anything stand in our way of reaching for the prize of the High calling. We must plow the garden of our minds and break up the fallow ground. It must be prepared to receive the good seed.
Hosea 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. (KJV)
Jeremiah 4:3-4 For thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns. 4 Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your Heart, ye men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem: (KJV)
Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. (KJV)
The fact is, that the carnal conscious mind likes being in control. It will not like the idea of loosing dominance and will rebel. You must realize that it will take time to learn how to use the subconscious mind. Keep working on it and exercise your senses, and as times goes on it will become easier. The carnal mind must submit to the spirit, and let the spirit lead you. The spirit and the soul will unite to become one. You will become one with the Father, like Jesus did, and then the mind of Christ will be yours to freely use. You will have all the power and ability that God has, for His thoughts will become your thoughts, His ways will become your ways. You will then be able to go into the hospitals and clear them out. You will then be able to go into a city and heal everyone who is sick, and then at the next instant, be translated into the presence of the Father. You will be able to read the thoughts of others and communicate with the other Sons of God, wherever they may be. Everything you have seen Jesus and the Father do, you will do. The church has the idea that after Jesus returns we will all just sit in heaven and be finished with everything. There are eternal purposes for God creating his Sons. You will even grow up beyond Sonship, into Fatherhood. Even as the Father came to earth and created Adam, you will go out into the cosmos and start new life there. You will do the same things you see the Father do. You will become one with him, even as Jesus is one with him. You will have all knowledge and wisdom. You will be filled with all the fullness of God.
Ephesians 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge that Ye might be filled with All the Fullness of God. (KJV)
Ephesians 4:13-15 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the Measure of the Stature of the Fullness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: (KJV)
You will have the keys to the divine vehicle of the mind of Christ, and be free to travel the intergalactic expressways of the unlimited universe. You will then begin to reproduce this God given life, in the uttermost reaches of space. This is what the Father did, and this is what his Sons will do. Now compare that with some fleeting carnal thought, with it’s temporary pleasures. Weigh carefully in the balances. Will you trade these eternal purposes for some short-lived carnal thought or feeling, with its momentary gratification?
John 5:19-21 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father Do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. 20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these that ye may marvel. 21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. (KJV)
We will be able to raise the dead by the power of the mind of Christ. It will be as easy for you, as taking your next breath. Are you ready for this great calling? Are you ready to lay down the carnal mind and put on the mind of Christ? I think you are, and I know you can do it, because your Father will help you. He is helping you right now to understand the ABC’s of the subconscious mind, and all the power found therein. He will help you all along the way. Someone must enter into these things, because his word will not return unto him void. There will awaken within the Sons of God, this powerful mind of Christ, and they will use it like their Father does. They will have God’s Name (Nature) written in their Foreheads (Minds).
Rev 22:1-21 And he shewed me a Pure River of Water of Life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there The Tree of Life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: 4 And they shall see His Face; and His Name shall be in their Foreheads. 5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign forever and ever. 6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things, which must shortly be done. 7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. 8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. 9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. 10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. 11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. 16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the Bride say, Come. And let him that Heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the Water of Life Freely. 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. 20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. 21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. (KJV)
You have been invited to come to this great Feast. Come and dine upon the Tree of Life. Come and drink the Water of Life. Someone will make it….why not you? Let’s look further into the Union of the Spirit and Soul.

AWAKENING THE MIND OF CHRIST [E. E. Brooks] 1
