MAY 19, 2007

After my last email I got some great praise reports from folks who were excited over the Good News. Many wrote telling me that they were digging deeper into the scriptures to seek truth. This is wonderful news because God will never lead us astray. There were some who protested the email because they failed to see the truth of the matter. But I am assured that God is working on “the few” to whom He will shine through to bring them to the knowledge of the truth. He plans on leading many into liberation that they may stand boldly proclaiming this gospel of reconciliation to the world!

God would rather we not depend on man for anything concerning matters of faith but it seems many use others as that help or crutch to get by. The church of today is a bunch of buildings filled with confused people always repenting. (Just a building) The true church is a spiritually energized people without walls who hear from Father on a regular basis. They have a true relationship with Him, are being transformed daily by the renewing of their minds and will one day experience a great manifestation. This is the church I belong to. I never fault anyone for attending church or not attending church. Lord knows that you can die miserable while attending church every Sunday. But I do encourage people to seek first the Kingdom of God and all of its righteousness. I have personally experienced and am living a life beyond that which the traditional church is aware of. It is a true personal, quickened life where the Holy Spirit instructs and guides. I am truly blessed to have been apprehended and walk the new and living way.

God has always wanted to speak to us on a personal level. He wanted to lead the Children of Israel into the Promised Land. However they were a stiff necked people without faith.

Exodus 20:18 And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw [it], they removed, and stood afar off. And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.

Even tough God wanted to speak to them directly they feared and refused. It is no different today. People still huddle in temples made with hands (churches) wanting to hear their dynamic minister spew from the pulpit. But

God wants to be the one speaking to our hearts. We have accepted man over God in many instances. Why are we so afraid of His voice, of His truth?

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Remember the story of Saul and the Prophet Samuel. God wanted to be the King over Israel, yet the people demanded an earthly king.

1 Samuel 8:7 And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

God is wanted to speak truth into our hearts in this day and time, yet the people refuse to hear! The church is wrapped up in rituals, ceremonies, programs, doctrines, creeds, building funds, recreation and they have turned themselves into a “den of thieves” prostituting the gospel, telling lies (man’s doctrines) all for worldly gain.

God is speaking to us through Christ by the Spirit and that message is Good News! It is love, it is mercy, and it is grace. The true gospel makes us free! Can you hear His voice?

1 John 2:20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Heb. 8:10 For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

I WILL – ALL SHALL KNOW MEWhat part of all don’t we understand?

1 Cor. 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1 Thes. 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received [it] not [as] the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.

People do not realize the magnitude of these scriptures. As Jesus walked we ought to walk with the same mind and relationship from God. We need to come to that place in our life where we are able to instruct the young in mind into the deeper revelations of God. We should not continue as sheep throughout our entire life. There comes a time and a season when we must elevate our standing and move into the heart of God.
